Example 2
In accordance with an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method of a financial transaction integrated funds management system, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figures may be performed in a computer system containing at least one set of computer executable instructions, and, although a logical sequence is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in a different order than that illustrated herein.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a method of a financial services integrated funds management system, as shown in FIG. 2, according to an embodiment of the application, the method may include the steps of:
step S201, obtaining login name information of the target user.
In the technical scheme provided in the step S201 of the present application, when a specific website exists in the financial service integrated funds management system, login name information input by a target user is acquired, where the login name may be a member name of a user registering a member when entering a certain website, or a user name when entering a certain system, may be a network user name set by the user and composed of numbers, letters, etc., may also be a mobile phone number, a QQ number, etc., and may also be a user name used for logging in a certain website or software, and may also be composed of english letters and numbers.
Step S202, based on the login name information of the target user, each piece of service credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to each piece of service credential information are determined.
In the technical solution provided in the above step S202 of the present application, according to the login name information of the target user, the credential information of each service corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information are determined in the database of the financial service integrated funds management system, where the service credentials can be classified into three types: the receipt voucher, the payment voucher and the transfer voucher, wherein the receipt voucher is a voucher for receiving goods and money by enterprises, and generally comprises receipts, invoices, bill of lading, transportation receipts and the like. The collection voucher generally contains information about the date of collection, the amount of collection, the payer and the payee, and is used to record the time, amount and source of collection for the business for tax administration and audit supervision. The payment vouchers are vouchers for business payments including checks, payment applications, copies of invoices, receipts signed by the payee, and the like. The payment voucher is mainly used for recording information such as time, amount and purpose of enterprise payment and is used for reflecting cost expenditure and operation activities of enterprises, and accounting and tax management are facilitated. The transfer vouchers are vouchers for the enterprises to make transfer payment through financial institutions such as banks, and include electronic transfer vouchers, bill transfer, settlement documents and the like. The transfer certificate records the money transfer flow direction and the money change condition of the enterprise and is used for reflecting the money operation and cash management condition of the enterprise, and is important for money control and risk management of the enterprise.
Step S203, determining the credibility of each service credential information based on each service credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information.
In the technical solution provided in the above step S203 of the present application, the credibility of each service information is determined according to each service credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount corresponding to each service credential information, for example, when the service information is a water fee payment credential, the service amount corresponding to the payment credential is 8300 yuan, and the credibility of the service information is 96%, which is only illustrated herein and not specifically limited.
Step S204, based on the credibility of each business voucher information, the credibility of the financial amount data corresponding to each financial voucher information is determined.
In the technical solution provided in the above step S204 of the present application, the credibility of the financial amount corresponding to each piece of financial voucher information is determined according to the credibility of each piece of business voucher information, for example, when the credibility of the water fee payment voucher is 100%, the data of the financial amount of the water fee payment is found in the database to be 8300 yuan, and the credibility of the financial amount corresponding to the water fee payment is 96%.
Step S201 to step S204 are performed by acquiring login name information of a target user; determining each service credential information corresponding to the target user and service amount data corresponding to each service credential information according to login name information of the target user; determining the credibility of each service credential information according to each service credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information; according to the credibility of each business voucher information, the credibility of the financial amount data corresponding to each financial voucher information is determined, the technical problem that the enterprise interior fund management efficiency is low due to the fact that the financial departments and business departments in the enterprise are slow in collaborative operation is solved, and the technical effects of improving the financial departments and business departments in the enterprise and the enterprise interior fund management efficiency are achieved.
The above-described method of this embodiment is further described below.
As an optional embodiment, step S202, determining, based on login name information of the target user, each service credential information corresponding to the target user and service amount information corresponding to each service credential information, includes: determining identification information corresponding to the target user based on login name information of the target user; and determining each piece of service credential information corresponding to the target user and service amount data corresponding to each piece of service credential information in a database of the fund management system based on the identification information.
In this embodiment, identification information corresponding to the target user is determined according to login name information of the target user, and each service credential information corresponding to the target user and service amount data corresponding to each service credential information are determined in a database of the funds management system according to the identification information.
For example, when the login name of the target user is employee 105 of enterprise a, the identification information corresponding to the target user is 1105, and according to the identification information 1105, it is determined in the database of the funds management system that the water fee payment credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to the water fee payment credential information are 8300 yuan.
As an optional embodiment, step S203, determining the credibility of each service credential information based on each service credential information corresponding to the target user and the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information, includes: when the amount data corresponding to each service credential information is in the range of the amount data corresponding to each service credential information, determining that the credibility of each service credential information is greater than the preset credibility; when the amount data corresponding to each service credential information is not in the range of the amount data corresponding to each service credential information, determining that the credibility of each service credential information is smaller than the preset credibility.
In this embodiment, if the amount data corresponding to each service credential information is within the conventional amount range corresponding to each service credential information, it is determined that the credibility of each service credential information will be greater than the set credibility; if the amount data corresponding to each service credential information exceeds the amount data range corresponding to each service credential information, determining that the credibility of each service credential information is less than the set credibility.
For example, when the service information is a water payment voucher, the service amount corresponding to the payment voucher is 8300 yuan, namely, a barrel of water is 14 yuan, and the barrel of water is 14 yuan, the conventional amount range is 5-16 yuan, so that the reliability of the service amount corresponding to the payment voucher is 8300 yuan, which is greater than the preset reliability 90%, and when the service information is a transfer voucher, the service amount corresponding to the transfer voucher is 23 ten thousand, wherein 23 ten thousand is employee payable, 23 ten thousand is not between 19.6 ten thousand and 22.5 ten thousand, so that the reliability of the service amount corresponding to the transfer voucher is 72%, and therefore, the reliability of the transfer amount is 72% which is less than the preset reliability 90%.
As an optional embodiment, after determining that the credibility of each service credential information is greater than the preset credibility when the amount data corresponding to each service credential information is within the range of the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information, the method further includes: when the credibility of each service voucher information is larger than or equal to the preset credibility, determining the service amount data corresponding to each service voucher information as normal data; and when the credibility of each service credential information is smaller than the preset credibility, determining the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information as abnormal data.
In this embodiment, if the credibility of each service voucher information is greater than or equal to the preset credibility, the amount data corresponding to each service voucher information is normal data, if the credibility of each service voucher information is less than the preset credibility, the service amount data corresponding to each service voucher information is abnormal data, and further audit is required, for example, when the service information is a water fee payment voucher, the credibility of the water fee payment voucher is 96%, and is greater than the preset credibility by 90%, so that the water fee payment voucher corresponding amount data is 8300 yuan as normal data, when the service information is a transfer voucher, the credibility of the voucher corresponding amount data is 72%, and is less than the preset credibility by 90%, and therefore, the transfer voucher corresponding amount data is 23 ten thousand yuan as abnormal data, which is only illustrative and not particularly limited.
As an optional embodiment, step S204, determining the credibility of the financial amount data corresponding to each service credential information based on the credibility of each service credential information, includes: when the business amount data is normal data and the business amount data is equal to the financial amount data, determining that the credibility of the financial amount data is normal credibility; and when the business amount data is normal data and the business amount data is not equal to the financial amount data, determining that the credibility of the financial amount data is abnormal credibility.
In this embodiment, if the business amount data is normal data, the reliability of the financial amount data is normal reliability when the business amount data is equal to the financial amount data, if the business amount data is normal data, the reliability of the financial amount data is abnormal reliability when the business amount data is not equal to the financial amount data, for example, the water fee payment voucher corresponding to the amount data is 8300 cells is normal data, the business amount data 8300 cells is equal to the financial amount data 8300 cells, the reliability of the financial amount data 8300 is normal reliability, the business amount data 8300 cells is not equal to the financial amount data 8500 cells when the water fee payment voucher corresponding to the amount data is normal data, the reliability of the financial amount data 8300 cells is abnormal reliability, and the audit department performs further audit, which is exemplified herein without limitation.
In the embodiment of the application, the identification information corresponding to the target user is determined according to the login name information of the target user; based on the identification information, determining each piece of service credential information corresponding to the target user and service amount data corresponding to each piece of service credential information in a database of the fund management system, and determining that the credibility of each piece of service credential information is greater than a preset credibility when the amount data corresponding to each piece of service credential information is within the range of the amount data corresponding to each piece of service credential information; when the amount data corresponding to each service credential information is not in the range of the amount data corresponding to each service credential information, determining that the credibility of each service credential information is smaller than a preset credibility, and when the credibility of each service credential information is larger than or equal to the preset credibility, the service amount data corresponding to each service credential information is normal data; when the credibility of each service voucher information is smaller than the preset credibility, the service amount data corresponding to each service voucher information is abnormal data, and when the service amount data is normal data and the service amount data is equal to the financial amount data, the credibility of the financial amount data is determined to be normal credibility; when the business amount data is normal data and the business amount data is not equal to the financial amount data, the credibility of the financial amount data is determined to be abnormal credibility, so that the technical problem of low enterprise fund management efficiency caused by low enterprise fund management speed in cooperation with financial departments and business departments in enterprises is solved, and the technical effects of improving the financial departments and business departments in cooperation with the enterprise fund management efficiency are achieved.
