In this embodiment, the architecture of the data layer is the most core architecture of the metadata management system, and the metadata management system manages data mainly from the following sources: internet data, social organization data, and business system data.
The data layer comprises:
(1) And the data vertex unit configures and displays the data form according to the unified standard and the personalized demand.
The data vertex unit comprises a data vertex configuration submodule and a data vertex display submodule. The data vertex configuration submodule is used for providing configuration for data chart display, introduction, reporting and research, and comprises a large screen management list and a large screen information list, wherein the large screen management list is used for a user to select charts to be placed on a large screen show window, so that the user can conveniently add and configure various graphical reports, and the large screen information list is used for the user to view chart information which is already placed on the large screen show window. The data vertex display sub-module is used for displaying the configuration result of the data vertex configuration sub-module in a show window mode, namely, a user inquires information on an existing graphical report, and performs chart information analysis by using a statistical chart.
(2) And the data form management unit is used for executing unified and standardized form management, wherein the form management comprises form creation, form examination, form checking, form sharing and form collection.
The form is used for acquiring real and accurate data information by designating data information which must be counted, requiring related staff to perform daily recording and periodical summarizing statistics, thus the necessary information after being evaluated in advance is included in the form, unnecessary irrelevant information is not included in the form, thus only a person filling the form can acquire key contents required by people in a short time strictly according to the form content, manage the working process of the related staff, ensure that the related staff perform work according to the specified requirements, realize effective process management and control, and provide specific and detailed data support (such as social organization condition and operation result) for the management manager of the organization and the outside of the organization on the premise of reducing time waste, thereby improving corresponding decision efficiency and decision accuracy, and further improving the overall working efficiency and working quality. Therefore, the data form management unit sets standard and unified standards to perform form management, so that management standardization and standardization are improved, management performance is improved, and specific and detailed social organization conditions, management achievements, management decisions and other aspects can be provided for management operators of organizations and outside the organizations through form management, so that reasonable decisions can be assisted.
In this embodiment, the data form management unit includes a form management sub-module, a form type review sub-module, a form review and normalization sub-module, a form data acquisition sub-module, a form data filling sub-module, an organization public data sub-module, an application data sharing sub-module, a process shared data sub-module, and a view shared data sub-module.
The data form management unit corresponds to a quality system catalog in an application layer, a user designs a required form in a form management submodule, and performs operations such as adding, deleting, changing and checking own forms, data importing, form importing, reporting and checking; the form type auditing submodule is used for auditing the form type (private or public); the form auditing and grading sub-module is used for auditing whether the form is archived or not, and the fact that the archived form cannot be modified and deleted any more is required; the form data acquisition sub-module is used for transmitting forms to be acquired to a social organization of an acquired party to a subordinate organization by a user, such as a higher level unit/department transmitting forms to be acquired to a lower level unit/department (the organization of the acquired party); the form data filling sub-module is used for receiving a form to be acquired by a lower level unit/department (an organization of an acquired party) after the upper level unit/department (the organization of the acquired party) issues a data acquisition instruction, filling the form and reporting the acquired data; the organization public data sub-module is used for a user to check all the published and archived forms in the system, and can copy the published and archived forms into corresponding quality system catalogues under the user name; the application data sharing sub-module realizes cross-organization, cross-industry and cross-level data sharing authority application, namely, a user sends a sharing application to a certain user to check a private filing form; the shared data checking sub-module is used for checking the private filing form approved by the shared application by the user; the shared data processing submodule is used as an applied party, and when other users send out shared application for checking the private filing form, the shared application received by the shared data processing submodule is checked and processed to determine whether the shared application is shared or not.
(3) And the data index management unit is used for establishing an index list according to the unified standard and the personalized demand configuration index.
The data index management is used for providing data for data chart display, introduction, reporting and research. Data index management is the collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting of data indexes and their storage in accessible databases to assist social organization administrators in making data-based decisions.
In this embodiment, the data index management unit may display all the indexes configured by the user, and may modify, delete, etc. the configured indexes, and may also create new indexes.
(4) And the data set management unit establishes a data set according to the existing index list and displays the data set by combining GIS information.
In this embodiment, the data set management unit includes a data set list sub-module and a map information management sub-module, where the data set list sub-module establishes a data set according to an existing index list, and the map information management sub-module provides map information, marks geographic positions corresponding to different data sets on a map, so that a social organization can obtain accurate geographic information and data information under conditions of leaving an office environment in need of business, investment, cooperation, investigation, and the like.
And fourthly, a base layer is used for constructing a communication link between the data layer and the external equipment and providing security protection and data storage service.
Example 5: as shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application discloses a metadata management platform, including:
a server that hosts and runs a metadata management system, wherein the metadata management system is as described in the above embodiments;
and the client provides a login interface for a user to access the metadata management system, so that visual metadata management is realized.
In this embodiment, the user logs in the server from the client, accesses the metadata management system, and performs visual metadata management in conjunction with the user authority. Wherein the client may be a web page version or APP.
Example 6: as shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application discloses a metadata management method of a metadata management platform, including:
step S610, a user logs in a client and sends an access request to an metadata management system according to authority, wherein the access request comprises a data management request, a system management request and a direct-report direct-connection management request, and the data management request comprises a data vertex management request, a data form management request, a data index management request and a data set management request;
step S620, the metadata management system responds to the access request and enters the relevant interface;
in step S630, the user performs a management operation corresponding to the request in the interface through the client.
For example, the user logs in to the metadata management platform, builds and manages a catalog flow, as follows:
first, the metadata management platform is interpreted by user name and password login through the client interface shown in fig. 6;
secondly, clicking the catalog management at the page, selecting to manage the quality system catalog or index catalog or data set catalog, clicking the quality system catalog as shown in figure 7, sending an access request, entering the quality system catalog management, adding the catalog newly or modifying and deleting the existing catalog.
For example, the user logs in to the metadata management platform, performs direct management of data between the upper and lower level and social organizations, as follows:
first, the metadata management platform is interpreted by user name and password login through the client interface shown in fig. 6;
and secondly, as shown in figure 8, clicking the direct report direct connection at the page to send out an access request, entering a direct report direct connection management unit, selecting the form direct connection or receiving management or operation management according to the requirement, and carrying out related management operation by combining with interface prompt.
For example, the user logs in to the metadata management platform to build a system application management environment, as follows:
first, through the client interface shown in fig. 5, the metadata management platform is interpreted by user name and password login;
secondly, as shown in fig. 9, clicking system management or log management or a system tool at the page according to the requirement, sending a corresponding access request, entering a corresponding interface, and selecting specific data to manage the system application environment.
For example, the user logs into the metadata management platform for data form management, as follows:
first, through the client interface shown in fig. 5, the metadata management platform is interpreted by user name and password login;
secondly, as shown in fig. 10, clicking a form management at a page to send an access request, and entering a data form management unit;
and then, selecting the management content of the data form to send out an access request, entering a corresponding interface and filling in the required information.
If form data acquisition is required, specifically, form data acquisition at a clicking page sends an access request, the access request enters a form data acquisition interface, new acquisition information is newly created, corresponding information is added in a pop-up window as shown in fig. 11, forms in a quality system catalog are selected as shown in fig. 12, and new form data acquisition is completed.
The other data form management, such as form type auditing, form auditing filing, form data reporting, organizing public data, applying for data sharing, processing shared data and checking shared data, is similar to form data acquisition in execution process, namely, corresponding access request is sent out at a client interface, corresponding interface is entered, corresponding information is filled in or checked, and corresponding data form management is completed.
Example 7: the embodiment of the application discloses a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which can be read by a computer and which is arranged to execute a metadata management method when running.
The storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a USB flash disk, a read-only memory, a mobile hard disk, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
Example 8: the embodiment of the application discloses an electronic device, which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein a computer program is stored in the memory, and the computer program is loaded and executed by the processor to realize an interpretation data management method.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a general purpose processor, a digital signal processor DSP, ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. Combinations of computing functions may also be implemented, for example, as a combination of one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, or the like. The memory may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a USB flash disk, a read-only memory, a mobile hard disk, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein. The scheme in the embodiment of the application can be realized by adopting various computer languages, such as object-oriented programming language Java, an transliteration script language JavaScript and the like.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The technical characteristics form the embodiments of the application, have stronger adaptability and optimal implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
Claims (10)
1. A method of constructing an metadata management system, comprising:
setting a data resource management architecture, wherein the data resource management architecture comprises a data analysis architecture and an application management architecture which are combined with a quality management architecture;
constructing a data layer by combining a data analysis architecture, and providing a unified data management service, wherein the data management service comprises data acquisition, analysis and sharing based on metadata analysis of a quality management system;
and an application layer is built by combining an application management framework, a system application management environment is established, and data direct management between upper and lower levels and each organization of the society is built.
2. The method for constructing a metadata management system according to claim 1, wherein the constructing a data layer in combination with a data analysis architecture provides a unified data management service, comprising:
creating a data vertex unit, and providing configuration and display services of a data analysis chart;
the method comprises the steps of creating a data form management unit, and providing standardized form management meeting a quality management system by combining a form management conventional process, wherein the form management comprises collection, modification, auditing, archiving, disclosure and sharing;
creating a data index management unit, and providing a normalized index construction environment by combining an index management conventional process;
a data set creation management unit provides a data set creation environment based on the index list.
3. The method for constructing a metadata management system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the constructing an application layer in combination with an application management architecture, establishing a system application management environment, and constructing a data direct management between upper and lower levels and social organizations comprises:
creating a direct report and direct connection management unit, providing data direct management service between upper and lower levels and each organization of society by combining the data direct operation conventional flow, realizing interconnection and intercommunication of unaddressed forms,
creating a catalog management unit for providing a build and manage catalog service, wherein the catalog comprises a data form catalog, a data index catalog and a data set catalog,
creating a system management unit for providing system application environment management service, wherein the system application management comprises registration and authority management, log management and interface management;
or/and the combination of the two,
the method also comprises the steps of constructing a display layer, setting a visualization device and displaying the metadata management system and the data;
or/and the combination of the two,
the method also comprises the steps of constructing a base layer, providing a communication link construction environment between the data layer and external equipment, and providing safety protection and data storage service.
4. A metadata management system constructed using the metadata management system construction method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
the display layer displays relevant interfaces corresponding to the application layer and the data layer;
an application layer, which builds a system application management environment and executes data direct management between upper and lower levels and each organization of the society;
a data layer providing a unified data management service, wherein the data management service comprises data collection, analysis and sharing based on a quality management system interpretation data analysis;
and the base layer builds a communication link between the data layer and the external equipment and provides safety protection and data storage service.
5. The metadata management system of claim 4, wherein the data layer comprises:
a data vertex unit for configuring and displaying the data form according to the unified standard and the personalized demand,
and the data form management unit is used for executing unified and standardized form management, wherein the form management comprises form creation, form examination, form checking, form sharing and form collection.
6. The metadata management system according to claim 5, wherein the data form management unit includes:
the form management submodule designs a required form, carries out management operation on own forms, wherein the management operation comprises adding, deleting, modifying, checking, data importing, form importing and reporting auditing,
a form type auditing submodule for auditing the form types, wherein the form types comprise private and public,
a form auditing and grading sub-module for auditing whether the form is archived,
form data acquisition sub-module, the user sends the form to be acquired to the social organization of the acquired party to the affiliated organization,
form data filling sub-module, the collected party organization receives the form to be collected, fills the form, reports the collected data,
the organize public data sub-module, the user views all the published and archived forms in the system, can copy the published and archived forms into the corresponding quality architecture catalogue under the user name,
an application data sharing sub-module, a user sends a sharing application to a certain user to check the private filing form,
a view shared data sub-module, a view private archive form after approval of the shared application,
the shared data processing sub-module is used for auditing and processing the received shared application and determining whether the shared application is shared;
or/and the combination of the two,
the data layer further includes:
a data index management unit for setting up index list according to unified standard and personalized demand configuration index,
the data set management unit establishes a data set according to the existing index list and displays the data set by combining GIS information;
or/and the combination of the two,
the application layer comprises:
a catalog management unit for setting up and managing a catalog including a quality system catalog, an index catalog and a data set catalog,
a direct report and direct connection management unit for executing the direct and receiving of data between the upper and lower levels and between the organizations of the society,
the system management unit is used for executing system application environment management, wherein the system application environment management comprises user registration, authority management, log management and interface management;
or/and the combination of the two,
the direct-report direct-connection management unit comprises:
the form direct management sub-module determines one or more targets, sends unaddressed forms to each target, wherein the targets include users, social organizations,
the form receiving management sub-module is used for managing the direct form structure and the form data, wherein the management comprises checking, copying and downloading,
and the form transmission management sub-module is used for checking the direct form record transmitted by the user.
7. An metadata management platform, comprising:
a server that hosts and runs a metadata management system, wherein the metadata management system is as defined in any one of claims 4 to 6;
and the client provides a login interface for a user to access the metadata management system, so that visual metadata management is realized.
8. A method of metadata management for a metadata management platform according to claim 7, comprising:
the user logs in the client and sends an access request to the metadata management system according to the authority, wherein the access request comprises a data management instruction, a system management instruction and a direct-report direct-connection management instruction, and the data management instruction comprises a data vertex management instruction, a data form management instruction, a data index management instruction and a data set management;
the metadata management system responds to the access request and executes corresponding management flow;
and the user views the management execution process and the result through the client.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program readable by a computer, the computer program being arranged to perform the method of claim 8 when run.
10. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein a computer program that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the method of claim 8.
