Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
An embodiment of the first aspect of the present application proposes a stylus, which includes a body 100, a positioning bracket 200, a waterproof bracket 300 and a waterproof member 400, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the body 100 is a hollow column, and the positioning bracket 200, the waterproof bracket 300 and the waterproof member 400 are all installed in the body 100. It is understood that the body 100 may be formed by splicing a plurality of shells, for example, the body 100 is designed into an upper shell and a lower shell by dividing along an axial direction, and then the upper shell is covered on the lower shell and connected by ultrasonic welding, hinging, clamping and the like. Or, the body 100 is integrally formed in an injection molding mode, so that the problem of water seepage at the joint of the upper shell and the lower shell is avoided, and the waterproof performance of the touch pen is further enhanced.
The housing cavity 110 extending along a first direction, that is, a length direction of the housing 100 is defined in the housing 100, and the housing cavity 110 is used for housing components such as the waterproof member 400, the waterproof bracket 300, the positioning bracket 200, and the like. The receiving chamber 110 is provided at one end thereof in the first direction with a first opening 120, and the waterproof member 400, the waterproof bracket 300, etc. are assembled into the receiving chamber 110 through the first opening 120.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a second opening 130 is further disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the body 100, the second opening 130 penetrates through the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 110 and is communicated with the accommodating cavity 110, the second opening 130 is used for accommodating a key 500, and the key 500 penetrates through the second opening 130 and is movably connected with the body 100. So that the key 500 can be moved toward the inside of the body 100 after being pressed to trigger the switch 610 on the circuit board 600 provided corresponding to the second opening 130.
As shown in fig. 3, since there is a movable gap between the key 500 and the housing at the edge of the second opening 130, so that water and dust are easily leaked, for this reason, the stylus pen of the present application is provided with a waterproof member 400, where the waterproof member 400 is made of rubber, silica gel, plastic or other waterproof materials with elasticity, and is disposed in the accommodating cavity 110 and corresponds to the position of the second opening 130, and the waterproof member 400 can cover the second opening 130 and abut against the housing at the edge of the second opening 130, so as to isolate the accommodating cavity 110 from the external environment.
It should be noted that, since the waterproof member 400 is mounted in the accommodating cavity 110 through the first opening 120 along the first direction, if the waterproof member 400 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the body 100 during this process, the frictional resistance of the waterproof member 400 during the movement along the first direction is relatively large, and it is difficult to mount the waterproof member 400 in place, and during the mounting process of the waterproof member 400, the waterproof member 400 is easily worn due to sliding friction between the waterproof member 400 and the inner wall of the body 100, thereby generating a water seepage gap. If the waterproof piece 400 is not tightly attached to the machine body 100, although the installation of the waterproof piece 400 is facilitated, a water seepage gap is easily formed between the waterproof piece 400 and the inner wall of the machine body 100, and a good waterproof effect cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the stylus pen in the embodiment of the application makes structural improvement on the assembly process of the waterproof piece 400, and by arranging the positioning bracket 200 and the waterproof bracket 300, a certain gap is kept between the waterproof piece 400 and the inner wall of the machine body 100 in the process of moving along the first direction until the waterproof piece 400 moves to a position corresponding to the second opening 130, and then the waterproof piece 400 can move along the second direction until being abutted against the inner wall of the machine body 100, so that the situation that a gap exists between the waterproof piece 400 and the inner wall of the machine body 100 is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the waterproof member 400 is fixedly disposed on the waterproof bracket 300, and the waterproof bracket 300 is movably connected to the positioning bracket 200. The inner wall of the machine body 100 is provided with a first limiting part 140, and the first limiting part 140 protrudes from the inner wall of the machine body 100. When the waterproof bracket 300 and the positioning bracket 200 are simultaneously inserted to the set position in the receiving chamber 110 in the first direction, the waterproof bracket 300 abuts against the first limiting portion 140, so that the first limiting portion 140 limits further displacement of the waterproof bracket 300 in the first direction. It should be noted that the first limiting portion 140 does not have an abutting relationship with the positioning bracket 200, so that the positioning bracket 200 can still move continuously along the first direction.
The positioning bracket 200 is provided with a first abutting portion 210, the waterproof bracket 300 is provided with a second abutting portion 310 matched with the first abutting portion 210, and in the assembly process, the positioning bracket 200, the waterproof bracket 300 and the waterproof piece 400 are assembled into a component, and then the component is assembled into the machine body 100. During assembly of the assembly to the fuselage 100, it is divided into two stages in sequence: in the first stage, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning bracket 200 and the waterproof bracket 300 move synchronously in the first direction, and there is no abutting relationship between the first abutting portion 210 and the second abutting portion 310. In the second stage, as shown in fig. 6, the waterproof bracket 300 abuts against the first limiting portion 140, the positioning bracket 200 moves relative to the waterproof bracket 300, the first abutting portion 210 abuts against the second abutting portion 310, and when the first abutting portion 210 moves relative to the second abutting portion 310, a pushing force is applied to the second abutting portion 310 along the second direction, so that the waterproof bracket 300 moves along the second direction, and therefore the waterproof piece 400 located on the waterproof bracket 300 abuts against the inner wall of the machine body 100, the waterproof piece 400 seals the second opening 130, and external water and dust cannot enter into the accommodating cavity 110 through the second opening 130.
It can be appreciated that, in the process of disassembling the stylus, the positioning bracket 200 is pulled out reversely along the first direction, and the waterproof bracket 300 slides under the action of gravity, so that the waterproof member 400 is separated from the inner wall of the body 100, and the positioning bracket 200 can drive the waterproof bracket 300 to move out synchronously.
The stylus of this application embodiment has greatly made things convenient for the dismantlement and the installation of stylus internals through setting up above-mentioned structure, has avoided in the installation because waterproof piece 400 interferes with the inner wall of fuselage 100 and leads to the installation difficulty, thereby can make waterproof piece 400 receive the power of second direction tightly to butt on the inner wall of fuselage 100 again to waterproof performance of waterproof piece 400 has been improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first abutting portion 210 on the positioning bracket 200 is an arc surface or an inclined plane, and the second abutting portion 310 on the waterproof bracket 300 is not limited and can maintain a sliding abutting state with the first abutting portion 210. In the first direction, the distance from the first abutment 210 to the bottom surface of the positioning bracket 200 gradually decreases. It should be noted that, since the waterproof bracket 300 is always kept in an upper and lower posture during the assembly, the side of the waterproof bracket 300 away from the positioning bracket 200 is the top surface, and the side of the positioning bracket 200 away from the waterproof bracket 300 is the bottom surface. It will be appreciated that in the second stage of the assembly process, the positioning bracket 200 moves relative to the waterproof bracket 300 in a first direction, that is, the waterproof bracket 300 moves relative to the positioning bracket 200 in a reverse direction of the first direction, and the distance from the first abutment 210 of the positioning bracket 200 to the bottom surface of the positioning bracket 200 increases gradually, so that the waterproof bracket 300 climbs gradually over the positioning bracket 200.
Alternatively, the second contact portion 310 of the waterproof bracket 300 may be an arc surface or an inclined plane, and the first contact portion 210 of the waterproof bracket 300 may be maintained in a sliding contact state with the second contact portion 310 without limitation. The distance from the second abutment 310 to the top surface of the waterproof bracket 300 gradually increases in the first direction. Thus, when the first abutting portion 210 abuts against the second abutting portion 310 and moves in the first direction, the second abutting portion 310 can be lifted up.
It can be appreciated that the first abutting portion 210 and the second abutting portion 310 may be inclined surfaces that are matched, as shown in fig. 5, with respect to the bottom surface of the positioning bracket 200, the distances from the first abutting portion 210 and the second abutting portion 310 to the bottom surface of the positioning bracket 200 gradually decrease along the first direction. The first abutting portion 210 and the second abutting portion 310 can abut against each other, and the movement of the positioning bracket 200 in the first direction drives the movement in the second direction between waterproofing.
When the waterproof bracket 300 is assembled to the positioning bracket 200, in the process of installing the positioning bracket 200 and the waterproof bracket 300 into the machine body 100, if the waterproof bracket 300 collides with the machine body 100 or rubs, the waterproof bracket 300 is easily separated from the positioning bracket 200. For this reason, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning bracket 200 is provided with the first clamping grooves 220 on two sides in the width direction, the waterproof bracket 300 is provided with the first clamping protrusions 320 on two sides in the width direction, and the first clamping protrusions 320 can be clamped with the first clamping grooves 220, so that the displacement of the waterproof bracket 300 on the positioning bracket 200 in the width direction is limited, and after the waterproof bracket 300 is connected to the positioning bracket 200 in a snap manner, the falling probability of the waterproof bracket 300 in the assembly process is reduced.
It should be noted that, although the waterproof bracket 300 is snap-connected with the positioning bracket 200 through the cooperation of the first snap-connection protrusion 320 and the first snap-connection groove 220, the waterproof bracket 300 and the positioning bracket 200 can still perform the relative movement along the first direction. Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first engaging protrusion 320 is provided with a first abutting portion 210, the groove wall of the first engaging groove 220 is provided with a second abutting portion 310, and the structure of the abutting driving is integrated through the structure of the snap connection, so that the structures on the positioning bracket 200 and the waterproof bracket 300 are simplified.
As shown in fig. 5, the first abutting portion 210 is further provided with a stop surface 211, when the second abutting portion 310 moves relative to the first abutting portion 210 until the waterproof member 400 abuts against the inner wall of the machine body 100, the second abutting portion 310 abuts against the stop surface 211 of the first abutting portion 210, so that further relative displacement of the second abutting portion 310 is limited, and the situation that the waterproof bracket 300 abuts against the machine body 100 directly and is deformed by extrusion due to excessive displacement of the waterproof bracket 300 along the second direction is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the waterproof member 400 includes a first body portion 410 and a first sealing portion 420, the first body portion 410 is used to abut against the key 500, and the first sealing portion 420 is used to abut against the inner wall of the body 100. The first sealing part 420 is disposed around the outer circumference of the first body part 410 and can be abutted against the inner wall of the body 100, thereby realizing the waterproof of the first body part 410 in the circumferential direction. Further, the waterproof member 400 further includes a first connection portion 430, and the first body portion 410 is connected to the first sealing portion 420 through the first connection portion 430, that is, the first connection portion 430 is circumferentially connected to the outer periphery of the first body portion 410, and the first sealing portion 420 is circumferentially connected to the outer periphery of the first connection portion 430. As shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the first connection part 430 is thin, so that when the key 500 is pressed and abuts against the first body part 410, the first connection part 430 can be elastically deformed relatively easily, so that the first body part 410 moves into the body 100.
The first connection part 430 is provided with a bending part, and the bending part is bent downwards to form the water storage tank 431, so that when a small amount of water flows onto the waterproof piece 400 through the second opening 130, the water storage tank 431 can concentrate and store the water, and the water is prevented from further diffusing onto the first connection part 430, so that the probability that the water permeates into the accommodating cavity 110 through a gap between the first connection part 430 and the inner wall of the machine body 100 is reduced.
In addition, the first sealing part 420 includes a mounting part 421, and the mounting part 421 can cover the edge of the third opening 330 on the waterproof bracket 300, thereby connecting the waterproof member 400 and the waterproof bracket 300. In addition, in order to enhance the waterproof performance of the waterproof piece 400, the first sealing portion 420 is further provided with an abutment protrusion 422, the abutment protrusion 422 is provided protruding from the mounting portion 421, and the abutment protrusion 422 is provided protruding from the surface of the waterproof bracket 300. Thus, when the waterproof bracket 300 moves in the second direction, the abutment protrusion 422 of the first sealing portion 420 can abut against the body 100 in advance of the waterproof bracket 300 and elastically deform to increase the contact area between the abutment protrusion 422 and the inner wall of the body 100, thereby increasing the difficulty of water penetration into the accommodating chamber 110 from the abutment.
It is understood that the projection area of the waterproof member 400 is larger than the projection area of the second opening 130 along the second direction, so that the waterproof member 400 can cover the second opening 130.
In some embodiments, a second limiting portion 150 is further disposed on the inner wall of the body 100, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the second limiting portion 150 is configured to abut against an end surface of the positioning bracket 200, thereby limiting further displacement of the positioning bracket 200 in the first direction. In other embodiments, the second limiting portion 150 may abut against another position of the positioning bracket 200, for example, a third limiting portion corresponding to the second limiting portion 150 is provided on the peripheral surface of the positioning bracket 200, so that the displacement of the positioning bracket 200 is limited by the abutment of the second limiting portion 150 and the third limiting portion.
In some embodiments, the stylus further includes a circuit board 600, and it is understood that the circuit board 600 is provided with a touch switch 610. The circuit board 600 is disposed on the positioning bracket 200, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of positioning slots are disposed on the circuit board 600, and a plurality of positioning posts extend upward on the positioning bracket 200. In the assembly process, the circuit board 600 is first mounted on the positioning frame 200 from top to bottom, and the positioning posts are disposed through the positioning slots, so as to limit the movement of the circuit board 600. Then, the waterproof bracket 300 is mounted on the positioning bracket 200, and it should be explained that, along the radial section of the machine body 100, the waterproof bracket 300 is in an arc shape, two ends of the arc shape are respectively provided with a first clamping protrusion 320 connected with the positioning bracket 200, and the waterproof bracket 300 is mounted on the positioning bracket 200 and then is covered on a part of the circuit board 600.
As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof bracket 300 is provided with a third opening 330, and the waterproof member 400 is disposed to cover the third opening 330 and connected to an edge of the third opening 330. The switch 610 on the circuit board 600 is disposed corresponding to the third opening 330, so that when the key 500 is pressed, the waterproof member 400 can be elastically deformed downward, and thus is abutted against the switch 610 on the circuit board 600, so as to send out a preset start-up instruction, a shutdown instruction, a state switching instruction, or the like.
To reduce the pressing stroke of the key 500, a protrusion 440 is provided on the waterproof member 400 toward the circuit board 600, and as shown in fig. 3, the protrusion 440 extends toward the circuit board 600 and is provided corresponding to the switch 610. When the key 500 is not pressed, a gap exists between the protrusion 440 and the switch 610. When the key 500 is pressed, the waterproof member 400 is elastically deformed, so that the protrusion 440 abuts against the switch 610.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
