Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the second elastic body 5 includes an elastic connection part 51, the elastic connection part 51 is provided with a through hole 52, the second elastic body 5 further includes a sealing connection part 53 wound around the periphery of the through hole 52, and the elastic connection part 51 is penetrated through the key hole 14 and is connected with the side wall of the pen-shaped casing 10 in a sealing manner; one end of the key 4 passes through the through hole 52 and is abutted with the switch 100; the seal connection 53 is in seal connection with the key 4.
The waterproof function of the waterproof touch pen at the key 4 is achieved through the arrangement. One end of the key 4 passes through the through hole 52 and is abutted against the switch 100, so that the condition that an elastic component exists between the key 4 and the switch 100 is avoided, and the problem that energy is wasted in the triggering process of the switch 100 due to energy storage of the elastic component between the key 4 and the switch 100 is solved; in addition, because the setting of button 4 and the direct butt of switch 100 for the degree of depth that button 4's the depression depth and switch 100 trigger needs is the same, has improved operating efficiency, and the operation sense of touch is accurate, and user's use experience is felt better.
In this embodiment, the pen-shaped casing 10 is provided with a stop portion for stopping the key 4 pressed to the limit position. By the arrangement of the stop portion, the excessive depth of pressing of the key 4 is avoided, thereby protecting the switch 100 in the internal channel 112.
Specifically, the stop portion includes a stop protrusion 15 formed on an inner sidewall of the key hole 14, the stop protrusion 15 includes a stop surface 151, and the key 4 located at the limit position abuts against the stop surface 151. In other embodiments, the stop portion may be disposed inside the internal channel 112, so long as the key 4 located at the limit position can be stopped, and the installation of the internal electronic component is not affected.
In this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 15 is annular, the limiting protrusion 15 includes an attaching surface 152, the attaching surface 152 is perpendicular to the stop surface 151, the elastic connection portion 51 is plate-shaped, and an outer peripheral surface of the elastic connection portion 51 is in sealing connection with the attaching surface 152. Wherein the outer peripheral surface of the elastic connection portion 51 is bonded to the bonding surface 152. Specifically, the second elastic body 5 is adhered to the bonding surface 152 after the bonding surface 152 is glued. In other embodiments of the present invention, the elastic connection portion 51 may be integrally formed with the limit projection 15. The limiting protrusion 15 has the functions of limiting and connecting, is compact in structure, is beneficial to reducing the equipment size and saves the cost.
In order to increase the contact area between the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 and the second elastic body 5, in this embodiment, the attaching surface 152 is provided with an attaching groove 153, and the outer peripheral surface of the elastic connecting portion 51 is formed with an attaching protrusion 54, and the attaching protrusion 54 is fitted in the attaching groove 153.
In order to further increase the contact area between the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 and the second elastic body 5, in this embodiment, the number of the attaching grooves 153 is several, the attaching surfaces 152 are arranged at intervals, the number of the attaching protrusions 54 is the same as the number of the attaching grooves 153, and the attaching protrusions 54 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the attaching grooves 153.
In this embodiment, the attaching groove 153 may penetrate through the upper and lower end surfaces of the limiting protrusion 15 along the radial direction of the pen-shaped sleeve body 10. I.e., the inner side wall of the key hole 14 is wavy, and the penetrating type fitting groove 153 is convenient for processing.
In other embodiments, the fitting recess 153 may be hemispherical, and the fitting protrusion 54 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic connection portion 51 may be hemispherical. The arrangement increases the contact area between the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 and the second elastic body 5, and improves the connection strength between the pen-shaped sleeve body and the second elastic body; on the other hand, the second elastic body 5 is limited in the axial direction of the key hole 14, so that the second elastic body 5 is prevented from being separated from the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 when being pressed by the key 4.
In this embodiment, the limiting projection 15 is located at an end of the inner sidewall of the key hole 14 near the inner channel 112. The above-mentioned position setting makes second elastomer 5 and button 4 can wholly be close to the axis position of pen-shaped cover body 10 to make button 4 be located the size as little as possible outside the button hole 14, and then reduced waterproof stylus at radial overall dimension, be favorable to promoting the use and feel, and be convenient for accomodate.
With respect to the structure of the key 4, in the present embodiment, the key 4 includes a pressing portion 41 and a link portion 42 provided at one end of the pressing portion 41, the seal connection portion 53 is connected to the pressing portion 41 in a seal manner, and the link portion 42 passes through the through hole 52 and abuts against the switch 100. The outer diameter of the pressing part 41 is larger than that of the connecting rod part 42, so that the cost of the key 4 after the structure optimization can be reduced; on the other hand, the size of the through hole 52 can be reduced, so that the size of the elastic connection portion 51 is reduced as much as possible and the cost of the second elastic body 5 is reduced on the premise of ensuring that the elastic force of the elastic connection portion 51 is sufficient.
In this embodiment, the side of the pressing portion 41 provided with the link portion 42 is provided with the mounting groove 43, and the seal connection portion 53 of the second elastic body 5 includes a mounting table protruding from the elastic connection portion 51, and the mounting table is inserted into the mounting groove 43. The mount may be made of silica gel, and by means of the above mount, when the key 4 is pressed, the mount may perform buffering in a certain range, so that the deformation of the elastic connection portion 51 between the sealing connection portion 53 and the outer peripheral surface of the second elastic body 5 is reduced, so that the stress at the sealing connection portion 53 and the stress at the outer peripheral surface of the second elastic body 5 are reduced, and further the possibility of separation between the sealing connection portion 53 and the key 4 is reduced, and the possibility of separation between the outer peripheral surface of the second elastic body 5 and the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 is also reduced.
By means of the structure of the mounting groove 43 and the mounting table, position guidance is provided for assembling the second elastic body 5 and the key 4, and assembling efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the mounting groove 43 is annular, and the mounting base is annular, and the bottom of the mounting groove 43 is bonded to the end of the mounting base. Specifically, glue is applied to the mounting groove 43, and then the mounting table is fitted into the mounting groove 43. The bonding mode enables the second elastic body 5 and the key 4 to achieve a better sealing effect, and the bonding between the bottom of the mounting groove 43 and the end of the mounting table avoids the glue from being stuck on the connecting rod part 42, even the glue flows into the inner channel 112 through the connecting rod part 42.
Since the mounting groove 43 is provided around the outer periphery of the link portion 42, in the present embodiment, the mounting groove 43 includes a mounting inner side wall 431 and a mounting outer side wall 432 that are concentrically provided, and the height of the mounting inner side wall 431 is greater than the height of the mounting outer side wall 432. Wherein the height difference between the mounting inner side wall 431 and the mounting outer side wall 432 is H. Further, by the above arrangement, when dispensing, the glue is prevented from flowing to the inside of the mounting groove 43 and adhering to the link portion 42, thereby causing adhesion between the link portion 42 and the side wall of the through hole 52, and even the glue flows into the inside of the inner passage 112 through the link portion 42.
In other embodiments, the mounting table may be a columnar structure. The installation table can be provided in plurality, the installation tables are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the through hole 52, and the installation grooves 43 and the installation tables are arranged in one-to-one correspondence.
In this embodiment, the groove bottom of the installation groove 43 is provided with an annular groove. The annular groove is used to receive glue to avoid squeezing the glue out of the link portion 42 when the outer side wall of the mounting table and the mounting inner side wall 431 of the mounting groove 43 are in contact.
In other embodiments, a plurality of glue grooves may be recessed in the mounting inner sidewall 431.
In order to realize multiple functions, in this embodiment, at least two keys 4 are provided, and the number of key holes 14 is the same as the number of keys 4 and is set in a one-to-one correspondence manner. One of the keys 4 is used for triggering a painting function and the other key 4 is used for triggering an eraser function. In other embodiments, one of the plurality of keys 4 may also correspond to the on/off of the entire waterproof stylus. In addition, the number of the keys 4 can be three, four or even ten, which correspond to different functions.
In this embodiment, the shape of the key hole 14 is long, and the length direction of the key hole 14 is consistent with the length direction of the pen-shaped sleeve 10, and the shape of the second elastic body 5 is adapted to the shape of the key hole 14. This shape arrangement can increase the contact area between the second elastic body 5 and the pen-shaped casing 10 as much as possible, improving the connection strength.
The electronic component comprises a wireless charging coil and a battery, wherein the wireless charging coil is used for wirelessly charging the battery. The tail 62 of the periphery of the pen-shaped sleeve body 10 is provided with an LED lamp, so that the functions of starting up, charging and the like can be displayed. The pen-shaped casing 10 is internally provided with a magnet for attracting a notebook and a charging device. The rack is disposed within the interior channel 112 and the electronic components are mounted on the rack arrangement. The pen-shaped casing 10 is provided at the rear end thereof with a tail cap for blocking the rear end opening of the internal passage 112. A buffer cushion is arranged between the tail cover and the bracket. The copper foil is wrapped outside the bracket, so that the electronic component is prevented from being radiated from the outside.

Claims (10)

1. Waterproof stylus, its characterized in that includes:
the pen comprises a pen body (1), wherein the pen body (1) comprises a pen-shaped sleeve body (10) and a first channel (11) extending along the axial direction of the pen-shaped sleeve body (10), the first channel (11) comprises an inner channel (112) and a mounting hole (111) communicated with the inner channel (112), a key hole (14) communicated with the first channel (11) is formed in the side wall of the pen-shaped sleeve body (10), and a switch (100) is arranged in the first channel (11);
a first elastic body (2), wherein the first elastic body (2) is arranged in the mounting hole (111) in a sealing way, the first elastic body (2) forms a second channel (20) with two open ends, and the second channel (20) is communicated with the inner channel (112);
the pen refill (3) is penetrated in the second channel (20) and the inner channel (112), and the first elastic body (2) is sleeved on the periphery of the pen refill (3);
a key (4), wherein one end of the key (4) passes through the key hole (14) and is abutted with the switch (100);
and the second elastic body (5) is used for connecting the key (4) to the pen-shaped sleeve body (10) in a sealing way.

The waterproof stylus according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the pen-shaped sleeve body (10) extends inwards to form a limiting rib (12), the limiting rib (12) is provided with a limiting hole (120) communicated with the first channel (11), and the limiting hole (120) is connected with the shaft body of the pen core (3) in a matching mode.
3. The waterproof stylus according to claim 2, characterized in that the limit rib (12) comprises a first side (121) facing the mounting hole (111);
the first elastic body (2) comprises a connecting portion (22), the connecting portion (22) being connected to the first side (121).
4. A waterproof stylus according to claim 3, characterized in that the limit rib (12) extends along the axial direction of the stylus body (1) along the first side (121) towards a direction away from the mounting hole (111) to form a waterproof groove (122);
the first elastic body (2) comprises a connecting part (22), and the connecting part (22) is arranged in the waterproof groove (122).
5. The waterproof stylus according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the mounting hole (111) extends inward to form a mounting portion (113), the mounting portion (113) and the inner wall of the mounting hole (111) forming a mounting step (13);
the first elastic body (2) includes a connecting portion (22), and the connecting portion (22) is connected to the mounting step (13).
6. The waterproof stylus according to claim 1, wherein the first elastomer (2) comprises:
a connection portion (22);
an elastic portion (21), one end of the elastic portion (21) is connected with the connecting portion (22), and a gap is formed between the elastic portion (21) and the inner wall of the first channel (11);
-a fixing portion (23), said fixing portion (23) being connected to the other end of said elastic portion (21), said fixing portion (23) being connected to at least a portion of said cartridge (3).

The waterproof stylus according to claim 6, wherein the elastic portion (21) comprises the second channel (20), the fixing portion (23) comprises a first end facing the second channel (20), and an end of the first end extends into the second channel (20) along an axial direction of the pen-shaped housing (10) to form a socket, and the socket and the elastic portion (21) form a stop groove (25).

The waterproof stylus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the second elastic body (5) comprises an elastic connection part (51), the elastic connection part (51) is provided with a through hole (52), the second elastic body (5) further comprises a sealing connection part (53) wound on the periphery of the through hole (52), and the elastic connection part (51) penetrates through the key hole (14) and is in sealing connection with the side wall of the pen-shaped sleeve body (10); one end of the key (4) passes through the through hole (52) and is abutted with the switch (100); the sealing connection part (53) is in sealing connection with the key (4).

The waterproof stylus according to claim 8, wherein the key (4) includes a pressing portion (41) and a link portion (42) provided at one end of the pressing portion (41), the seal connecting portion (53) is connected with the pressing portion (41) in a seal manner, and the link portion (42) passes through the through hole (52) and abuts against the switch (100).

The waterproof stylus according to claim 9, wherein a mounting groove (43) is formed in a side of the pressing portion (41) where the link portion (42) is formed, the sealing connection portion (53) of the second elastic body (5) includes a mounting table protruding from the elastic connection portion (51), and the mounting table is inserted into the mounting groove (43).
