Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of interior decoration, in particular to a wall capable of hiding and installing gateway electric appliances and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the past home and business finishing, it has been common practice to embed equipment connection lines such as cable lines, network lines, etc. into walls, typically by placing them into rubber hoses. The main advantage of this mode is that it is beautiful, makes the room look clean and tidy, and the electric wire no longer is in disorder, also can avoid the potential safety hazard that causes because of the electric wire is too much, and is in disorder. But over time and with advances in technology, this technology has shown its obvious shortcomings and limitations.
First, this technique faces the problem of limited number of cables. Because the volume of the rubber tube is limited, each rubber tube can only accommodate a plurality of wires. In modern life, the demand of wires is gradually increased due to the increase of various devices such as household appliances, intelligent devices, network devices and the like, and the original hidden wire technology cannot meet the demand. Moreover, the hose may age over time or change shape due to environmental factors such as humidity, etc., resulting in the wire not being removed or replaced.
Secondly, when maintaining or replacing the wires, the wall is often damaged, a new line is opened up on the wall again, and the influence is quite large. This process not only generates a lot of dust, but also may destroy the decoration of the wall surface such as paint, wallpaper, tile, etc., causing a lot of inconvenience to the user and considerably high construction costs.
Finally, due to the limitations of the dark line technology, some devices need to be placed in a conspicuous place, occupying indoor space. In some applications, because the wires are not hidden in the wall, the messy wires may cause unnecessary accidents, such as tripping, especially for the elderly or children.
Meanwhile, technology is rapidly developed, new equipment and technology such as information technology equipment, intelligent devices and the like are layered endlessly, and wireless technology is gradually developed to a high-speed and stable direction. For example, power supply may save space for each device to connect a power cord to a transformer via power over ethernet (PoE) technology, but each device still requires a cable to connect. However, with the continuous upgrade of PoE technology, and the growing demand for various wired and wireless devices, conventional hidden wire technology clearly has failed to meet this trend.
