The friction between the paper and the upper end of the guide plate 3 is reduced by the accelerating roller 34, the speed of the paper automatically sliding down along the guide plate 3 is increased, the paper jamming is avoided, and the time is left for the position adjustment of the previous paper before the color printer body 1 prints out the next paper.
Referring to fig. 12, the present invention further provides a method for automatically finishing paper in a color printer, comprising the following steps:
s01, the printed coated paper moves to the upper end of the guide plate 3 from the paper outlet of the color printer body 1, and automatically slides into the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 from the guide plate 3.
S02, the lower-layer electric push rod 212 enables the transverse U-shaped frame 210 and the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 to rotate downwards with the position of the fixing block 211 as a rotating point, and the fixing block is horizontally rotated to incline, and in the process, the coated paper automatically slides along the inner bottom wall of the inclined longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 until the paper is abutted against the vertical inner wall of the transverse U-shaped frame 210 far away from the color printer body 1.
S03, the upper electric push rod 223 enables the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 to rotate upwards by taking the position of the lug 222 as a rotation point, the coated paper slides along the inner bottom wall of the inclined longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 until the paper is abutted against the vertical inner wall of the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 away from the upper electric push rod 223, and at the moment, the paper is located in a right-angle stacking area formed by the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 and the transverse U-shaped frame 210.
S04, after the position of the first sheet is adjusted, the transverse U-shaped frame 210 and the longitudinal U-shaped frame 221 are reset, the position adjustment of the subsequent sheets is repeated in the step S02-S03, and a plurality of sheets are orderly stacked from bottom to top in a right-angle stacking area.
