Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wiper structure, and more particularly, to a waterproof wiper structure.
Background
The automobile windshield wiper is arranged on the outer side face of the automobile glass and is connected with the windshield wiper driving arm, the windshield wiper driving arm applies acting force to the windshield wiper and drives the windshield wiper to swing repeatedly on the glass face so as to scrape off foreign objects such as rainwater or dirt on the glass.
In addition, the general windshield wiper structure mainly comprises a buckling seat, a metal elastic sheet, a guide cover and a windshield wiper adhesive tape. The buckling seat is combined with the metal elastic sheet and the windshield wiper rubber strip, and the air guide sleeve is installed at the top of the buckling seat and connected with the windshield wiper driving arm, so that the windshield wiper rubber strip is driven to move through the windshield wiper driving arm to clean the glass surface of the automobile.
However, since the combination between the air guide sleeve and the metal spring in the windshield wiper structure is not sealed, rainwater easily permeates into the air guide sleeve and infiltrates into the metal spring, so that the metal spring is easily rusted and the service life is shortened. Particularly, when the metal spring plate is used in an ice-cold environment, the original elastic force of the metal spring plate can be lost due to ice formation, so that the metal spring plate needs to be further improved.
