If the accumulated water cannot be removed for a long time, the pivot for fixing the switch button 132 and the switch module of the switch housing 131 may be corroded to cause the charging gun to break down, and the accumulated water may slowly permeate into the inner cavity 17 from between the switch housing 131 and the switch accommodating groove 112, thereby causing a potential safety hazard to the use of the charging gun.
Therefore, referring to fig. 2 and 8, the rear end of the upper cavity 16 is further provided with a drainage channel 114 transversely penetrating through the upper cavity 16, and the drainage channel 114 is located at the lowest end of the upper cavity 16 in the vertical direction. Both lateral ends of the drain groove 114 are exposed to the outside of the case main body top end 11c, so that the water entering the upper cavity 16 is accumulated in the drain groove 114 and is discharged to the outside. The drainage channel 114 is arranged to drain accumulated water infiltrated into the gap between the cover shell 133 and the top end 11c of the shell body 11 in time, so as to ensure that the inner cavity 17 has no accumulated water.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the present application further provides an integrated charging gun 100, where the integrated charging gun 100 includes the above-mentioned charging gun sealed housing 10, and further includes a terminal 20 disposed in the gun head 12. The outer surface of the terminal 20 is provided with a terminal sealing ring 21, the gun head 12 is provided with an inner mounting hole 122, and the terminal sealing ring 21 arranged on the outer periphery of the terminal 20 in the gun head 12 is pressed by the inner mounting hole 122 of the gun head 12, so that the contact surface between the terminal 20 and the gun head 12 is sealed. By arranging the sealing rings on the outer surface of the gun head 12 and the outer surface of the terminal 20, the gun head 12 of the integrated charging gun 100 can achieve a complete sealing effect.
The invention provides a charging gun sealing shell 10 which comprises a shell main body 11 in an integrated design, a gun head part 12 inserted at the front end 11a of the shell main body 11 and a switch part 13 arranged at the top end 11c of the shell main body 11. A sealing member 14 is inserted into the rear end 11b of the housing main body 11, a cable A penetrates through the sealing member 14 from the rear end 11b of the housing main body 11 into the charging gun, and the sealing member 14 is matched with the rear end 11b to realize sealing of the rear end 11b of the housing main body 11; the gun head 12 is inserted into the front end 11a of the housing body 11, and a plurality of sealing rings 121 are disposed on an outer surface of the gun head 12 for sealing a contact surface between the gun head 12 and the housing body 11 so as to seal the front end 11a of the housing body 11; the switch portion 13 is used for accommodating a switch housing 131 of a switch module and is formed by injection molding in an integrated manner, and the switch housing 131 is matched with the top end 11c of the housing body 11 to seal the top end 11c of the housing body 11. Sealing is performed by the leading end 11a, the leading end 11c, and the trailing end 11b of the one-piece case main body of the charging gun, so that the charging gun case achieves effective sealing. The application also provides an integrated charging gun 100 using the sealing shell of the charging gun, which comprises a terminal 20, wherein the inner mounting hole 122 of the gun head 12 is sleeved on the outer surface of the terminal 20, and the outer circumference of the terminal 20 is sleeved with a terminal sealing ring 21, so that the contact surface of the terminal 20 and the inner mounting hole 122 is sealed.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A charging gun seal housing, comprising:
a housing body of unitary design having a leading end, a trailing end, and a top end; the tail end of the shell main body is inserted into a sealing piece, a cable penetrates through the sealing piece from the tail end of the shell main body to enter a charging gun, and the sealing piece is matched with the tail end of the shell main body to realize the tail end sealing of the shell main body;
a gun head inserted into the front end of the housing main body; the outer surface of the gun head is provided with a plurality of sealing rings for sealing the contact surface of the gun head and the shell body so as to realize the sealing of the front end of the shell body;
the switch part is arranged at the top end of the shell main body and comprises a switch shell for accommodating a switch module, a switch button positioned above the switch shell and a cover shell for covering the top end of the shell main body; the switch shell is formed by injection molding in an integrated mode, and the switch shell is matched with the top end of the shell main body to seal the top end of the shell main body.
2. The sealing case of the charging gun according to claim 1, wherein the switch case is inserted into the top end of the case body, and a sealing gasket is sleeved on the outer surface of the switch case to reinforce the sealing of the contact surface of the switch case and the top end of the case body.
3. The sealing case of charging gun according to claim 2, characterized in that the switch case is fastened with the top end of the case main body by screws for pressing the gasket.
4. The charging gun seal housing of claim 1, wherein the seal comprises a soft gel seal and a hard gel seal disposed around the outer periphery of the soft gel seal.

The sealing case of the charging gun according to claim 4, wherein a step is formed inside the tail end of the case main body, the soft rubber seal includes a fixing portion located at the front end, the fixing portion abuts against the step forward in the axial direction of the cable, the outer periphery of the fixing portion is closely attached to the inner peripheral surface of the tail end of the case main body, and the hard rubber seal abuts against the fixing portion forward in the axial direction of the cable.

The sealing case of the charging gun according to claim 5, wherein the soft rubber sealing member further comprises a first tube and a second tube located behind the fixing member, the first tube has a fixing portion and a second tube at two ends thereof, the fixing portion, the first tube and the second tube have inner ring surfaces provided with a plurality of protruding rings surrounding and abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the cable, and the hard rubber sealing member is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first tube.

The sealing case for a charging gun according to claim 1, wherein an upper cavity for accommodating the switch case and the switch button is formed at a top end of the case main body, the upper cavity includes a drain groove located at a rear end of the upper cavity and extending transversely through the upper cavity, the drain groove is located at a lowermost end of the upper cavity in an up-down direction, and both transverse ends of the drain groove are exposed outside the top end of the case main body.

The sealing case of the charging gun according to claim 5, wherein a fastening position is provided at a position of the top end of the case main body located at the rear end of the upper cavity, the fastening position does not penetrate through the top end of the case main body and is communicated with the upper cavity, an elastic buckle is convexly provided at one side of the cover shell facing the top end of the case main body, and the elastic buckle is fastened at the fastening position.
9. An integrated charging gun comprising the charging gun sealed housing according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

The integrated charging gun according to claim 9, wherein a terminal is arranged in the gun head, a terminal sealing ring is arranged on the outer surface of the terminal, an inner mounting hole is formed in the gun head, the terminal is mounted in the gun head, and the terminal sealing ring on the periphery of the terminal is pressed by the inner mounting hole of the gun head, so that the gun head is completely sealed.
