Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of laser cutting machines, in particular to a conveying device of an automatic discharging mechanism of a laser cutting machine, which comprises a chain, a connecting bracket, a chain plate and a connecting bolt; the connecting bracket comprises a supporting plate, a connecting shaft sleeve and a rivet nut; the support plate is composed of a first connecting part, a bending transition part and a second connecting part which are sequentially connected, and the connecting bolt is in threaded connection with the rivet nut to fix the connecting plate and the chain plate together; the chain plate is composed of two steel pipes and a flat plate, the two steel pipes are respectively fixed at two sides of the flat plate, each chain plate is arranged at a position with a low left and a high right, and the two steel pipes at the lap joint position of two adjacent chain plates are always in a tangent state. The conveying device adopts a connecting form of a single chain plate, and has the characteristics of convenient maintenance and replacement.

Background
The laser cutting machine is a device for cutting a workpiece by irradiating the surface of the workpiece to be cut with a laser beam emitted from a laser generator, wherein the workpiece irradiated by the laser beam reaches a melting point or a boiling point, and simultaneously, molten or gasified metal is blown away by using high-pressure gas coaxial with the laser beam, so that the purpose of cutting the metal is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, a conveying device of an automatic discharging mechanism of a laser cutting machine comprises a chain 1, a connecting bracket 2, a chain plate 3 and a connecting bolt 4;
the chain selected in the invention is a double-pitch conveying roller chain, and the pitch P of the chain is selected according to the conveyed load condition. The structure of which is shown in figure 2. The chain includes chain rollers 11, chain guards 12 and a roller center shaft 13. The roller center shaft 13 of the chain is a customized product, which replaces a standard product pin shaft to connect the chain roller and the chain baffle and extends out for a certain length at the same time, so as to be connected with the connecting bracket 2 in fig. 1. The end of the central shaft of the roller is provided with a slot, and a retainer ring is used for positioning the connecting bracket 2 in figure 1 during installation.
The structure of the connecting bracket is shown in fig. 3, and the connecting bracket is composed of four parts, namely: a support plate 21, a connecting plate 22, a connecting shaft sleeve 23 and a rivet nut 24. The working principle is that the connecting bracket is connected with the extending section of the roller central shaft of the chain through two round holes on the supporting plate 21. The connecting bracket is connected with the chain plate through bolts by the connecting plate 22 and the rivet nuts 24 on the connecting plate. The connecting shaft sleeve 23 has the function of increasing the contact area between the connecting bracket and the extending section of the central shaft of the roller, so that the condition that the connecting bracket is worn by the central shaft of the roller can be reduced; secondly, can be as the spacer tube between the adjacent linking bridge, guarantee conveyor's stability. The connecting bracket adopts a metal plate welding process, so that compared with the stamping connection on the market at present, the connecting bracket can save high mould cost for enterprises with smaller production batches and reduce the production cost. The connection form is also beneficial to be adjusted according to the unused site conditions.
The cross section shape and important dimension of the chain plate are shown in figure 4, the inner radius of the steel pipes at the two ends of the chain plate is R, and the center distance of the two steel pipes is L. The design process of the link plate, i.e., the design principle of the dimension in fig. 4, is described below. The arrangement of the link plates is shown in fig. 5. Each chain plate is arranged at a position with left lower side and right higher side. The inner radius R of the steel pipe at the two ends of each chain plate is selected by comprehensively considering the height of the discharging mechanism and the outer diameter of the standard steel pipe. The invention sets the steel pipe at the left end of each chain plate and the chain roller in coaxial relation, as shown in figure 5, the center distance of the steel pipes at the lower parts of two adjacent chain plates is the pitch of the chain P. According to the design of the chain plate shown in fig. 5, two steel pipes at the joint of the two chain plates are always in a tangent state, and the tangent relation of the two steel pipes is not changed although the tangent point is changed along with the change of the angle of the chain. On the one hand, the automatic discharging device can ensure that no matter what angle is needed by the automatic discharging device, the chain plates of the automatic discharging device cannot generate gaps at any positions, so that the phenomenon of clamping stagnation caused by falling of workpieces between the two chain plates is prevented, and equipment is damaged. On the other hand, a large gap is not generated at the rotation position of the chain, so that the condition of material leakage is avoided. And the raised steel pipe at the joint of the two chain plates can also play a role of a scraping plate, and can better drive a workpiece to be discharged out of a laser cutting machine along the running direction of the automatic discharging device.
The chain plate designed by the invention can select different forming processes and materials according to different use scenes. When the automatic discharging work is carried out for the low-power laser cutting machine, a forming process of welding the chain plate by using carbon steel can be selected, and the structure is shown in figure 6. The link plate comprises two carbon steel pipes 31 and a carbon steel plate 32. And welding and forming the three parts according to the designed size by using a welding tool. The selection of the process can meet the requirements and greatly reduce the equipment cost. When the automatic discharging work is carried out for the high-power laser cutting machine, the forming process of the chain plate by using the extruded aluminum profile can be selected according to the section shape shown in fig. 4. Because aluminum belongs to high-reflectivity metal, and the link joint is a certain distance away from the cutting point, the link joint made of aluminum is not easy to be damaged by laser, and the service life of the automatic discharging mechanism is prolonged.
