The V-shaped plate roller conveyor chain of claim 1, wherein: the customized roller conveying chain is composed of a common pin shaft, an inner chain plate, an outer chain plate, a pin shaft with holes and a customized roller, wherein the customized roller is an integral bearing and is composed of a sleeve, a non-standard needle bearing, a roller and a sealing ring.

The V-shaped plate roller conveyor chain of claim 1, wherein: the V-shaped flat plate and the customized roller conveying chain are welded in a circumferential weld welding mode, but when the chains are combined into a closed circumferential chain, the last overlapped sections of the chains are connected with the V-shaped flat plate and the sets of sleeve roller chains through bolts.
  5. 5. The V-shaped plate roller conveyor chain of claim 1, wherein: the guide wheel is a non-metal wheel or a standard ball bearing made of wear-resistant materials; the partial profile of the guide wheel protrudes 1-5 mm from the end parts of the two sides of the V-shaped flat plate.
