The dispatching unit 11 generates a dispatching list according to the optimal dispatching path result and the on-site AGV forklift information, and outputs dispatching instructions to the AGV forklift 12 according to the dispatching list, wherein the AGV forklift information comprises an idle AGV forklift and the position of the idle AGV forklift.
The AGV forklift 12 transports goods according to the dispatching instructions, further completes the dispatching tasks, and then feeds back dispatching success information to the main control module 1 to achieve intelligent dispatching.
As shown in fig. 1, the statistics module 4 includes a report generating unit 13 and a log generating unit 14, where the report generating unit 13 sorts and analyzes the data output by the main control module 1, and generates a report; the log generating unit 14 performs a log operation or import of data output from the main control module 1. The statistics module 4 realizes statistics and management of goods inventory information, warehouse-in and warehouse-out information, distribution path information and the like, and generates reports and logs so as to be convenient for later disc copying or tracing.
