The acupoints prescription fully considers the concept of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' (see table 1 in detail) and fully considers the status of each acupoint in the prescription and the law of change of the efficacy after compatibility. The jun point is the point in the prescription which plays the main therapeutic role in the main symptoms or diseases of the prescription, reflects the main attack direction of the prescription, has the first therapeutic efficacy in the prescription and is an indispensable stimulation point in the prescription. The ministerial acupuncture points are the acupuncture points for assisting the monarch acupuncture points in the prescription to strengthen the treatment of the main diseases and the main symptoms, and the monarch acupuncture points and the ministerial acupuncture points are stimulated in a matched manner, so that a good treatment effect on the symptom of the autonomic nerve dysfunction is achieved.
In the prescription of acupoints shown in table 2, the current intensity of the electric stimulation of the minister acupoint is a fixed value, the power of the laser stimulation is a fixed value range, and the applicant finds that the electric stimulation of the minister acupoint and the laser stimulation should have a cooperative constraint relationship with the electric stimulation of the monarch acupoint and the laser stimulation in the research and development process, and a preferable cooperation mode exists, so that the treatment effect can be obviously improved through the cooperative relationship between the minister acupoint and the laser stimulation.
In the research and development process, the applicant finds that the current intensity of the electric stimulation of the ministerial acupuncture points meets the following electric stimulation cooperative constraint formula:
P=;
wherein P is the current intensity of the electrical stimulation of the ministerial acupuncture points, and the unit is mA; p (P) 0 The current intensity of the electric stimulation of jun acupoint is mA; t is the duration of the electrical stimulation of jun acupoint in min, i.e. minutes.
The applicant also found that the ministerial energy makes the laser stimulation power of the acupoints satisfy the following laser stimulation synergistic constraint formula:
N=;
wherein N is the power of laser stimulation of ministerial acupuncture points, and the unit is mW; n (N) 0 The unit of the laser stimulation power is mW; t is the duration of laser stimulation of Jun point in min, i.e. minutes.
It should be noted that if two or more monarch points exist in the same prescription, for example, in the prescription corresponding to the symptoms of palpitation and chest distress, both Neiguan and Daling are used as monarch points, the Shenmen is the minister acupoint of the monarch point and the minister acupoint of the Daling point, at this time, the current intensity of the electric stimulation and the power of the laser stimulation of the minister acupoint of the Shenmen can be coordinated with the monarch point of Neiguan or the monarch point of Daling, namely, the current intensity of the electric stimulation and the duration of the electric stimulation of the monarch point of Neiguan can be used as calculation parameters in the electric stimulation coordination formula, and the current intensity of the electric stimulation and the duration of the electric stimulation of the monarch point of Daling point can also be used as calculation parameters; likewise, the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula may use the power and the duration of laser stimulation of the monarch acupoint of the Neiguan acupoint as the calculation parameters, or the power and the duration of laser stimulation of the monarch acupoint of the Daling acupoint as the calculation parameters. The specific monarch points to cooperate with may be selected by the user or may be designated by the control module 15 or doctor. For example, if the user considers that the symptoms of palpitation are more serious, the monarch acupoint (i.e. the Daling) corresponding to the symptoms of palpitation is taken as the main monarch acupoint, and the ministerial acupoint of Shenmen is mainly cooperated with the monarch acupoint of Daling in terms of the current intensity of the electric stimulation and the power of the laser stimulation.
A large number of test results show that under the condition that other conditions are the same, the electric stimulation synergistic constraint formula is adopted independently to determine the electric current intensity of the electric stimulation of the ministerial acupuncture points, so that the treatment effect can be improved by at least 56.7%; the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula is adopted alone to determine the laser stimulation power of the ministerial acupuncture points, so that the treatment effect can be improved by at least 73.1%; the electric stimulation coordination constraint formula and the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula are adopted to determine the electric stimulation current intensity and the laser stimulation power of the minister acupuncture points, so that the treatment effect can be improved by at least 92.1 percent (for example, in the process of one test, when palpitation and chest distress are treated, the patient is completely stimulated according to the method shown in the table 2 without adopting the prescription of any formula, the electric stimulation current intensity of the electric stimulation of the minister acupuncture points is determined by adopting the electric stimulation coordination constraint formula alone, the patient can be completely cured by adopting the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula alone, the laser stimulation power of the minister acupuncture points is determined by adopting the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula alone, the patient can be completely cured by adopting the electric stimulation coordination constraint formula and the laser stimulation coordination constraint formula alone, and the patient can be completely cured by adopting the electric stimulation current intensity and the laser stimulation power of the minister acupuncture points only by 1 to 2 times.
