As a preferable mode of the present invention, the stock solution evaporation water tank 1 is a closed water tank.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the defoamer mixed solution inlet 101 is connected to the first water pump 5 and the defoamer water tank 6 through a pipe, and the first water pump 5 injects the raw solution to be treated into the raw solution evaporation water tank 1.

the pressure reducing device (2) is connected with the stock solution evaporation water tank (1) through a pipeline, and the pressure reducing device (2) provides a low-pressure environment for the stock solution evaporation water tank (1);
the refrigerating device (3) is connected with the heating device (104) and the depressurization device (2) through pipelines, and the refrigerating device (3) provides heat for the stock solution evaporation water tank (1);
the heat exchange device (4), heat exchange device (4) are connected with stoste evaporation water tank (1) and depressurization device (2) all the way, and the other way is connected with refrigerating plant (3), and heat exchange device (4) are with clean liquid gas conversion liquid.

The low-pressure low-temperature evaporation treatment waste liquid system according to claim 1, wherein the defoamer mixed liquid inlet (101) is connected with a first water pump (5) and a defoamer water tank (6) through pipelines, and the first water pump (5) injects the raw liquid to be treated into the raw liquid evaporation water tank (1).

6. A low pressure and low temperature evaporation treatment waste liquid system according to claim 1, wherein a third water pump (9) is connected to the concentrate outlet (103), said third water pump (9) powering the discharge of concentrate.
