The invention relates to the technical field of plate making of printing templates, in particular to a template for book printing and a plate making process thereof.
Background
CTP technology is a plate making technology that directly transfers numbers or pages edited in an electronic preprinting system (CEPS) or a color desktop system (DTP) to a printing plate. It is characterized in that: in terms of materials, the photosensitive film and developing chemicals thereof are omitted; in terms of the process, links such as exposure development, plate repairing and plate burning of films are omitted; in terms of equipment, darkroom and film exposure developing equipment are omitted; in the aspect of benefit, the cost is reduced, and the time and space are saved; in terms of quality, the image transfer quality is obviously improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
CTP plate making is an important process before book printing, and adopts a thin aluminum plate substrate, clear book content patterns are obtained on the surface of the aluminum plate substrate mainly through laser engraving, developing and cleaning of a plate making machine, and the obtained CTP templates can be put into a printer for batch printing.
However, the existing plate making process adopts a rolled brand new aluminum plate base material, and the aluminum plate waste is caused by the fact that the template with the pattern which is no longer used is eliminated and cannot be recycled, so that the invention provides a plate making process capable of recycling the old template.
