Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging films, in particular to a PTP packaging film.
Background
The conventional PTP packaging film is formed by printing a pattern on an aluminum foil with a thickness of 20 μm, and then compositing a surface film on the aluminum foil printed with the pattern. The cost of directly printing the pattern on the aluminum film is high and the speed is relatively slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the problems existing in the existing PTP packaging films.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide a PTP packaging film, which solves the problems of the prior PTP packaging film, and is to form the PTP packaging film with patterns by printing patterns on aluminum foil with the thickness of 20 mu m and then compositing a surface film on the aluminum foil printed with the patterns. The cost of directly printing the pattern on the aluminum film is high, and the speed is relatively slow.
In order to solve the technical problems, according to one aspect of the present invention, the following technical solutions are provided:
the PTP packaging film comprises an aluminum foil layer, wherein a PET layer is compounded on one surface of the aluminum foil layer, and a surface film layer is compounded on one surface of the PET layer far away from the aluminum foil layer;
the PET layer is printed with a pattern.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: the thickness of the aluminum foil layer is set to 8-32um, and the thickness of the PET layer is set to 2-14um.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: the surface film layer is a release film made of electrostatic ion adsorption materials.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: the surface film layer is connected with the PET layer in a heat sealing bonding mode, and the PET layer is connected with the aluminum foil layer in a heat sealing bonding mode.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: and an lining paper layer is compounded on the other surface of the aluminum foil layer.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: the lining paper layer is connected with the aluminum foil layer through an adhesive layer.
As a preferable embodiment of the PTP packaging film of the invention, wherein: the lining paper layer is provided with easy-to-tear strips at equal distance.
Compared with the prior art:
1. by arranging the PET film on the surface of the aluminum foil layer and printing patterns on the PET film, compared with the process of directly printing the patterns on the surface of the aluminum foil layer, the cost of printing the patterns can be greatly reduced, the printing speed is improved, and then the product yield is improved;
2. through setting up the lining paper layer at the back on aluminium foil layer, directly tear the lining paper layer when using, will be able to glue this product on other objects through the adhesive linkage, convenient to use.
3. Through setting up just tearing strip on the lining paper layer equidistance, can tear the lining paper layer of corresponding length again according to the length of using the product to avoid tearing more.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of a PTP packaging film according to embodiment 1 of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic side sectional structure view of a PTP packaging film provided in embodiment 2 of the invention;
FIG. 3 is a schematic side sectional view of a PTP packaging film according to embodiment 3 of the present invention;
fig. 4 is a bottom view of fig. 3 provided in embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In the figure: a surface film layer 1, a PET layer 2, an aluminum foil layer 3, an adhesive layer 4, a lining paper layer 5 and a tearing strip 6.
Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1:
the invention provides a PTP packaging film, please refer to FIG. 1, which comprises an aluminum foil layer 3, wherein a PET layer 2 is compounded on one surface of the aluminum foil layer 3, patterns are printed on the PET layer 2, a surface film layer 1 is compounded on one surface of the PET layer 2 away from the aluminum foil layer 3, and the PET layer is formed by PET films;
the thickness of the aluminum foil layer 3 is set to 8-32um, the thickness of the aluminum foil layer 3 is preferably set to 20um, the thickness of the PET layer 2 is set to 2-14um, and the thickness of the PET layer 2 is preferably set to 8um.
The surface film layer 1 is a release film made of electrostatic ion adsorption material or a surface film on any existing packaging film.
The surface film layer 1 and the PET layer 2 are connected in a heat sealing bonding mode, and the PET layer 2 and the aluminum foil layer 3 are connected in a heat sealing bonding mode.
Principle of: since the PET film is soft in texture, the patterns are easier to print on the PET film, so that the cost for manufacturing the packaging film with the patterns is reduced; when in use, glue is smeared on the back of the aluminum foil layer 3, and the product can be adhered to other objects.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 2, unlike example 1, there is: a lining paper layer 5 is compounded on the other surface of the aluminum foil layer 3; the lining paper layer 5 and the aluminum foil layer 3 are connected through the adhesive layer 4.
Principle of: since the PET film is soft in texture, the patterns are easier to print on the PET film, so that the cost for manufacturing the packaging film with the patterns is reduced; and when in use, the lining paper layer 5 on the back of the aluminum foil layer 3 is torn off, so that the product can be adhered to other objects.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 3 to 4, unlike example 1, the following are: the lining paper layer 5 is provided with a convenient tearing strip 6 at equal distance.
Principle of: since the PET film is soft in texture, the patterns are easier to print on the PET film, so that the cost for manufacturing the packaging film with the patterns is reduced; when the product is used, the lining paper layer 5 on the back of the aluminum foil layer 3 is torn off, so that the product can be adhered to other objects; and when tearing off the lining paper layer 5, the lining paper layer 5 with corresponding length can be torn off again according to the length of the product to avoid multiple tearing.
Although the invention has been described hereinabove with reference to embodiments, various modifications thereof may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the features of the disclosed embodiments may be combined with each other in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict, and the exhaustive description of these combinations is not given in this specification merely for the sake of omitting the descriptions and saving resources. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
