The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the detached bolts are cleaned during equipment maintenance, the stepping motor 38 is controlled to drive one of the transmission discs 36 to rotate and drive the transmission belt 37 to drive the other transmission discs 36 to rotate, so that the linkage groove 34 and the linkage block 35 on the rotating roller 30 are vertical to the ground and stop rotating, the linkage block 35 can be lifted upwards from the linkage groove 34 to be separated from the cooperation with the linkage groove 34, at the moment, the connecting seat 23 is driven to lift in the lifting groove 28 by hands or by means of a tool to lift the lifting handle so as to remove the connecting seat 23 from the fixed seat 22, the heads of the bolts are respectively placed on the clamping sleeves 25 and positioned in the placing grooves 26, the elastic protrusions 27 clamp and fix the heads of the bolts in the clamping sleeves 25, so that a plurality of bolts are longitudinally distributed and clamped, and then the connecting seat 23 is aligned with the lifting groove 28 by hands or by means of the tool pulling handle, the connecting seat 23 is lowered from the lifting groove 28 to be placed in the fixed seat 22, the screw part of the bolt passes through the communicating groove 24, each linkage block 35 is gradually matched with each linkage groove 34 in the process of lowering the connecting seat 23, after the connecting seat 23 is completely placed in the fixed seat 22, each linkage block 35 is clamped with each linkage groove 34, at the moment, the stepping motor 38 is controlled to rotate, the rotating roller 30 and the linkage roller 33 are simultaneously driven to rotate by the cooperation of the transmission disc 36 and the transmission belt 37, the linkage roller 33 drives the bolt on the clamping sleeve 25 to rotate, the servo motor 8 is controlled to rotate so as to drive the elliptic turntable 7 to rotate, when the elliptic turntable 7 rotates to a first position, the two linkage rods 6 are pushed to drive the two movable plates 3 to be away from each other and compress the compression spring 5, when the elliptic turntable 7 rotates to a second position, the compression spring 5 drives the two movable plates 3 to be close to each other, the two moving plates 3 can reciprocate through the continuous rotation of the elliptical turntable 7, so that the first fixed block 17 and the second fixed block 19 are close to each other towards the end of the bolt, the cleaning brushes 21 on the first inclined surface 18 and the second inclined surface 20 scrape the screw rod part of the bolt, the cleaning effect on the screw rod part of the bolt can be improved through the reciprocation of the two moving plates 3 and the rotation of the bolt, a plurality of bolts can be cleaned at one time, more time is not required compared with manual cleaning, and the cost required by manual work can be reduced; the moving direction of the two moving plates 3 is guided by the guide rod 9 when the two moving plates 3 are close to or far from each other; the contact area between the linkage rod 6 and the elliptical turntable 7 can be increased through the arc concave part 10 and the arc convex part 11, and the slipping phenomenon generated between the linkage rod 6 and the elliptical turntable 7 when the elliptical turntable 7 rotates is reduced; when the cleaning brush 21 scrapes the screw portion of the bolt, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the reservoir 14 through the liquid pipe 15, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the screw portion of the bolt through the cleaning head 16, whereby the cleaning effect of the cleaning brush 21 on the screw portion of the bolt can be improved.
The invention is to protect the structure of the product, the types of the elements are not the content protected by the invention, and the invention is also known technology, and only the elements which can realize the functions of the invention can be used as a bolt cleaning device for selection application in the market. Therefore, parameters such as the type of the element will not be described in detail in the present invention. The invention is contributed to scientifically combining the elements together.

Claims (8)
1. A bolt cleaning device, characterized in that: the device comprises a frame, a connecting box longitudinally arranged on the upper end surface of the frame and provided with an opening at the upper end, a clamping device longitudinally arranged on the frame and positioned in the connecting box and used for longitudinally clamping a plurality of bolts, two moving plates which are movably arranged on the frame and are oppositely arranged and used for being mutually close to or mutually far away from each other on the frame when being driven by external force, a plurality of scraping brush plates longitudinally arranged on the two moving plates and used for scraping the screw rod parts of the bolts clamped by the clamping device when the two moving plates are mutually close to each other, a driving device arranged between the two moving plates and the connecting box and used for driving the two moving plates to be mutually close to or mutually far away from each other on the frame, a spraying piece used for spraying cleaning liquid on the screw rod parts of the bolts when the scraping brush plates scrape the screw rod parts of the bolts, a collecting box which is arranged on the frame and is communicated with the connecting box and positioned below the clamping device and the moving plates and used for spraying the cleaning liquid, a collecting box which is arranged on the front of the filtering plate and the two moving plates and can be arranged between the two filtering plate and the filtering box which is arranged in the filtering box and can be arranged in the filtering box and is provided with a plurality of openings;
the scraping brush plate comprises a plurality of first fixed blocks longitudinally arranged on one of the movable plates and close to the other movable plate, a first inclined surface which is arranged on the first fixed blocks and close to the other movable plate and obliquely descends from left to right, a plurality of second fixed blocks longitudinally arranged on the other movable plate and close to the other movable plate, a second inclined surface which is arranged on the second fixed blocks and close to the other movable plate and obliquely ascends from left to right, and cleaning brushes respectively arranged on the first fixed blocks and located at the first inclined surface and the second fixed blocks and located at the second inclined surface;
the clamping device comprises a fixing seat longitudinally arranged on the frame, a connecting seat arranged in the fixing seat, a longitudinally arranged communicating groove formed in the front side of the fixing seat and longitudinally arranged, a plurality of clamping sleeves longitudinally arranged on the connecting seat and close to the end of the communicating groove, a placing groove arranged on the clamping sleeves and used for placing the heads of bolts in the clamping sleeves, a rotating piece which is annularly arranged on the clamping sleeves and is used for clamping and fixing the heads of the bolts in the clamping sleeves when the heads of the bolts are placed in the placing groove, a plurality of elastic protrusions arranged between the fixing seat and the connecting seat and used for enabling the connecting seat to be installed in the fixing seat after the clamping sleeves clamp and fix the heads of the bolts in the clamping sleeves or enabling the connecting seat to be taken off from the fixing seat before the heads of the bolts are clamped and fixed in the clamping sleeves, and a rotating piece arranged between the clamping sleeves and used for driving the clamping sleeves to rotate when the connecting seat is installed in the fixing seat and used for driving the bolts on the clamping sleeves to rotate, and a clearance is formed between the lifting connecting seat and the lifting groove.

A bolt cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the driving device comprises a compression spring, two linkage rods and a servo motor, wherein the compression spring is arranged between the two movable plates and the connecting box and is used for driving the two movable plates to be close to each other above the rack, the two linkage rods are oppositely arranged at the lower ends of the movable plates and are close to each other, the two linkage rods are rotatably arranged between the two linkage rods and are connected with the linkage rods, the two linkage rods are used for driving the two movable plates to be far away from each other when rotating to a first position, the compression spring is used for driving the two movable plates to be close to each other when rotating to a second position, and the fixed end is arranged at the upper end of the rack and the output end of the servo motor is arranged at the central end of the elliptical turntable and is used for driving the elliptical turntable to rotate to the first position or the second position.

A bolt cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating piece comprises a plurality of rotating holes which are longitudinally formed in the fixing base and are located at the rear side of the fixing base, rotating rollers which are rotatably arranged in the rotating holes and are located at the rear of the fixing base at one ends of the rotating holes, rotating rollers which are located at the rear of the fixing base at the other ends of the lifting grooves, rotating grooves which are located at the outside of the clamping sleeve and are located on the connecting base and are close to the communicating grooves, avoiding grooves which are located at the outer sides of one ends of the rotating rollers, connecting rollers which are located at the ends of the rotating rollers and are located in the avoiding grooves at the other ends of the clamping sleeve, linkage grooves which are located at one ends of the rotating rollers and are close to the ends of the connecting rollers, driving parts which are located at the other ends of the rotating rollers and are located at the rear of the fixing base and between the connecting boxes and used for simultaneously driving the rotating rollers, and a square groove clearance fit is formed in the connecting rollers, and square groove clearance fit is formed between the connecting rollers and the square groove clearance fit with the square groove.

A bolt cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein: the driving part comprises driving discs which are arranged at the rear of the fixed seat and are used for rotating when being driven by external force to drive the rotating roller to rotate, driving belts which are arranged between the driving discs and are used for simultaneously driving other driving discs to rotate when one driving disc rotates, and a stepping motor, wherein the fixed end of the stepping motor is arranged on the connecting box, the output end of the stepping motor penetrates through the connecting box and is connected with one driving disc and is used for driving one driving disc to rotate when being started, so that the driving belts simultaneously drive the other driving discs to rotate.
