Description

Preparation method and application of pheromone for cats and pheromone mixture for cats
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of pheromones, and particularly relates to a cat pheromone, a preparation method and application of a cat pheromone mixture.
Background
Pheromone (pheomone), also known as Pheromone, is a Semiochemical substance secreted by an individual into the body and perceived by other individuals of the same species through olfactory organs (e.g., the accessory olfactory bulb, the vomeropherin) to cause the latter to exhibit altered behavioral, emotional, psychological or physiological mechanisms.
Cats are one of the most common companion animals worldwide. Cats can deposit chemical irritants in the environment through glandular secretions, saliva, urine and faeces, which play a central role in the communication and social behavior of the cat.
In the prior art, researchers have found the following classes of pheromones on cats: 1. cat face pheromone (FFP, feline facial pheromones): is a chemical substance produced by the cheeks and glands surrounding the chin of a cat. Today, researchers have found five different facial pheromones on the cat's face (including chin, lips, tentacles, and cheeks), designated as F1 to F5. Wherein, F3 is the face pheromone mainly responsible for space orientation and mood stabilization, is used for marking objects and indicating that the objects are familiar and safe, and the use of F3 can increase the trust feeling of cats on strange places, thereby reducing the frequency of stress when the cats face the strange places. F4 is a pheromone released by the cat when rubbing other cats in the social environment, and is used for marking the rubbed individuals as familiar, so that the number of active attacks of the cat can be reduced. 2. Cat pacifying pheromone (CAP, cat Appeasing Pheromone): is a pheromone secreted by a kitten in lactation, and is used for pacifying and establishing a connection with a kitten. CAP may reduce social tension and conflicts in multi-cat households and may alleviate stress behavior of cats when new cats are introduced or environments are changed. 3. Cat urine odorant (CUO, cat Urine Odorants): is a pheromone in urine of male cats. Unlike the excessive marking of the male dogs after encountering their own urine, the cat does not perform urination and defecation after recognizing the urine pheromone, and no application of the cat urine odorant is available. 4. Inter-cat digital pheromone (FIS, feline Interdigital Semiochemical): when the cat is scratched, the pheromone secreted from the gland on the foot pad of the paw to the surface of the object to be scratched is used for guiding the cat to scratch on the correct surface.
Instead of relying on natural production of the cat, researchers wipe the part of the cat secreting the pheromone with an organic solvent, analyze the main components of the pheromone by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and then perform artificial synthesis by using a chemical method. In 1995, pageat P (Ceva, france) proposed the first artificial synthesis and application of the cat pheromone in European patent EP 0724832B1, and more than 20 experiments have been carried out for 28 years so far to verify the regulation of the cat behavior by the artificial synthesis pheromone. These synthetic pheromone products are often presented in the form of sprays or plug-in diffusers, such as the Feliway series of Ceva, france, the Shanghai Ai Bai organism's small shell Fei Leshu series, china.
The design focus of these products has been on the large scale volatilization and diffusion of the synthesized pheromones. However, as people have become increasingly aware of pheromones, the structural properties of pheromones appear to be heterogeneous from volatile small molecules to non-volatile peptides. Volatilization is not the only way that pheromones function. Cat follows in daily pheromone marking behavior: generating a partial visual stimulus- & gtfriction marking of the environment/individual- & gtapproaching a mode of sniffing the detection pheromone read information. The prior product such as a plug-in diffuser has larger limitation in use, such as hidden danger of electricity consumption, lack of visual stimulus, insufficient portability and the like, and the natural behavior mode of the cat is that marked pheromones are found at different places in the environment to generate behavior change instead of filling the whole house with the pheromones; the spray product needs to be sprayed for 8-15 times when being used once, wherein more than 80% of the spray product is volatile solvent ethanol of the pheromone, and only contains 10% -20% of the pheromone. After each spraying, the alcohol which can stimulate the respiratory tract mucosa of the cat needs 5-10 minutes to volatilize, so that the cat can smell closely to play the role of the pheromone. Has the defects of difficult control of accurate dosage, lack of visual stimulus, difficult carrying, long waiting period and the like. Aiming at the problems, the application aims to provide a mode for using the pheromone as the pheromone patch, which provides accurate dosage for single-use of the pheromone, and simultaneously provides visual stimulus for the cat by using the patch characteristic.
Meanwhile, most of the existing synthetic artificial pheromone products are single pheromones, such as Feliway classical series of Ceva and small shell Fei Leshu series, namely, cat face pheromone F3 is matched with different solvents for diffusion; feliway friends series, namely cat pacifying pheromone CAP, are diffused by matching with different solvents. However, in the application field of pheromones, such as pest control, better effect can be achieved when a plurality of pheromones are used cooperatively. In view of such problems, the present application is intended to provide a way of using a plurality of pheromones in combination.

In the improvement of the prior art, it is found that the pheromone, namely isopentenyl aldehyde (CAS: 107-86-8), 3-methyl-3-buten-1-ol (CAS: 763-32-6), isopentenol (CAS: 556-82-1), formic acid-3-mercapto-3-methylbutyl ester (CAS: 50746-10-6), 3-methoxy-3-methylbutanol (CAS: 34300-94-2) and the like, in the urine of the cat are added in the urine disorder antagonism function, so that the effect on the urine disorder antagonism of the cat is more remarkable by using a single pheromone as a control group. In an individual friendly function, the addition of the stigmastanol significantly reduces the stress of the cat in the face of strangers. Further, since the facial secretions of pheromones are known to vary with the sex, age, species and individual physiological condition, emotional condition and grade status of each cat, the content of each component of each pheromone of the cat analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is a range, and it is difficult to form accurate guidance for application. Therefore, design-Expert software is used for carrying out Response Surface Method (RSM) test Design and analysis, and the RSM is an optimization method for comprehensive test Design and mathematical modeling, so that the test times can be effectively reduced, and interaction among influencing factors can be inspected. The optimal experimental design and the results of each functional combination pheromone are shown in the attached experiment 1.
2. High content pheromones are provided: the pheromone proportion in the formula of the application is higher, and the effect and durability of the product are improved.
3. The accurate consumption of pheromone is controlled: the single use amount is accurate, repeated spraying is not needed, and the environment is protected and saved.
4. Adding a trace amount of a gladness agent: and a trace of gladness agent is added to help the cat to open the nose plow and keep the emotion happy.
5. The ethanol content is lower: compared with the traditional pheromone product, the ethanol content in the application is lower, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
6. The convenient use mode is as follows: the user only needs to uncover the pheromone paster and paste the pheromone paster around the place where the cat is on or off, and volatilizes for 1-2 minutes to produce an effect.
7. Providing visual stimuli: the patch has pattern printing, provides visual stimulus for the cat, and is more close to the actual scene of the production and reading pheromone of the cat.
