In order to make the air bag supporting damper 5 have a simple structure and convenient installation and application, as shown in fig. 5, the air bag supporting damper 5 is composed of a rubber air bag body 51 and metal end-capped connecting pieces 52 arranged on the upper end and the lower end of the rubber air bag body 51, screw holes 53 are further formed in the metal end-capped connecting pieces 52, and an air inflation nozzle component 54 is further arranged on the metal end-capped connecting pieces 52, one end of the air inflation nozzle component 54 is communicated with the rubber air bag body 51, and the other end of the air inflation nozzle component 54 is embedded in the accommodating cavity body 4.
