In an embodiment, the server may detect that the user starts browsing the financial product information and ends browsing the financial product information through a camera configured in the advertisement screen, and may also obtain face information (including face features and the like) of the user through the camera, and retrieve user basic information of the user from the database through the face information of the user.
In one embodiment, after the server records the browsing information of each piece of financial product information that the user browses at the present time, the server records the timestamp of the current moment as the time information when the browsing information is acquired.

In one embodiment, the server may record face information, user basic information, time information, a target service type, a first financial product and a second financial product in a data form or a data image in a storage medium to construct a user portrait of the user.
In the construction process of the user portrait, the server firstly acquires browsing information recorded when the user browses the played plurality of pieces of financial product information respectively; the browsing information comprises the actual browsing time of browsing the financial product information by the user and the switching type of the user when switching and playing the financial product information; the switching type includes an automatic switching type or a manual switching type; then, determining the attention degree of the user to the financial products corresponding to the financial product information based on the actual browsing time length and the corresponding switching type of the user to the financial product information; and finally, based on the attention degree, determining attention information of the user in at least two dimensions aiming at the plurality of pieces of financial product information, and constructing a user image of the user through the attention information in at least two dimensions. On the one hand, the attention degree of the user to the corresponding financial product is determined through the actual browsing time length of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of switching playing, so that the user portrait of the user is constructed by utilizing the attention degree, the flow of a user portrait construction mode is optimized, the portrait construction efficiency is improved, and the consumption of manpower and time cost is reduced; on the other hand, the actual browsing duration of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of switching playing are recorded, so that the attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for the financial product information is determined, the user portrait of the user is built through the attention information in at least two dimensions, the accuracy of building the user portrait of the user is improved, the attention degree of the user on the financial product and the attention information of the user on the financial product information are more effectively mastered, and the effect of a subsequent propaganda strategy executed by the user by using the user image is better.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the above-described methods of the embodiments, the disclosed methods may be implemented in a more specific manner. For example, the above-described embodiments in which the server constructs a user representation of a user from at least two dimensions of information of interest are merely illustrative.
Illustratively, the server-based manner of determining the degree of attention of the user to the financial product corresponding to each financial product information; alternatively, the server determines the manner in which the user focuses on the information of the plurality of financial products in at least two dimensions, and the like, which is only one manner of aggregation, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation, for example, the focusing degree of the financial products and the focusing information of the financial product information may be combined or may be aggregated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of determining a user type according to the present application. Before step S12, the server may further implement the following steps before determining the attention degree of the user to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information:
Step a1: and adding the actual browsing duration representing the same piece of financial product information in the pieces of financial product information browsed by the user to obtain the accumulated browsing duration of the user for each financial product.
In one embodiment, the characterizing the same financial product information is at least two pieces of financial product information that are used to advertise the same financial product.
As an example, it is detected that the user browses 10 pieces of financial product information in total in the process of starting to ending to browse the financial product information. Among the 10 pieces of financial product information, there are 2 pieces of financial product information for propaganda of financial product A and the actual browsing duration is X1 and X2 respectively; 2 bars are used for propaganda of financial products B, and the actual browsing duration is X3 and X4 respectively; 3 bars are used for propaganda of the financial product C and have actual browsing time lengths of X5, X6 and X7 respectively; 1 is used for propaganda of financial products D and has actual browsing duration of X8;1 bar for advertising the financial product E and having an actual browsing duration of X9;1 for advertising the financial product F and for which the actual browsing duration is X10. Step a2: and under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is smaller than the preset duration, determining that the user is not intended for the user.
In an embodiment, step a3 may also be performed after the server determines that the user is not intended for the user. Step a3 includes ending the process of building a user representation for the user.
Step a4: and under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is greater than or equal to the preset duration, determining the user as the intended user.
In an embodiment, step a5 may also be performed after the server determines that the user is the intended user. Step a5 includes building a user representation for the user based on the user's interest information in at least two dimensions for the plurality of pieces of financial product information.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of the application for determining information of interest of financial product information. In step S13, that is, the process in which the server determines attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for a plurality of pieces of financial product information based on the attention degree, may be implemented by:
step S131: and acquiring the service types of the financial products, and aggregating the financial products belonging to the same service type to obtain a service set corresponding to each service type.
As an example, it is detected that the user browses 6 financial products in total in the process of starting to end to browse the financial product information. The financial product A is of a deposit type, the financial product B is of a deposit type, the financial product C is of a financial type, the financial product D is of a deposit type, the financial product E is of a financial type, and the financial product F is of a financial type. In one embodiment, the first type of attention between financial products within each business collection is characterized based on the weighted browsing duration of the user's financial product information.
In an embodiment, the determining, by the server, the second class of attention degree of the user to each service type specifically includes: and adding the first class attention degree among the financial products in each service set to obtain an accumulated attention degree, and taking the accumulated attention degree as a second class attention degree of a user on the service type.
As an example, in the above step S131, for the first service set, the weighted browsing duration of the financial product a in the first service set is 15 seconds, the weighted browsing duration of the financial product B is 10 seconds, and the weighted browsing duration of the financial product D is 8 seconds, then the accumulated weighted browsing duration of the user for each financial product in the first service set is 33 seconds, and the second class of attention degree of the user for the first service type is represented by the accumulated weighted browsing duration. For the second service set, if the weighted browsing duration of the financial product C in the second service set is 7 seconds, the weighted browsing duration of the financial product E is 20 seconds, and the weighted browsing duration of the financial product F is 8 seconds, the accumulated weighted browsing duration of the user for each financial product in the second service set is 35 seconds, and the second class attention degree of the user for the second service type is represented by the accumulated weighted browsing duration.
Step S133: determining a target service type with highest attention degree of a second class from the service types; and determining a first financial product with the highest attention degree of the first type in the service set corresponding to the target service type; and determining a second financial product with highest attention degree from the plurality of financial products corresponding to the plurality of financial product information.
As an example, in the above step S132, the second type of the target service type with the highest attention degree is the financial type, the first financial product with the highest attention degree in the second service set corresponding to the financial type is the financial product E, and the second financial product with the highest attention degree in the financial products a-F is the financial product E.
Step S134: and respectively taking the target business type, the first financial product and the second financial product as attention information of a user in one dimension aiming at the information of the plurality of financial products.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a method for processing a user portrait is provided, and the method is applied to the terminal 102 in fig. 1 for illustration, and the method includes the following steps:

Step S32: according to the background management configuration, different propaganda contents are pushed and displayed on each electronic screen.
If voice information exists in the propaganda content, the propaganda device synchronously plays the voice information through the corresponding directional loudspeaker.
Each electronic screen is provided with a peep-proof screen, so that a user can view propaganda contents within a certain range in front of the screen.
Step S33: and displaying corresponding propaganda contents and operation buttons according to the preconfigured automatic switching identification under the condition that the face appears before the electronic screen when the camera monitors the electronic screen in real time.
If the automatic switching identification is preset as yes, the propaganda device automatically switches the displayed propaganda content according to a certain frequency on the electronic screen corresponding to the monitored face, and three buttons of stopping random switching, starting random switching and selecting content are displayed.
If the automatic switching identification is preset as no, the propaganda device fixedly displays certain propaganda contents on the electronic screen corresponding to the monitored face, and displays two buttons of next and selected contents.
The random switching button is used for enabling a user to randomly select a piece of propaganda content in the electronic screen to display; the content selection button is used for displaying a primary label and/or a secondary label on the electronic screen so that a user can perform preliminary screening, after clicking the corresponding label by a client, the propaganda content of the corresponding label is listed on the electronic screen, and finally, the user clicks a specific piece of content to display on the electronic screen.
When the propaganda device does not monitor the face, the operation buttons are stopped to be displayed on the electronic screen.
Step S34: each piece of browsing information of the user is recorded.
The browsing information comprises an ID of the browsing information, face information of the user, ID of the propaganda content, a cutting-in mode selected by the user and actual browsing duration of each propaganda content by the user.
If the client stays in front of the displays and views the corresponding propaganda contents, the propaganda device sequentially stores the corresponding browsing information of each time.
Wherein, the ID of the browsing information is a unique record code of the browsing information and is used for distinguishing each piece of browsing information.
The cut-in mode selected by the user is a playing mode of the propaganda content corresponding to the button clicked by the user on the electronic screen.
The user-selected cutting mode comprises automatic cutting and manual cutting. The hand-cut characterizes a "stop-randomly-switch" or "select content" button that the user selects to click on the electronic screen. The automatic cut-in characterizes the "start random switch" or "next" button that the user selects to click on the electronic screen.
The propaganda device records a cutting-in mode selected by a user aiming at propaganda contents and is used for carrying out weighting processing on the actual browsing time length of watching the propaganda contents by the user. For example, considering that in general, the user's manual cutting-in of the promotional content can more embody the user's interest degree in the promotional content than automatic cutting-in, the actual browsing duration is adjusted when the user browsing duration is calculated later by the recorded cutting-in mode, so as to more accurately identify the interest points of the user.
The default cutting-in mode of each propaganda content is automatic cutting-in, and the propaganda device automatically modifies the automatic cutting-in mode selected by a user into a manual cutting-in mode under the following several conditions:
in case 1, if the user clicks the "stop random switch" button on the electronic screen, the user is interested in comparing the current display content, and the propaganda device modifies the cut-in mode in the current browsing record to "manual cut-in".
And 2, if the user clicks a 'select content' button in the electronic screen and selects a certain piece of propaganda content in the electronic screen for display, the user is shown to purposefully browse the propaganda content, and at the moment, the propaganda device modifies the current browsing record cutting-in mode into 'manual cutting-in'.
Step S35: after the user finishes browsing the propaganda content, the propaganda device generates an interest tag aiming at the user according to each piece of recorded browsing information of the user.
When the cameras on the electronic screens can not recognize the face information within a certain time, or when the cameras on the electronic screens recognize the new face information, the propaganda device judges that the current client finishes browsing the propaganda content.
Wherein, the propaganda device generating interest labels aiming at users comprises the following steps:
step a1: and determining each piece of propaganda content browsed by the user and the comprehensive actual browsing duration of each piece of propaganda content according to the recorded each piece of browsing information of the user.
If the user browses a certain piece of propaganda content for a plurality of times, the comprehensive actual browsing time length of the propaganda content is the sum of a plurality of corresponding actual browsing time lengths.
Step a2: and determining target propaganda contents corresponding to the comprehensive actual browsing time length smaller than the preset time length in the comprehensive actual browsing time length of each propaganda content, and eliminating target browsing information corresponding to the target propaganda contents.
Step a3: if the number of the residual browsing information after the target browsing information is removed is 0, generating a first type interest tag for the user; and if the number of the residual browsing information after the target browsing information is removed is greater than 0, generating a second type interest tag for the user.
The first type of interest tags characterize users as tourists, and the second type of interest tags characterize users as potential clients.
Step S36: and under the condition that the interest labels of the users are the second type of interest labels, determining interest information of the clients according to the residual browsing information.

If the actual browsing duration is according to the actual browsing duration, the actual browsing duration of the deposit class and the financial class is 30 seconds, but after weighting according to the user cut-in mode, the deposit class accumulation weighted browsing duration is 31.5 seconds, and the financial class accumulation weighted browsing duration is 30 seconds, which can reflect that the client C is more interested in deposit class products to a certain extent.
Step b2: and sequencing the primary labels corresponding to the propaganda contents according to the accumulated weighted browsing time length of the propaganda contents.
The propaganda device firstly adds accumulated weighted browsing time lengths of propaganda contents of the same level one tags to obtain browsing scores of the level one tags; then, the propaganda device performs front-back sorting according to the browsing score of each primary label.
Wherein, the first-level label with higher order indicates that the interest value of the client to the propaganda content in the first-level label is higher; the later ranked primary labels indicate a lower value of interest to the customer for promotional content within the primary label.
Step b3: and sequencing the secondary labels corresponding to the propaganda contents from long to short according to the accumulated weighted browsing time length of the propaganda contents in the first-stage label.
As an example, the first-order label is a deposit label, and the accumulated weighted browsing duration of the propaganda content "one-year ordinary regular deposit" in the deposit label is 26 seconds, and the accumulated weighted browsing duration of the "one-year large deposit bill" is 5.5 seconds, so that the client is more interested in the "one-year ordinary regular deposit" can be reflected to a certain extent.

Step S37: and displaying the interest information of the clients and the record time of the interest information in a table form in a background management system of the propaganda device.
The recording time refers to a time stamp when the interest information calculation is completed. Considering the situation that the client uses the propaganda device for many times, if the system uses the personnel to select and store the interest information before the client so as to judge the change situation of the interest point of the client, the interest information recorded in the time before the client can be distinguished by the recording time of the interest information.
As an example, assuming that m is 2 and n is 1, the interest information of the illustrated clients and the recording time of the interest information may be as shown in table 3:

Step S38a: in the case where the interest information before the client is not saved in the background management system, two option buttons of "save current client information" and "ignore current client information" are displayed.
If the engineer selects the option button for storing the current customer information, the interest label, the interest information, the recording time of the interest information and the basic information of the customer are stored in the information recording table in the background management system.

The existing face information base is an existing customer face information base in the financial industry, is used for customer identity recognition in daily business and the like, and can be supplemented and updated along with development of daily work.
If the engineer selects the option button of 'ignore current customer information', the interest label, the interest information and the record time of the interest information of the customer are deleted.
Step S38b: in the case where the information of interest before the client is stored in the background management system, two option buttons of "overwrite/update client information" and "store history client information and store current client information" are displayed.
If the engineer selects the "override/update customer information" button, the recorded interest tag, interest information and recording time of interest information of the customer are replaced by the current interest tag, interest information and recording time of interest information of the customer in the information data table.

For example, the "if valid" field may include, but is not limited to, "invalid," "valid," "achieved," if the consumer is not interested in the marketing content at all, "invalid" may be fed back, if the consumer is interested in the marketing content or a product that is highly similar to the marketing content, the "valid" may be fed back, if the consumer is very interested in the marketing content and has successfully purchased the product, "achieved" may be fed back; tags that feedback "invalid" and "valid" may also be modified again after tracking marketing.
The system auxiliary marketing accuracy formula for calculating a certain system user or all jurisdictions according to a certain rule can be as follows:

The weight is adjusted by the weight, considering that the unachievable but effective record still has a certain reference value and has a certain accuracy.

On the one hand, the attention degree of the user to the corresponding financial product is determined through the actual browsing time length of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of switching playing, so that the user portrait of the user is constructed by utilizing the attention degree, the flow of a user portrait construction mode is optimized, the portrait construction efficiency is improved, and the consumption of manpower and time cost is reduced; on the other hand, the actual browsing duration of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of switching playing are recorded, so that the attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for the financial product information is determined, the user portrait of the user is built through the attention information in at least two dimensions, the accuracy of building the user portrait of the user is improved, the attention degree of the user on the financial product and the attention information of the user on the financial product information are more effectively mastered, and the effect of a subsequent propaganda strategy executed by the user by using the user image is better.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The base may be a floor type base or a table type base, and the main function of the base is to support the whole device 10 for being placed in a service place, and the following explanation is made by using the table type base. The base comprises an upper half 11 and a lower half 12 which are connected through a damping rotating shaft 13, and the upper half 11 of the base can incline and hover in a certain angle range, so that a user can conveniently adjust the angle to an optimal viewing angle according to the height and the distance; the damping spindle 13 is of a prior art, such as a spindle used in a notebook computer.

FIG. 11 is a block diagram of a user portrait construction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 11, the user portrait constructing apparatus 20 includes: an information acquisition unit 21, a attention degree unit 22, and an image construction unit 23.
Wherein, the information acquisition unit 21 is configured to perform acquisition of browsing information recorded by a user when browsing the played pieces of financial product information respectively; the browsing information comprises the actual browsing time of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of the user when the user switches and plays the financial product information; the switching type comprises an automatic switching type or a manual switching type;

In an exemplary embodiment, the determining, based on the attention degree, attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for the plurality of pieces of financial product information includes:
acquiring service types of the financial products, and aggregating the financial products belonging to the same service type to obtain a service set corresponding to each service type;
determining a second class of attention degree of the user to each service type based on the first class of attention degree of the user to the financial products in each service set;
determining the target service type with the highest attention degree of the second class in the service types; and determining the first financial product with the highest attention degree of the first type in the service set corresponding to the target service type; and determining a second financial product with the highest attention degree from a plurality of financial products corresponding to the plurality of financial product information;
and respectively taking the target business type, the first financial product and the second financial product as attention information of the user aiming at the plurality of financial product information in one dimension.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining, based on the first class of attention of the user to the financial products in each of the service sets, a second class of attention of the user to each of the service types includes:
and adding the first class attention degree among the financial products in each service set to obtain accumulated attention degree, and taking the accumulated attention degree as the second class attention degree of the user to the service type.
In an exemplary embodiment, the constructing the user representation of the user from the at least two-dimensional attention information includes:
acquiring face information of the user, user basic information and time information when acquiring browsing information;
and constructing a user portrait of the user based on the face information, the user basic information, the time information, the target service type, the first financial product and the second financial product.
In an exemplary embodiment, before the determining the attention degree of the user to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information, the method further includes:
adding the actual browsing duration representing the same financial product information in a plurality of pieces of financial product information browsed by the user to obtain the accumulated browsing duration of the user for each financial product; the financial product information with the same characterization is at least two pieces of financial product information for propaganda of the same financial product;
Under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is smaller than the preset duration, determining that the user is not intended to the user, and ending the process of constructing the user portrait for the user;
and under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is greater than or equal to the preset duration, determining that the user is an intended user, and constructing a user portrait for the user based on the attention information of the user to the plurality of pieces of financial product information in at least two dimensions.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining, based on the actual browsing duration and the corresponding switching type of the user for each piece of financial product information, the attention degree of the user to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information includes:
multiplying the actual browsing time length of the user to each piece of financial product information by the switching weight corresponding to the switching type under the condition that the user is an intended user to obtain the weighted browsing time length of the user to each piece of financial product information;
and adding the weighted browsing duration representing the same financial product information in each piece of financial product information to obtain comprehensive weighted browsing duration, and representing the attention degree of the user to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information based on the comprehensive weighted browsing duration.
In an exemplary embodiment, the acquiring browsing information recorded by the user when browsing the played plurality of pieces of financial product information respectively includes the following two items:
if the default switching type of the plurality of pieces of financial product information is an automatic switching type, if the user performs directional switching or stops automatic switching operation on the currently browsed financial product information so as to switch and play the currently browsed financial product information to a later browsed financial product information, determining that the switching type of the later browsed financial product information is a manual switching type;
and under the condition that the default switching type of the plurality of pieces of financial product information is a manual switching type, if the user sequentially switches or starts automatic switching operation on the currently browsed financial product information so as to switch and play the financial product information to the next browsing, determining that the switching type of the financial product information to the next browsing is an automatic switching type.
FIG. 12 is a block diagram of a user portrait processing device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 12, the user portrait processing device 20A includes: an image display unit 21A, a first processing unit 22A, and a second processing unit 23A.
Wherein, the portrait display unit 21A is configured to acquire and display the current user portrait of the user after the user finishes browsing the played pieces of financial product information; the current user portrait is constructed based on a user portrait construction method;
wherein the first processing unit 22A is configured to execute presenting the first control, the second control and the historical user representation in case the user has a historical user representation; the first control is used for indicating to update the historical user portrait based on the current user portrait, and the second control is used for indicating to synchronously save the historical user portrait and the current user portrait;
wherein the second processing unit 23A is configured to execute presenting a third control and a fourth control in case the user does not have a historical user representation; the third control is used for indicating to save the current user portrait, and the fourth control is used for indicating to remove the current user portrait.
Fig. 13 is a block diagram of a computer device 30 provided in an embodiment of the present application. For example, the computer device 30 may be an electronic device, an electronic component, or an array of servers, or the like. Referring to fig. 13, the computer device 30 comprises a processor 31, which further processor 31 may be a processor set, which may comprise one or more processors, and the computer device 30 comprises memory resources represented by a memory 32, wherein the memory 32 has stored thereon a computer program, such as an application program. The computer program stored in memory 32 may include one or more modules each corresponding to a set of executable instructions. The processor 31 is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement the user portrait construction method or the user portrait processing method described above.

The computer device 30 may also run any of a variety of additional server applications and/or middle tier applications, including HTTP (hypertext transfer protocol) servers, FTP (file transfer protocol) servers, CGI (common gateway interface) servers, super servers, database servers, and the like. Exemplary database servers include, but are not limited to, those commercially available from (International Business machines) and the like.
In some embodiments, the processor 31 generally controls the overall operation of the computer device 30, such as operations associated with display, data processing, data communication, and recording operations. The processor 31 may include one or more processor components to execute computer programs to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processor component may include one or more modules that facilitate interactions between the processor component and other components. For example, the processor component may include a multimedia module to facilitate controlling interactions between the user computer device 30 and the processor 31 with the multimedia component.
In some embodiments, the processor components in the processor 31 may also be referred to as CPUs (Central Processing Unit, central processing units). The processor assembly may be an electronic chip with signal processing capabilities. The processor may also be a general purpose processor, a digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), a Field programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor element or the like. In addition, the processor components may be collectively implemented by an integrated circuit chip.
In some embodiments, memory 32 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at computer device 30. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on computer device 30, collected data, messages, pictures, video, and the like. The memory 32 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, or graphene memory.
In some embodiments, the memory 32 may be a memory bank, TF card, etc., and may store all information in the computer device 30, including input raw data, computer programs, intermediate running results, and final running results, all stored in the memory 32. In some embodiments, it stores and retrieves information based on the location specified by the processor. In some embodiments, with memory 32, computer device 30 has memory capabilities to ensure proper operation. In some embodiments, the memory 32 of the computer device 30 may be divided into a main memory (memory) and an auxiliary memory (external memory) according to purposes, and there is a classification method that is divided into an external memory and an internal memory. The external memory is usually a magnetic medium, an optical disk, or the like, and can store information for a long period of time. The computer device 30 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 32, such as Windows Server, mac OS X, unix, linux, freeBSD, or the like.
In some embodiments, power supply component 33 provides power to the various components of computer device 30. Power supply components 33 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for computer device 30.
In some embodiments, the wired or wireless network interface 34 is configured to facilitate communication between the computer device 30 and other devices, either wired or wireless. The computer device 30 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof.
In some embodiments, the wired or wireless network interface 34 receives broadcast signals or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the wired or wireless network interface 34 also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In some embodiments, an input output (I/O) interface 35 provides an interface between the processor 31 and a peripheral interface module, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, button, or the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The embodiment of the application provides a block diagram of a computer-readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the user portrait construction method or the user portrait processing method described above.
The units integrated with the functional units in the various embodiments of the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or partly in the form of a software product or all or part of the technical solution, where the computer-readable storage medium includes several instructions to cause a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a system server, or a network device, etc.), an electronic device (such as MP3, MP4, etc., also may be a smart terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, etc., also may be a desktop computer, etc.), or a processor (processor) to perform all or part of the steps of the methods of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a block diagram of a computer program product. The computer program product includes program instructions executable by a processor of a server to implement the user profile construction method or the user profile processing method described above.

Claims (12)

1. A method for constructing a user representation, the method comprising:
acquiring browsing information recorded when a user browses a plurality of played financial product information respectively; the browsing information comprises the actual browsing time of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of the user when the user switches and plays the financial product information; the switching type comprises an automatic switching type or a manual switching type;
Determining the attention degree of the user to the financial products corresponding to the financial product information based on the actual browsing duration and the corresponding switching type of the user aiming at the financial product information;
and based on the attention degree, determining attention information of the user in at least two dimensions aiming at the plurality of pieces of financial product information, and constructing a user portrait of the user through the attention information in at least two dimensions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, based on the degree of attention, attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for the plurality of pieces of financial product information comprises:
acquiring service types of the financial products, and aggregating the financial products belonging to the same service type to obtain a service set corresponding to each service type;
determining a second class of attention degree of the user to each service type based on the first class of attention degree of the user to the financial products in each service set;
determining the target service type with the highest attention degree of the second class in the service types; and determining the first financial product with the highest attention degree of the first type in the service set corresponding to the target service type; and determining a second financial product with the highest attention degree from a plurality of financial products corresponding to the plurality of financial product information;
And respectively taking the target business type, the first financial product and the second financial product as attention information of the user aiming at the plurality of financial product information in one dimension.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the second category of interest for the user for each of the business types based on the first category of interest for the user for financial products within each of the business sets comprises:
and adding the first class attention degree among the financial products in each service set to obtain accumulated attention degree, and taking the accumulated attention degree as the second class attention degree of the user to the service type.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the constructing the user representation of the user from the at least two dimensions of information of interest comprises:
acquiring face information of the user, user basic information and time information when acquiring browsing information;
and constructing a user portrait of the user based on the face information, the user basic information, the time information, the target service type, the first financial product and the second financial product.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to said determining the degree of interest of the user in each of the financial products for which the financial product information corresponds:
adding the actual browsing duration representing the same financial product information in a plurality of pieces of financial product information browsed by the user to obtain the accumulated browsing duration of the user for each financial product; the financial product information with the same characterization is at least two pieces of financial product information for propaganda of the same financial product;
under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is smaller than the preset duration, determining that the user is not intended to the user, and ending the process of constructing the user portrait for the user;
and under the condition that the accumulated browsing duration of each financial product is greater than or equal to the preset duration, determining that the user is an intended user, and constructing a user portrait for the user based on the attention information of the user to the plurality of pieces of financial product information in at least two dimensions.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the user's attention to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information based on the user's actual browsing duration and the corresponding type of switching for each piece of financial product information comprises:
Multiplying the actual browsing time length of the user to each piece of financial product information by the switching weight corresponding to the switching type under the condition that the user is an intended user to obtain the weighted browsing time length of the user to each piece of financial product information;
and adding the weighted browsing duration representing the same financial product information in each piece of financial product information to obtain comprehensive weighted browsing duration, and representing the attention degree of the user to the financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information based on the comprehensive weighted browsing duration.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring browsing information recorded by the user when browsing the played plurality of pieces of financial product information respectively includes:
if the default switching type of the plurality of pieces of financial product information is an automatic switching type, if the user performs directional switching or stops automatic switching operation on the currently browsed financial product information so as to switch and play the currently browsed financial product information to a later browsed financial product information, determining that the switching type of the later browsed financial product information is a manual switching type;
And under the condition that the default switching type of the plurality of pieces of financial product information is a manual switching type, if the user sequentially switches or starts automatic switching operation on the currently browsed financial product information so as to switch and play the financial product information to the next browsing, determining that the switching type of the financial product information to the next browsing is an automatic switching type.
8. A method for processing a user representation, the method comprising:
after the user finishes browsing the played pieces of financial product information, acquiring and displaying the current user portrait of the user; the current user representation constructed based on the method of any one of claims 1-7;
displaying a first control, a second control and a historical user portrait under the condition that the user has the historical user portrait; the first control is used for indicating to update the historical user portrait based on the current user portrait, and the second control is used for indicating to synchronously save the historical user portrait and the current user portrait;
displaying a third control and a fourth control under the condition that the user does not have a historical user portrait; the third control is used for indicating to save the current user portrait, and the fourth control is used for indicating to remove the current user portrait.
9. A user portrait construction apparatus comprising:
an information acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of browsing information recorded by a user when browsing the played pieces of financial product information, respectively; the browsing information comprises the actual browsing time of the user browsing the financial product information and the switching type of the user when the user switches and plays the financial product information; the switching type comprises an automatic switching type or a manual switching type;
a degree of attention unit configured to perform determination of a degree of attention of the user to a financial product corresponding to each piece of financial product information based on an actual browsing duration of the user to the financial product information and a corresponding switching type;
and a portrait construction unit configured to perform determination of attention information of the user in at least two dimensions for the plurality of pieces of financial product information based on the attention degree, and construct a user portrait of the user by the attention information in the at least two dimensions.
10. A user portrait processing device, comprising:
the portrait display unit is configured to acquire and display the current user portrait of the user after the user finishes browsing the played plurality of pieces of financial product information; the current user portrait is constructed based on a user portrait construction method;
A first processing unit configured to execute presenting a first control, a second control, and a historical user representation if the user has the historical user representation; the first control is used for indicating to update the historical user portrait based on the current user portrait, and the second control is used for indicating to synchronously save the historical user portrait and the current user portrait;
a second processing unit configured to execute, in a case where the user does not have a historical user representation, the presentation of a third control and a fourth control; the third control is used for indicating to save the current user portrait, and the fourth control is used for indicating to remove the current user portrait.
11. A computer device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement the method of constructing a user representation according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the method of processing a user representation according to claim 8.

A computer-readable storage medium having program data embodied therein, which when executed by a processor of a computer device, causes the computer device to perform the method of constructing a user representation according to any one of claims 1 to 7, or the method of processing a user representation according to claim 8.
