The electronic product with the flexible folding screen is required to be stuck with the protective film before leaving the factory, firstly, the screen can be effectively protected from being scratched, static electricity and dust, and secondly, the purchasing experience of consumers can be enhanced, so that how to detect the comprehensive performance of the protective film of the product before leaving the factory, and ensuring that the screen protective film is in a good visual state gradually becomes a concern of electronic product manufacturers.
Chinese patent publication No.: CN107782280B discloses a method for detecting the thickness of a patch film and a mobile terminal for detecting the current capacitance value of a screen of the mobile terminal; judging whether a film is stuck on a screen of the mobile terminal according to the current capacitance value and the preset capacitance value, and judging whether the film affects the infrared ranging function of the mobile terminal when determining that the film is stuck on the screen of the mobile terminal; determining the thickness of the film when the film influences the infrared distance measurement function of the mobile terminal; when the thickness of the film is larger than a first preset thickness threshold and smaller than a second preset thickness threshold, the emission energy of the infrared sensor is increased, so that the influence of the film on the infrared distance measurement function of the mobile terminal is reduced; when the thickness of the film is larger than or equal to a second preset thickness threshold, prompting a user that the thickness of the film is unsuitable, and replacing the film is needed, wherein the second preset thickness threshold is larger than the first preset thickness threshold. Therefore, the detection precision of the method is not enough, and all possible defects generated after the protective film is pasted are not counted and analyzed, so that the protective film with the unqualified performance on factory equipment is caused, and the experience and the usability of the product are affected.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the industrial camera is used for collecting the image of the protective film, the collected image is divided into a plurality of pixel points, and the brightness value of each pixel point is detected.
Further, according to the difference between the brightness value of the pixel point and the brightness value of the pixel point of the standard film-attached image, whether the pixel point meets the preset standard is determined, when the pixel point does not meet the preset standard is determined, the detection module is controlled to detect the gray value of the pixel point, and according to the detected gray value, the determination mode of whether the detection of the pixel point meets the preset standard is determined, or the pixel point is marked as a first-level residual pixel point, so that the condition of the pixel point does not meet the requirement is accurately detected and determined.
Further, when the brightness value of the single pixel point does not meet the preset standard and the reason cannot be determined, the central control module further detects that the reason of the non-meeting standard is caused by the bottom color of the screen or the detected brightness by detecting the gray value of the single pixel point, so that the detection precision is further increased through targeted modification or adjustment.
Further, when the brightness value of the detected single pixel point is unqualified due to the fact that the brightness of the image of the protective film and the brightness of the standard film-attached image acquired by the industrial camera are not up to standard, the brightness is increased by the adjusting module, and the problem that the brightness value of the detected single pixel point is unqualified due to the fact that the brightness is not up to standard is solved.

Further, after the adjustment module completes correction of brightness of the protective film image acquired by the industrial camera and the standard film-attached image, whether the pixel points accord with a preset standard or not is judged secondarily, and accurate judgment of single pixel points is guaranteed.
Further, after the central control module completes the judgment of the total pixel points of the image of the protective film, the judgment mode of whether the detection of the screen protective film meets the preset standard is determined by counting and analyzing the duty ratio of each defective pixel point to the total pixel points of the image of the protective film, so that the state of the protective film before leaving the factory is judged scientifically and accurately.
Furthermore, the invention also carries out scientific judgment on whether the protective film with flaws can be reused, thereby avoiding the waste of the protective film and avoiding the problem that defective products appear on factory equipment.
Further, when the defect occurs in the adhesive protective film due to the insufficient leveling pressure of the screed in step S2, the central control module reduces or overcomes the similar defect by increasing the leveling pressure.
Further, when the rolling speed of the cleaning roller in step S1 is too high, and the dust removal does not reach the standard, the central control module sufficiently removes pollutants such as dust on the screen by reducing the rolling speed, so that the performance of the further-adhered protective film is ensured.
