On the other hand, a workbench rotary table in the polishing station can be accurately connected with a plurality of exchange workbench, and when one workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench and a workpiece to walk along a transport vehicle track and leave the polishing station for detection; the other workbench transport trolley can drive the exchange workbench and the workpiece to enter the polishing station to polish the other workpiece, so that the utilization rate of the polishing machine tool is improved, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Specifically, the large-scale interactive workbench polishing machine tool further comprises a workpiece mounting station and a workpiece detection station which are arranged on the base. The workbench transport vehicle can transport the exchange workbench to the workpiece mounting station along the transport vehicle track. The workbench transport vehicle can transport the exchange workbench to the workpiece detection station along the transport vehicle track. When the workpiece is installed, the workbench transport vehicle transports the exchange workbench to the workpiece installation station along the transport vehicle track, and the workpiece to be processed is clamped on the workpiece clamp. After the workpiece is polished at the polishing station, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to walk along the transport vehicle track, leave the polishing station, and then transport to the workpiece detection station to detect the workpiece.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the large-scale interactive workbench polishing machine tool further comprises a plurality of polishing heads 8, a ram 6, a ram driving executing device 7 and a module quick-change mechanism. The ram driving and executing device is arranged on the base station and used for driving the ram to move along the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions. The polishing head is directly or indirectly placed on the base, in this embodiment, a polishing head placing frame 11 is provided on the base, and a polishing head positioning structure is provided on the polishing head placing frame. The grinding and polishing head positioning structures are in one-to-one correspondence with the grinding and polishing heads. The grinding and polishing head is placed on the grinding and polishing head placing frame and is positioned by the grinding and polishing head positioning structure. The modular quick change mechanism includes a grinding and polishing head zero point positioning mechanism 12. The zero point positioning mechanism of the polishing head comprises an upper joint 12.1 and a lower joint 12.2. The upper joint is arranged at the bottom of the ram. The top of each grinding and polishing head is provided with the lower joint. In this embodiment, the module quick-change mechanism further includes a circuit, a male-female plug of the air circuit and the oil circuit, a male-female plug or a female-female plug of the male-female plug of the air circuit and the oil circuit is mounted at the bottom of the ram, and a female-plug or a male-female plug of the air circuit, the air circuit and the oil circuit is mounted at the top of each polishing head. Therefore, the ram can be driven to move accurately through the ram driving execution device, the ram is moved to the position above the corresponding polishing head, then the ram descends, the ram and the corresponding polishing head are positioned and connected accurately through the polishing head zero point positioning mechanism, meanwhile, the connection of a circuit, an air circuit and an oil circuit male and female plug connector is realized, and proper polishing head selection is realized. And then, driving the ram and the polishing head to move to a polishing station by the ram driving execution device, and polishing the workpiece. After the polishing processing of the polishing head is finished, the polishing head is driven to move and reset by the ram driving executing device, and then the upper joint and the lower joint of the polishing head zero point positioning mechanism are in a separable state; and then, the ram drives the execution device to drive the ram to move upwards, so that the upper joint and the lower joint of the zero point positioning mechanism of the polishing head are separated, and meanwhile, the male plug and the female plug in the circuit, the gas circuit and the oil circuit are separated. The steps are repeated, so that the rapid and automatic switching of the multiple polishing heads can be realized, and the proper polishing heads are selected so as to meet the processing requirements of various different processes.
In this embodiment, the ram driving and executing device 7 includes a longitudinally moving rail 7.1 provided on the base, a longitudinally moving frame 7.2 sliding along the longitudinally moving rail, a longitudinally moving driving mechanism driving the longitudinally moving frame to move, a cross beam 7.3 provided on the longitudinally moving frame, a transversely moving rail provided on the cross beam, a transversely moving slide carriage 7.4 sliding along the transversely moving rail, a transversely moving driving mechanism driving the transversely moving slide carriage to move, and a lifting mechanism 7.5 provided on the transversely moving slide carriage. The longitudinal moving guide rail is perpendicular to the transverse moving guide rail. The traversing sliding seats are in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting mechanisms. The traversing slide seat is one or more. The ram is one or more. The traversing sliding seats are in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting mechanisms. The lifting mechanisms are in one-to-one correspondence with the ram, are connected with the corresponding ram and drive the corresponding ram to lift.
The transporter rail 2 comprises a longitudinal rail 2.1 and a transverse rail 2.2. The longitudinal track is one or more tracks. The transverse track is one or more tracks. The longitudinal rails and the transverse rails are distributed in a crisscross manner. The carrier vehicle rail comprises a longitudinal rail and a transverse rail which are distributed in a crisscross manner, so that the workbench carrier vehicle and the workpiece can flexibly move to a required position, and the utilization rate of the polishing machine tool is improved. Specifically, the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the workbench transport vehicle are all provided with rollers capable of lifting. The workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to lift through the lifting of the roller wheels. The advancing direction of the front and rear side rollers is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the left and right side rollers, wherein the left and right side rollers are matched with the longitudinal rails, and the front and rear side rollers are matched with the transverse rails. Therefore, when the workbench transport vehicle is matched with the transverse track through the front roller and the rear roller, the rollers on the left side and the right side are lifted, so that the workbench transport vehicle can smoothly run along the transverse track. When the workbench transport vehicle is matched with the longitudinal rails through the left and right side rollers, the front and rear side rollers rise, so that the workbench transport vehicle can smoothly run along the longitudinal rails.
The workbench transport vehicle 3 is provided with a workbench passing opening 3.1 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the vehicle body. The lower ring at the top of the workbench rotary table can enter the workbench through opening from bottom to top and finish accurate positioning and connection with the upper ring on the exchange workbench. In this embodiment, the exchange table is located in the table access. Therefore, after the workbench transport vehicle transports the exchange workbench to the appointed position above the workbench turntable of the polishing station, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to descend, and the lower ring at the top of the workbench turntable can enter the workbench through opening from bottom to top, so that the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench turntable, and accurate positioning and connection are completed through the upper ring on the exchange workbench and the lower ring on the workbench turntable, so that the exchange workbench and the workbench turntable are connected into a whole. In this embodiment, the specific structure of the workbench transport vehicle is the prior art, and reference may be made to application number CN2021106417066, entitled to a rail vehicle for transporting a circular workbench.
In a second embodiment, a polishing method using a large-scale interactive table polishing machine tool is provided, and a specific structure of the large-scale interactive table polishing machine tool used in the polishing method refers to the first embodiment.
The polishing processing method by utilizing the large-scale interactive workbench polishing machine tool sequentially comprises the following steps:
and (3) workpiece installation, wherein the workbench transport vehicle transports the exchange workbench to a workpiece installation station along a transport vehicle track, and the workpiece to be processed is clamped on the workpiece clamp.
Work piece is put into place, and the workstation transport vechicle is transported the assigned position of workstation revolving stage top of polishing station with the exchange workstation, then, and the workstation transport vechicle drives the exchange workstation and descends, makes the exchange workstation support on the workstation revolving stage to accomplish accurate positioning and connection through last ring on the exchange workstation and the lower ring on the workstation revolving stage, makes exchange workstation and workstation revolving stage connect as an organic wholely.
And (3) grinding and polishing, wherein the rotary driving mechanism drives the workbench rotary table, the exchange workbench and the workpiece to rotate together. The workpiece is polished by the polishing head of the large-scale interactive workbench polishing machine tool, specifically, the ram is driven by the ram driving executing device to drive the ram to move accurately, the ram is moved to the position above the corresponding polishing head, then the ram descends, the ram and the corresponding polishing head finish accurate positioning and connection through the polishing head zero point positioning mechanism, and meanwhile, the connection of a circuit, an air circuit and an oil circuit male-female plug is realized, and the proper polishing head is selected; and then, driving the ram and the polishing head to move to a polishing station by the ram driving execution device, and polishing the workpiece.
The workpiece is separated, so that an upper ring on the exchange workbench and a lower ring on the workbench turntable are in a separable state; then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to ascend, so that the exchange workbench is separated from the workbench turntable, and the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench transport vehicle; and then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to walk along the transport vehicle track and leave the polishing station. And then detection is performed. Of course, after the workpiece moves out of the polishing station, the steps can be repeated, the workpiece can be quickly, safely and stably moved back to the polishing station, the repeated positioning precision is high, the polishing and the detection of the workpiece are repeated, and the workpiece is qualified in the process. On the other hand, a workbench rotary table in the polishing station can be accurately connected with a plurality of exchange workbench, and when one workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench and a workpiece to walk along a transport vehicle track and leave the polishing station for detection; the other workbench transport trolley can drive the exchange workbench and the workpiece to enter the polishing station to polish the other workpiece, so that the utilization rate of the polishing machine tool is improved, and the production efficiency can be improved.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and any simple modification, variation and equivalent transformation of the above embodiment according to the technical substance of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A large-scale interactive table grinds throwing lathe, characterized by includes:
the base station is provided with a transport vehicle track;
a workbench transport vehicle which travels along a transport vehicle track;
the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench transport vehicle, and the workbench transport vehicle can drive the exchange workbench to lift;
the workpiece clamp is detachably arranged on the exchange workbench and used for clamping a workpiece;
the polishing station comprises a workbench rotary table rotatably arranged on the base table and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the workbench rotary table to rotate;
the workbench zero point positioning mechanism comprises an upper ring and a lower ring which can be precisely positioned and connected, the upper ring is arranged at the bottom of the exchange workbench, and the lower ring is arranged at the top of the workbench turntable;
the workbench transport vehicle can transport the exchange workbench to the upper part of the workbench turntable of the polishing station along the transport vehicle track.

The large-scale interactive table polishing machine of claim 1, wherein after the table transport vehicle transports the exchange table to a designated position above the table turntable of the polishing station, the table transport vehicle drives the exchange table to descend so that the exchange table is supported on the table turntable, and the exchange table and the table turntable are connected into a whole by the accurate positioning and connection of an upper ring on the exchange table and a lower ring on the table turntable.
3. The large-scale interactive table polishing machine according to claim 2, wherein when the exchange table integrally connected with the table turntable needs to leave the polishing station, the upper ring on the exchange table and the lower ring on the table turntable are in a separable state;
then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to ascend, so that the exchange workbench is separated from the workbench turntable, and the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench transport vehicle;
and then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to walk along the transport vehicle track and leave the polishing station.
4. A large interactive table polishing machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising:
a ram;
the ram driving and executing device is arranged on the base station and drives the ram to move along the X-axis, the Y-axis and the Z-axis;
the polishing heads are directly or indirectly arranged on the base station;
the module quick-change mechanism comprises a polishing head zero point positioning mechanism, wherein the polishing head zero point positioning mechanism comprises an upper joint and a lower joint, the upper joint is arranged at the bottom of the ram, and the lower joint is arranged at the top of each polishing head.
5. The large-scale interactive table polishing machine tool according to claim 4, wherein the polishing head placing frame is arranged on the base, and the polishing head is placed on the polishing head placing frame.
6. The large-scale interactive table polishing machine of claim 4, wherein the carrier track comprises a longitudinal track and a transverse track, the longitudinal track and the transverse track are distributed in a crisscross manner, wherein the longitudinal track is parallel to the movement direction of the ram along the X-axis, and the transverse track is parallel to the movement direction of the ram along the Y-axis.

A large-scale interactive table polishing machine according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the body of the table transport vehicle is provided with a table passing opening penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces of the body, and a lower ring at the top of the table turntable can enter the table passing opening from bottom to top and finish accurate positioning and connection with an upper ring on the exchange table.
8. A large interactive table polishing machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the carrier track comprises a longitudinal track and a transverse track, the longitudinal track and the transverse track being distributed in a crisscross arrangement.

The large-scale interactive table polishing machine tool according to claim 8, wherein rollers capable of lifting are arranged on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the table transport vehicle, the advancing direction of the rollers on the front side and the rear side is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the rollers on the left side and the right side, the rollers on the left side and the right side are matched with the longitudinal rails, and the rollers on the front side and the rear side are matched with the transverse rails.

A polishing processing method using a large-scale interactive table polishing machine as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the large-scale interactive table polishing machine further comprises a workpiece mounting station, and the table transporter is capable of transporting the exchange table to the workpiece mounting station along the transporter rail; the grinding and polishing processing method sequentially comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of installing a workpiece, conveying an exchange workbench to a workpiece installation station along a conveying trolley track by a workbench conveying trolley, and clamping the workpiece to be processed on a workpiece clamp;
the work piece is put into place, the workbench transport vehicle transports the exchange workbench to a designated position above the workbench turntable of the polishing station, then the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to descend, so that the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench turntable, and accurate positioning and connection are completed through an upper ring on the exchange workbench and a lower ring on the workbench turntable, so that the exchange workbench and the workbench turntable are connected into a whole;
grinding and polishing, wherein the rotary driving mechanism drives the workbench rotary table, the exchange workbench and the workpiece to rotate together; grinding and polishing the workpiece through a grinding and polishing head of a grinding and polishing machine tool of the large-scale interactive workbench;
the workpiece is separated, so that an upper ring on the exchange workbench and a lower ring on the workbench turntable are in a separable state; then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to ascend, so that the exchange workbench is separated from the workbench turntable, and the exchange workbench is supported on the workbench transport vehicle;
and then, the workbench transport vehicle drives the exchange workbench to walk along the transport vehicle track and leave the polishing station.
