By providing the administration guide cylinder 151 and the inner guide cylinder 152, the administration position can be extended, so that the administration portion 16 of the present application can reach a designated area to administer the administration treatment to the urethra of the patient.
In this embodiment, the medicine feeding portion 16 includes:
at least one group of administration holes 161, wherein the administration holes 161 are arranged at the end part of the inner guide cylinder 152, and the administration holes 161 are used for urethral administration drainage work of a patient;
the dirt drawing groove 162, dirt drawing groove 162 is seted up the tip of interior guide cylinder 152, and dirt drawing groove 162 internalization is provided with the start-stop valve 164, and one side fixedly connected with of start-stop valve 164 opens and close push rod 163, and the one end fixedly connected with dirt drawing expansion piece that the start-stop push rod 163 kept away from the start-stop valve 164 draws dirt expansion piece fixed mounting in the interior guide cylinder 152.

at least one group of guiding sleeve members 144, wherein the guiding sleeve members 144 are fixedly arranged on the lower connecting seat 132, the guiding sleeve members 144 are sleeved on the guiding rod 145, the guiding sleeve members 143 are in sliding connection with the guiding rod 145, and the guiding rod 145 is fixedly arranged on the processing cylinder 11.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12-14, a liquid medicine heating assembly 3 is disposed in the telescopic catheter 13, and the liquid medicine heating assembly 3 is used for auxiliary heating treatment of the liquid medicine;
wherein, the liquid medicine heating assembly 3 comprises:
at least one group of liquid medicine heating parts 31, wherein the liquid medicine heating parts 31 are detachably arranged in the heating bearing seats 32, and the heating bearing seats 32 are fixedly arranged in the conduit telescopic sleeves 131;
at least one set of auxiliary sterilizing elements 33, said auxiliary sterilizing elements 33 being used for sterilizing the liquid medicine drawn in.

a manual medicine injection portion 22 provided in the telescopic tube 12;
the manual injection portion 22 includes a manual push cap 221, an injection push rod 222, and a push piston 223, wherein the manual push cap 221 and the injection push rod 222 are fixedly connected by joggles or rivets, the push piston 223 is slidably mounted in the telescopic cylinder 12, one side of the push piston 223 is inserted into the injection push rod 222, and meanwhile, the manual push cap 221 and the top of the telescopic cylinder 12 are locked by a buckle.
The auxiliary injection part 21 is matched with the manual injection part 22, the auxiliary injection part 21 is arranged in the telescopic cylinder 12, and the auxiliary injection part 21 comprises an auxiliary injection tank 212, an auxiliary medicine pump 213 and an injection sealing cover 211.
In this embodiment, the auxiliary drug pump 213 may be a micro air pump, and the auxiliary drug injection tank 212 may be filled with therapeutic liquid or cleaning liquid by opening the drug injection sealing cover 211, when the operation mode is manual, the drug injection sealing cover 211 may be manually opened, the drug is filled into the auxiliary drug injection tank 212, and then the manual pushing cover 221 is pushed, so that the manual pushing cover 221 drives the drug injection push rod 222 and the pushing piston 223 to slide, so that the pushing piston 223 pushes the drug into the treatment canister 11, when the operation mode is automatic, the manual pushing cover 221 is pushed, so that the manual pushing cover 221 is locked at the top of the telescopic canister 12, and then the auxiliary drug pump 213 is opened, so that the auxiliary drug pump 213 pumps the drug into the treatment canister 11, thereby facilitating smooth drug administration.
In summary, the application provides a urinary tract drug delivery device for urinary surgery, which is provided with a treatment driving part 43, a fluid thinning assembly 44 and a fluid disinfection part 45, wherein the treatment driving part 43 can drive the fluid thinning assembly 44 to move so as to realize thinning treatment of liquid medicine and dirt, thereby ensuring the treatment effect of the treatment liquid medicine, and the fluid disinfection part 45 can disinfect the liquid medicine and dirt during thinning, ensuring the cleanness of the liquid medicine, avoiding the pollution of the liquid medicine to the urethra inflammation area and ensuring the health of patients.

1. A urinary tract applicator for urinary surgery, the urinary tract applicator comprising:

a fluid treatment mechanism (4) arranged in the treatment cylinder (11), wherein the fluid treatment mechanism (4) is used for refining and sterilizing the liquid medicine and the dirt;
wherein the fluid handling mechanism (4) comprises:
a fluid diversion seat (41);
a processing limit seat (42), wherein the processing limit seat (42) is fixedly arranged in the processing cylinder (11);
a processing driving part (43), wherein the processing driving part (43) is respectively connected with the fluid diversion seat (41) and the processing limit seat (42);
a fluid refining assembly (44) connected to the treatment drive (43), the fluid refining assembly (44) being used for refining the liquid medicine and the dirt in the treatment cartridge (11), and
and a fluid sterilizing unit (45) provided in the treatment cylinder (11), wherein the fluid sterilizing unit (45) is used for sterilizing the chemical solution and the dirt.
2. The urological urinary tract applicator of claim 1 wherein: the process driving unit (43) includes:
a drive motor (431), the drive motor (431) being fixedly mounted within the treatment canister (11);
a first gear (432) fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor (431);
a second gear (433) provided on one side of the first gear (432);
an upper gear ring (434) rotatably mounted on the fluid diversion seat (41), wherein the upper gear ring (434) is in meshed transmission with the first gear (432);
the lower gear ring (435), the lower gear ring (435) is rotatably arranged in the processing limit seat (42), and the lower gear ring (435) and the second gear (433) are in meshed transmission.
3. The urinary surgical urinary tract applicator of claim 2 wherein: the fluid sterilization section (45) includes:
at least one set of upper sterilizing portions (452), the upper sterilizing portions (452) being for a fluid sterilization process, and the upper sterilizing portions (452) being further for connecting the upper gear ring (434) and the fluid refining assembly (44);
and a lower sterilization part (451) working in cooperation with the upper sterilization part (452), the lower sterilization part (451) being used for working in cooperation with the upper sterilization part (452), and the lower sterilization part (451) being used for connecting the lower gear ring (435) and the fluid thinning assembly (44).
4. A urinary surgical urinary tract applicator as in claim 3 wherein: the fluid refinement assembly (44) includes:
an inner thinning shaft (441), the inner thinning shaft (441) being fixedly connected with the upper sterilizing section (452);
at least one set of inner refiners (442), said inner refiners (442) being fixedly mounted on said inner refining shaft (441), the inner refiners (442) being for refining of the fluid;
an outer thinning barrel (443), wherein the outer thinning barrel (443) is sleeved on the inner thinning shaft (441), and the outer thinning barrel (443) is fixedly connected with the lower disinfection part (451);
at least one set of outer refinements (444), said outer refinements (444) being removably mounted on said outer refinement drum (443), the outer refinements (444) being for a refinement treatment of the fluid.
5. A urinary surgical urinary tract applicator as in any one of claims 1-4 wherein: the cartridge (15) comprises:
a drug delivery guide cylinder (151), the drug delivery guide cylinder (151) being mounted on the treatment cylinder (11);
an inner guide cylinder (152) slidably connected to the administration guide cylinder (151), the inner guide cylinder (152) cooperating with the administration guide cylinder (151) for guiding the flow of the liquid medicine, and
and a medicine feeding part (16) arranged at the end part of the inner guide cylinder (152).
6. A urinary surgical urinary tract applicator as in claim 5 wherein: the medicine feeding section (16) includes:
at least one group of administration holes (161), wherein the administration holes (161) are arranged at the end part of the inner guide cylinder (152), and the administration holes (161) are used for the urethra administration drainage work of a patient;
the sewage pumping device comprises a sewage pumping groove (162), wherein the sewage pumping groove (162) is formed in the end part of the inner guide cylinder (152), an opening and closing valve (164) is movably arranged in the sewage pumping groove (162), one side of the opening and closing valve (164) is fixedly connected with an opening and closing push rod (163), one end of the opening and closing push rod (163), which is far away from the opening and closing valve (164), is fixedly connected with a sewage pumping telescopic piece, and the sewage pumping telescopic piece is fixedly arranged in the inner guide cylinder (152).
7. A urinary surgical urinary tract applicator as in any one of claims 1-4 wherein: the telescopic catheter (13) comprises:
a catheter telescoping sheath (131);
an upper connecting seat (133) fixedly connected with one end of the conduit telescopic sleeve (131);
the lower connecting seat (132), fixed connection between lower connecting seat (132) and pipe flexible cover (131), and lower connecting seat (132) and processing section of thick bamboo (11) sliding connection.
8. The urological urinary tract applicator of claim 7 wherein: the catheter adjustment section (14) includes:
a catheter adjustment member (141);
a conduit transmission member (142) fixedly connected with the conduit adjustment member (141), the conduit transmission member (142) being mounted on the treatment cylinder (11);
a catheter sleeve (143) sleeved on the catheter transmission member (142), the catheter sleeve (143) being fixedly mounted on the lower connecting seat (132);
at least one group of guide sleeve members (144), the guide sleeve members (144) are fixedly arranged on the lower connecting seat (132), the guide sleeve members (144) are sleeved on the guide pipe guide rods (145), the guide pipe sleeve members (143) are in sliding connection with the guide pipe guide rods (145), and the guide pipe guide rods (145) are fixedly arranged on the treatment cylinder (11).
9. The urological urinary tract applicator of claim 7 wherein: a liquid medicine heating assembly (3) is arranged in the telescopic catheter (13), and the liquid medicine heating assembly (3) is used for auxiliary heating treatment of liquid medicine;
wherein, liquid medicine heating assembly (3) includes:
at least one group of liquid medicine heating parts (31), wherein the liquid medicine heating parts (31) are detachably arranged in a heating bearing seat (32), and the heating bearing seat (32) is fixedly arranged in a conduit telescopic sleeve (131);
