the adjusting mechanism (10) comprises a connecting arm (102) used for being connected with the arc-shaped hand rest (4) and an adjusting screw rod (101) used for driving the connecting arm (102) to move.

The adjustable hand-held PICC cannula treatment device of claim 1, wherein: the movable carrier is characterized in that a support column (2) is fixedly arranged at the top of the movable carrier (1), a lifting rack (8) is arranged at the inner top of the support column (2), an adjusting gear (15) is arranged on one side of the top end of the support column (2), the adjusting gear (15) is meshed with the lifting rack (8), and an adjusting rotary table (14) is arranged at the end part of the adjusting gear (15).
