Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to the field of long-segment bone prosthesis implantation, and aims to provide a technical solution which is easier to implant and reduces surrounding tissue injury in bone replacement surgery.
Background
Long bone prostheses are used to treat bone loss caused by fractures, bone defects, or other skeletal problems. Is usually made of biological materials such as metal, ceramic or polymer, has similar characteristics to human bones, and can be implanted in surgery to replace or strengthen damaged bone parts. This helps to restore normal structure and function to the bone, provides stable support and promotes the natural healing process of the bone. The long bone prosthesis is commonly used for complex fracture repair, bone defect reconstruction, bone reconstruction after tumor resection and the like in surgical operation. These prostheses are often of different shapes and sizes to accommodate the needs of different patients and different sites. Especially when the bone lesion part of a patient is bigger and needs to be entirely resected, the operation difficulty is greatly improved, at present, the peripheral tissues of the patient are often needed to be cut in a large scale in the long-segment bone prosthesis operation, or the implant needs to be installed in a misplaced mode due to the longer prosthesis to damage the tissues such as muscles, blood vessels and nerves of the affected part, so that the postoperative recovery is slow and the risk of complications is increased. Accordingly, there is a need for a new long bone prosthesis design to reduce surgical trauma and improve implantation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the limitations of the implantation of the existing long-segment bone prosthesis, the application provides a long-segment bone prosthesis which is convenient to install. The long bone prosthesis aims at reducing the operation difficulty, reducing the postoperative risk and protecting the tissues around the affected part of a patient through innovative structure and material selection.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the application provides a long bone prosthesis convenient to install, which comprises a sleeve, a movable screw, a control device and a limiting device, wherein one end of the bottom surface of the sleeve is provided with a fixed screw, one end of the top surface is provided with a cylindrical hollow column, the surface of the hollow column is provided with a thread structure, and a plurality of round holes are arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve to penetrate through the hollow column; the surface of the movable screw is provided with a thread structure, the side wall of the movable screw is provided with a non-penetrating hole, and a limiting device is arranged in the hole; the limiting device consists of a spring and a cylinder, one end of the spring is connected to the movable screw, and the other end of the spring is connected to the cylinder assembly, so that the limiting device can stretch in the horizontal direction; the control device consists of a cuboid base and a plurality of cylindrical protrusions, and can control the position of the limiting device, so that the long bone prosthesis is easier to implant, and surrounding muscles and tissues of a patient part are less damaged.
Further, the material of the long bone prosthesis may be made of nitinol.
Further, different numbers of round holes can be arranged according to different lengths of the prosthesis required by a patient, and the interval between the round holes can be adjusted to realize smoother movement of the sleeve.
Further, the expansion and contraction range of the limiting device in the horizontal direction can be controlled by adjusting the tension of the spring.
Further, the cylindrical protrusions on the control device correspond to the round holes on the sleeve.
Further, when the upper half part is installed, the length of the upper end of the prosthesis can be adjusted through the control device, and when the lower half part is installed, the sleeve can be separated from the movable screw to move, so that the lower half prosthesis is fixed.
When the long-section bone prosthesis is implanted, the control device is firstly buckled, the movable screw is adjusted to a certain length, then the control device is removed, at the moment, the sleeve and the movable screw are fixed by the limiting device, the sleeve is rotated to enable the prosthesis to be implanted into the upper-section bone, then the control device is sequentially adjusted until the whole movable screw is fixed on the upper-section bone, the control device is removed, the sleeve and the movable screw are separated, and at the moment, the sleeve is reversely rotated, so that the fixing screw is embedded into the lower-section bone. By the device, the length of the long bone prosthesis can be reduced during implantation, the implantation length of the prosthesis can be ensured, and muscle tissues around a patient part can be protected to the greatest extent.
