Technical Field

Background
Terminal blocks (Terminal blocks) are a common connection component, and are widely used in various fields such as industrial communication, industrial equipment, power industry, industrial control, etc. with huge information. The terminal block is used to connect two or more sets of power lines, control lines and/or data transmission lines. The terminal block structure 1 of the present embodiment mainly includes an insulating housing 10, a pair of trip elements 20, and a plurality of wires and terminal clamps 13.

The rotating body 22 mainly includes a first arm 221, a second arm 222 extending from the first arm 221, and a rotating portion 223 formed between the first arm 221 and the second arm 222, wherein the first arm 221 and the second arm 222 are rigid members, i.e. do not elastically deform. The second arm 222 is provided with a fastening unit 2221, and the fastening unit 2221 of the present embodiment is a fastening slot for positioning the fastened unit 81.
In an embodiment, the base 21 has a U-shaped frame 211, and two clamping strips 212 are respectively disposed inside two opposite sides of the U-shaped frame 211, and each clamping strip 212 is used for providing the clamping and fixing for the hook 111. The first arm 221 is an arc plate, and the turning portion 223 of the present embodiment has two deformable sections 2231, which are respectively formed at two sides of the junction between the first arm 221 and the second arm 222 and are connected to the U-shaped frame 211.
When a force is applied to the first arm 221, the rotating body 22 rotates about the deformable sections 2231 of the rotating portion 223, and drives the second arm 222 to lift upwards, so as to release the locking unit 2221 and the locked unit 81.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when a force is applied to the first arm 221, the rotating body 22 rotates about the fixed section 2232 of the rotating portion 223A and drives the second arm 222 to lift upwards, so that the locking unit 2221A and the other locked unit 82 are released.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the terminal block structure 1B of the present embodiment is similar to the terminal block structure 1A, wherein the insulating housing 10 is identical, and the base 21 of the trip element 20B is provided with a front plate 23, a side plate 24, a caulking groove 241, a groove 242 and a locking unit 2221A, similar to the trip element 20A of the previous embodiment. The difference is that the rotating portion 223B has two deformable sections 2231, which are respectively formed at two sides of the connection between the first arm 221 and the second arm 222 and are connected to the side plates 24, so that the rotating body 22 can rotate around the deformable sections 2231 of the rotating portion 223B.

an insulating housing; and
at least one trip element as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6, fixed to the insulating housing;
the rotating body rotates around the rotating part and drives the second arm to lift upwards, so that the buckle unit and the buckled unit are tripped.

The terminal block structure of claim 7, wherein the insulating housing comprises a base and a plurality of plug-in blocks extending from the base, a plurality of hooks extending from the base, the base having a U-shaped frame, and a plurality of locking strips respectively provided in the U-shaped frame for locking with each of the hooks.
