Description

Electric power emergency plan deduction method, system, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power scheme deduction, and particularly relates to a power emergency plan deduction method, a power emergency plan deduction system, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
The power system is one of the most complex industrial systems established by humans. In recent years, although the frequency of occurrence of grid accidents is decreasing, the consequences are increasing. The electric power is more and more closely related to national security, economic development and people's life. Therefore, the large-area power failure accident of the power system can cause serious influence on public safety, national economy and daily life. This draws great importance to the government and all levels of grid companies in China, and related regulations for handling large-area outage events are successively issued. In order to comprehensively improve the emergency guarantee capability of the power system, all levels of power grid companies make various emergency plans according to requirements of national institutes and national grid companies, and a corresponding power emergency management platform is built in a matched mode. The emergency exercise is an important link of electric power emergency management, not only can the emergency commander and the disposal personnel be trained, but also the emergency plan can be tested and verified, so that a personnel intelligence guarantee and skill foundation is established for an emergency system, and the continuous improvement and continuous promotion of the emergency system are promoted. Desktop deduction plays an important role in electric power emergency management engineering as an important means of existing emergency exercise, and plays important roles of evaluating capacity, checking plans, defining responsibilities, exercising teams, propaganda knowledge and the like. However, at present, the desktop deduction of the power grid enterprise is mainly performed by the traditional round table discussion type exercise, and presented in oral and written form, and there are still some problems in the aspects of desktop deduction, emergency plan, learning training and the like, which are specifically expressed as follows: 1. the desktop deduction means is single: the traditional desktop deduction mainly adopts a question-answer mode based on a script, mainly adopts a round table discussion mode, lacks other effective auxiliary means, has single deduction means and influences the drilling depth. 2. The deduction process is not vivid enough: the deduction and presentation mode mainly takes oral and written forms, is relatively boring, is not vivid and lifelike enough, and has influence on enthusiasm of participants. 3. The emergency plan is not refined enough: the existing power grid emergency plan system is complete, the emergency treatment management process is standardized and defined, and the degree of refinement is still to be improved. 4. Lack of professional online desktop deduction assistance systems: at present, an online auxiliary deduction system capable of supporting the whole process of desktop deduction of a power grid enterprise is not high in the level of digitization and intelligence of the desktop deduction.
