The path of the function menu associated with the current page is used for indicating the position of the function menu associated with the current page on the operation platform, namely the function menu aimed by opinion feedback can be known through the path of the function menu associated with the current page. For example, if the path of the function menu associated with the current page is "platform management center-merchant data management-provider management", it may be known that the function menu associated with the current page is provider management, and the provider management is a secondary menu under the function menu belonging to the platform management center, and is a primary menu under the merchant data management function menu. So that the position of the function menu for which opinion feedback is aimed can be known based on this menu path.
In a second possible manner, the computer device obtains a page picture of the current page in response to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control.
The content in the page picture of the current page may be the content of any one of the areas in the current page.
Optionally, the operation of the computer device to obtain the page picture of the current page in response to the click operation of the opinion feedback control may be implemented in the following two possible manners.
In one possible manner, the computer device performs screenshot on a page area displayed by a screen in a current page in response to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control, so as to obtain a page picture of the current page.
In this case, the screen capturing is performed on the area currently displayed on the display screen of the computer device in the current page, and the partial area of the current page may be displayed on the current screen of the computer device, so that the content of the page picture of the current page is the content of the partial area of the current page. The content of the page picture of the current page is the content of the whole area of the current page. Therefore, the page information of the current page can be accurately reflected through the page picture of the current page.
In another possible manner, the computer device performs screenshot on a page area from the top of the page to the bottom of the page of the current page in response to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control, so as to obtain a page picture of the current page.
In this case, the page area from the top of the current page to the bottom of the page is the whole area of the current page, so that the screen capturing is performed on the page area from the top of the current page to the bottom of the page, and the content of the obtained page picture is the content of the whole area of the current page. Therefore, all information of the current page can be accurately reflected through the page picture of the current page.
It should be noted that, the computer device may determine the page information of the current page in any one of the two possible manners, or may determine the page information of the current page together in a combination of the two possible manners, where in this case, the page information of the current page includes a page identifier and a page picture, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 202: the computer equipment displays an opinion feedback interface of the current page, and the opinion feedback interface displays page information of the current page.
The opinion feedback interface is used for receiving the opinion to be fed back, and the user can feed back the opinion on the opinion feedback interface. The opinion feedback interface of the current page is used for receiving feedback of opinion of the current page from a user.
Because the opinion feedback control can provide an entry for the opinion feedback for the user, the user can perform opinion feedback on the questions of the current page after clicking the opinion feedback control on the current page. In this case, after receiving the click operation of the opinion feedback control of the current page, the computer device may display an opinion feedback interface of the current page, so that the user may perform opinion feedback on the problem of the current page in the opinion feedback interface.
In addition, since the user wants to feed back comments to the current page, page information of the current page can be input, so that an administrator can know what page to comment on later. However, in the case that the opinion feedback interface displays the page information of the current page, the subsequent user does not need to select or input the related information of the current page. Therefore, the mode of directly bringing the page information of the current page into the opinion feedback interface can avoid the user from inputting the related information of the current page subsequently, thereby improving the user experience, enabling the opinion of the user to be fed back in time and improving the opinion feedback efficiency.
Alternatively, the operation of step 202 may be implemented in two possible ways as follows.
When the page information of the current page is determined by the first possible manner in step 201, the operation in step 202 may be: the computer equipment displays an opinion feedback interface of the current page, and the opinion feedback interface displays a path of a function menu associated with the current page.
In this case, when the computer device displays the opinion feedback interface of the current page, the path of the function menu associated with the current page can be directly brought into the opinion feedback interface, so that the opinion feedback interface can reflect which function menu associated with the current page is, and the user can follow-up without inputting relevant information of the current page when seeing that the opinion feedback interface displays the path of the function menu associated with the current page, thereby improving user experience.
In addition, when the plurality of function menus are multi-level function menus, the user directly feeds back comments on the current page, and the comments can be directly brought into the path of the function menu associated with the current page on the comment feedback interface, so that the user does not need to search the function menu associated with the current page in a plurality of levels of function menus, convenience is provided for the user, and user experience is improved.
When the page information of the current page is determined by the second possible manner in step 201, the operation in step 202 may be: the computer equipment displays an opinion feedback interface of the current page, and the opinion feedback interface displays a page picture of the current page.
In this case, when the computer device displays the opinion feedback interface of the current page, the page picture of the current page can be directly brought into the opinion feedback interface, so that the page picture of the current page can be reflected from the opinion feedback interface, and the user can follow-up without inputting relevant information of the current page under the condition that the user sees that the opinion feedback interface displays the page picture of the current page, thereby improving user experience.
It should be noted that, the computer device may display the opinion feedback interface of the current page in any one of the two possible manners, or may display the opinion feedback interface of the current page in combination with the two possible manners, where the opinion feedback interface displays a path of a function menu associated with the current page and a page picture of the current page.
For example, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an opinion feedback interface, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 includes an opinion feedback interface 401, the opinion feedback interface 401 includes a page information display area 402 of a current page, and a submit button 403. As can be seen from fig. 4, the opinion feedback interface 401 of the current page displays the path of the function menu associated with the current page and the page picture of the current page, so that the opinion feedback of the query page of the vehicle model report can be known.
Step 203: the computer device obtains the opinion input in the opinion feedback interface.
In this case, the user may input the opinion to be fed back in the opinion feedback interface, so that the computer device may obtain the opinion to be fed back by the user.
Alternatively, the opinion may include at least one of text content, pictures, opinion types, etc., that is, the user may input text content, pictures, opinion types, etc. at the opinion feedback interface to indicate the question to be fed back.
The comments input on the comment feedback interface that can be obtained by the computer device will be described below.
Alternatively, the opinion may include the target content, and the operation of step 203 may be: the computer device determines, in response to an input operation for the opinion at the opinion feedback interface, content input by the input operation as target content.
The target content is specific content to be fed back by the user. The target content may be text content input by the user or may be a picture. Of course, the target content may also be text content and pictures input by the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, the opinion feedback interface may include an opinion input box, in which case the user may input the opinion to be fed back in the opinion input box of the opinion feedback interface, so that the computer device may obtain the target content in the opinion input box of the opinion feedback interface.
For example, the user may input text content, pictures, etc. at the opinion input box to input opinion to be fed back.
In this case, when the user wants to specify the opinion regarding the current page, the user can input the specific opinion to be fed back in the intention input box. So that the computer device can determine the content input by the user as the specific content to be fed back by the user when receiving the input operation of the user.
Therefore, when receiving the opinion fed back by the user, the follow-up manager can directly determine the specific content fed back by the user according to the target content, namely, the follow-up manager can directly know what the problem of the current page is, or which parts of the current page are reasonably arranged, or what the specific suggestion of the user is for the current page, so that the follow-up manager can rapidly process the opinion according to the fed-back specific content, and the opinion processing efficiency is improved.
For example, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an opinion feedback interface, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 includes an opinion feedback interface 401, the opinion feedback interface 401 including an opinion input box 501, a page information display region 402 of a current page, and a submit button 403. The user may enter a specific question to be fed back in the intent input box 501. Therefore, after receiving the opinion fed back by the user, the administrator can quickly acquire what problems exist in the current page, and the administrator can quickly solve the problems existing in the current page.
It should be noted that, the opinion feedback interface may display a path of a function menu associated with the current page, a page picture of the current page, and an opinion input box. It should be understood that the opinion feedback interface may also be an interface displaying a path and opinion input box of a function menu associated with the current page and/or the opinion feedback interface may also be an interface displaying a page picture and opinion input box of the current page. The embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Optionally, the opinion feedback interface may also include a plurality of opinion type controls. The plurality of opinion types may include positive opinion, negative opinion, neutral opinion, etc. The forward opinion type is opinion feedback on good aspects in the current page, such as forward opinion being exaggeration opinion; negative opinion is opinion feedback of the problem existing in the current page, for example, negative opinion is opinion of the problem; the neutral opinion is some thought of the current page, and is a suggestion made for the current page to be more convenient. In this case, the plurality of opinion type controls may include a control to which positive opinions belong, a control to which negative opinions belong, a suggestion control, and the like.
Of course, in addition to the control to which the positive opinion belongs, the control to which the negative opinion belongs, and the suggestion control, other opinion type controls may exist, for example, a control of a problem type in which a problem exists in the current page specifically, for example, a control of a problem type in which a picture is not displayed.
In this case, the type of opinion to be fed back may also be determined at the opinion feedback interface.
Specifically, the operation of step 203 may be: in response to a selection operation of any one of the plurality of opinion type controls, the computer device determines the opinion type selected by the selection operation as the target opinion type.
The target opinion type is the type of opinion that the user wants to feed back.
A selection operation of any one of the plurality of opinion type controls for selecting the type of opinion to be fed back may be triggered by a user.
In this case, after clicking on one of the opinion type controls, the computer device may determine the opinion type selected by the selection operation as the type of opinion (target opinion type) to be fed back by the user. Therefore, after receiving the comments fed back by the user, the manager can quickly position whether the comments are positive, negative or neutral, so that corresponding processing can be quickly performed, and the processing efficiency of the follow-up comments can be improved.
For example, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an opinion feedback interface, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 includes an opinion feedback interface 401, the opinion feedback interface 401 including a plurality of opinion type controls 601, an opinion input box 501, a page information display area 402 of a current page, and a submit button 403. For example, if the user wants to feed back that a question exists in the current page, the user may click on the question existence control 601 in fig. 6, where the question existence control 601 is the control to which the negative opinion belongs. Therefore, after receiving the opinion fed back by the user, the administrator can quickly locate that the problem fed back by the user is negative and quickly locate that the problem exists on the current page, so that the administrator can perform corresponding processing.
Further, after clicking on the question control 601 in fig. 6, the user may also continue to input a specific question existing on the current page in the intent input box 501. Therefore, after receiving the opinion fed back by the user, the administrator can quickly acquire what problems exist in the current page, and the administrator can quickly solve the problems existing in the current page.
Optionally, the opinion feedback interface may also include a manual feedback control. In this case, the computer device may display an artificial feedback window in response to a click operation on the artificial feedback control, the artificial feedback window displaying page information of the current page; in response to an input operation in the manual feedback window, the content input by the input operation is determined as a target opinion.
The artificial feedback control is used for providing an entry for artificial feedback, that is, after the user clicks the artificial feedback control, the user can feedback comments to the artificial feedback.
The artificial feedback window is used for feeding back the target opinion to the target object. The artificial feedback window is an interactive window between the user and the target object, and the user can feed back target opinions to the target object through the artificial feedback window.
Alternatively, the target object may be an online administrator. Under the condition, after clicking the manual feedback control, the user can communicate with the online manager through the manual feedback window, so that the target opinion of the current page is directly fed back to the online manager, and when the online manager receives the fed-back target opinion, the online manager can directly reply to the user or put forward a solution to the user, and the user experience is improved.
Under the condition, the target object can acquire the page information of the current page displayed by the manual feedback window, so that the user can know which page the opinion to be fed back is for, and the target object can quickly reply the target opinion after the subsequent computer equipment acquires the target opinion input by the user in the manual feedback window, thereby improving opinion reply efficiency and problem solving efficiency.
For example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an opinion feedback interface, see fig. 7 (a), where fig. 7 (a) includes an opinion feedback interface 401, the opinion feedback interface 401 includes a plurality of opinion type controls 601, an opinion input box 501, a page information display area 402 of the current page, a manual feedback control 701, and a submit button 403. When the user wants to feed back the target opinion to the target object, he can click on the artificial feedback control 701 on the opinion feedback interface 401, after which the computer device can display an artificial feedback window.
Referring to (b) of fig. 7, (b) of fig. 7 includes a manual feedback window 702, page information 703 of a current page, an input area 704 of a user, and dialog information 705. The manual feedback window 702 displays the page information 703 of the current page, so that the target object can know that the user wants to perform opinion feedback on the page indicated by the page information. The user may input the target opinion to be fed back in the input area 704 and click to send, so that the target object may learn the opinion fed back by the user on the current page.
It should be noted that, after the computer device performs the above step 203, the opinion feedback interface may display the opinion to be fed back, and the user may check the opinion to be fed back currently, and after confirming that there is no error, submit the opinion displayed by the opinion feedback interface, that is, continue to perform the following step 204.
Step 204: the computer device transmits the opinion and the opinion information to an operation platform in response to a submission operation at the opinion feedback interface.
The submitting operation of the opinion feedback interface is used for submitting the opinion displayed by the opinion feedback interface and the page information of the current page, and optionally, the submitting operation of the opinion feedback interface can be triggered by a user. As one example, the opinion feedback interface includes a submit button that a user may click to trigger a submit operation of the opinion feedback interface.
In this case, after the user performs the submitting operation, the computer device may send the opinion displayed by the opinion feedback interface and the page information of the current page to the operation platform, so that the operation platform may receive the opinion fed back by the user and the page information of the current page.
Further, the operation platform is used for receiving the opinion fed back by the user and the page information, and sending the opinion fed back by the user and the page information to the manager client side, so that management of the opinion fed back by the user by the manager is achieved. The operation platform may transmit the feedback opinion and the page information transmitted from the computer device to the administrator client after transmitting the opinion and the page information displayed by the opinion feedback interface to the operation platform.
In this case, when the administrator receives the opinion and the page information, the administrator can know which page the opinion is for, so that the accurate positioning of the opinion can be realized, and the administrator can accurately put forward a solution to the opinion.
Further, when receiving the opinion fed back by the user, the administrator client can reply to the opinion fed back by the user, the subsequent administrator client can also send the reply to the operation platform, and the subsequent computer equipment can also receive the reply of the opinion fed back by the user by the administrator sent by the operation platform.
Specifically, the reply received by the computer device may include the following two possible scenarios.
In the first case, in the case where the target opinion type of the opinion fed back by the user is a forward opinion or a neutral opinion, the computer device may receive polite reply information.
The polite reply information is used for thanking the user to make suggestions for praise or thanking the current page, reminding the user of adopting the suggested suggestions later, and the like.
Therefore, the user can experience the feedback opinion to pay attention, and the user experience is improved.
In the second case, in the case that the target opinion type of the opinion fed back by the user is a negative opinion, the computer device may receive a target notification sent by the operation platform.
The target notification is used to notify the user that the question indicated by the feedback opinion has been processed.
In the case that the target opinion type of the opinion fed back by the user is negative opinion, the opinion fed back by the user is indicated that the problem exists in the current page, so that the problem existing in the current page needs to be solved. In this case, the administrator may propose a solution to the problem with the current page, from which the subsequent operating platform may solve the problem with the current page. In this way, the current page may be optimized to provide a better operating experience to the user.
Further, after the operation platform solves the problem of the current page, a target notification may be sent to the computer device to notify the user that the problem of the current page has been processed.
Notably, according to the opinion feedback method provided by the embodiment of the application, the pages associated with each of the plurality of function menus can be displayed with opinion feedback controls, so that a user can perform opinion feedback in the page corresponding to any one of the plurality of function menus. Therefore, the heart sounds of the user can be effectively collected, and the use satisfaction degree of the operation platform is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the operation platform comprises a plurality of pages, and opinion feedback controls are displayed on the pages when the pages are displayed. When the computer equipment receives clicking operation of the opinion feedback control displayed on the current page, the computer equipment responds to the clicking operation of the opinion feedback control displayed on the current page, page information of the current page can be determined firstly, then an opinion feedback interface of the current page is displayed, and the page information of the current page is displayed on the opinion feedback interface, so that a user does not need to input relevant information of the current page on the opinion feedback interface later. And then the opinion input by the user on the opinion feedback interface can be obtained, and the opinion and the page information can be sent to the operation platform in response to the submitting operation on the opinion feedback interface. Thus, the page information of the current page is automatically brought in the opinion feedback interface, and the user does not need to input the related information of the current page. In addition, the opinion feedback control is displayed through the pages, so that a user can perform opinion feedback on any one of the pages without returning to the fixed page for opinion feedback. Therefore, the user experience is improved, and the opinion feedback efficiency is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an opinion feedback device according to an embodiment of the present application. The opinion feedback means may be implemented by software, hardware or a combination of both as part or all of a computer device, which may be a computer device as shown in fig. 9 below. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus includes: the device comprises a first determining module 801, a first display module 802, an obtaining module 803 and a sending module 804.
The first determining module 801 is configured to determine, in response to a click operation of an opinion feedback control displayed on a current page, page information of the current page, where the current page is one of multiple pages of an operation platform, and the multiple pages display the opinion feedback control when displayed;
the first display module 802 is configured to display an opinion feedback interface of the current page, where the opinion feedback interface displays page information of the current page;

In the embodiment of the application, the operation platform comprises a plurality of pages, and opinion feedback controls are displayed on the pages when the pages are displayed. When the click operation of the opinion feedback control displayed on the current page is received, the page information of the current page can be determined firstly in response to the click operation of the opinion feedback control displayed on the current page, then an opinion feedback interface of the current page is displayed, and the page information of the current page is displayed on the opinion feedback interface, so that a user does not need to input relevant information of the current page on the opinion feedback interface. And then the opinion input by the user on the opinion feedback interface can be obtained, and the opinion and page information displayed on the opinion feedback interface can be sent to the operation platform in response to the submitting operation on the opinion feedback interface. Thus, the page information of the current page is automatically brought in the opinion feedback interface without inputting the related information of the current page by the user. In addition, the opinion feedback control is displayed through the pages, so that a user can perform opinion feedback on any one of the pages without returning to the fixed page for opinion feedback. Therefore, the user experience is improved, and the opinion feedback efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that: in the opinion feedback device provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above functional modules is used for illustration, and in practical application, the above functional allocation may be performed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above.
The functional units and modules in the above embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit, where the integrated units may be implemented in a form of hardware or a form of a software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the embodiments of the present application.
The opinion feedback device and the opinion feedback method provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same conception, and specific working processes and technical effects of the units and modules in the foregoing embodiments may be referred to a method embodiment section, which is not repeated herein.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the computer device 9 includes: the steps in the opinion feedback method in the above-described embodiments are implemented by the processor 90, the memory 91, and the computer program 92 stored in the memory 91 and executable on the processor 90 when the processor 90 executes the computer program 92.
The computer device 9 may be a general purpose computer device or a special purpose computer device. In a specific implementation, the computer device 9 may be a terminal device such as a desktop computer, a portable computer, a palm computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the type of the computer device 9. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 9 is merely an example of the computer device 9 and is not limiting of the computer device 9, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or different components, such as may also include input-output devices, network access devices, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A method of opinion feedback, the method comprising:
responding to clicking operation of an opinion feedback control displayed on a current page, determining page information of the current page, wherein the current page is one of a plurality of pages of an operation platform, and the opinion feedback control is displayed on the plurality of pages when the opinion feedback control is displayed;
Displaying an opinion feedback interface of the current page, wherein the opinion feedback interface displays page information of the current page;
acquiring comments input in the comment feedback interface;
and responding to the submitting operation on the opinion feedback interface, and sending the opinion and the page information to the operation platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of pages are associated with a plurality of function menus, and wherein the determining page information for a current page in response to a click operation of an opinion feedback control displayed for the current page comprises:
determining a path of a function menu associated with the current page in response to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control;
the opinion feedback interface for displaying the current page displays page information of the current page, including:
and displaying an opinion feedback interface of the current page, wherein the opinion feedback interface displays a path of a function menu associated with the current page.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining page information for a current page in response to a click operation of an opinion feedback control displayed for the current page comprises:
Responding to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control, and acquiring a page picture of the current page;
the opinion feedback interface for displaying the current page displays page information of the current page, including:
and displaying an opinion feedback interface of the current page, wherein the opinion feedback interface displays a page picture of the current page.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the page picture of the current page in response to the click operation of the opinion feedback control comprises any one of:
responding to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control, and capturing a page area displayed by a screen in the current page to obtain a page picture of the current page;
and responding to clicking operation of the opinion feedback control, and performing screenshot on a page area from the top of the current page to the bottom of the page to obtain a page picture of the current page.
5. The method as set forth in any one of claims 1-3 wherein said opinion includes target content and said obtaining opinion entered at said opinion feedback interface includes:
In response to an input operation for the opinion at the opinion feedback interface, determining the content input by the input operation as the target content.
6. The method as recited in claim 5, wherein the opinion further comprises a target opinion type, the opinion feedback interface comprises a plurality of opinion type controls, the obtaining the opinion entered at the opinion feedback interface comprises:
in response to a selection operation of any one of the plurality of opinion type controls, determining the opinion type selected by the selection operation as the target opinion type.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the plurality of opinion types include negative opinion, the responding to the submitting operation at the opinion feedback interface after sending the opinion and the page information to the operation platform further comprising:
and receiving a target notification sent by the operation platform under the condition that the target opinion type is negative opinion, wherein the target notification is used for notifying that the problem indicated by the opinion is processed.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the opinion feedback interface further comprises a manual feedback control, the method further comprising:
Responding to clicking operation of the artificial feedback control, displaying an artificial feedback window, wherein the artificial feedback window displays page information of the current page and is used for feeding back target opinions to a target object;
and responding to the input operation in the artificial feedback window, and determining the content input by the input operation as the target opinion.
9. An opinion feedback device, the device comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining page information of a current page in response to clicking operation of an opinion feedback control displayed on the current page, wherein the current page is one of a plurality of pages of an operation platform, and the opinion feedback control is displayed on the plurality of pages when the opinion feedback control is displayed;
the first display module is used for displaying an opinion feedback interface of the current page, and the opinion feedback interface displays page information of the current page;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the opinion input in the opinion feedback interface;
and the sending module is used for responding to the submitting operation on the opinion feedback interface and sending the opinion and the page information to the operation platform.
