The bottom plate 156 is located at the lower end of the inclined portion 1552 and is integrally in a cambered surface shape, and is located below the arc-shaped arm 121 when the hinge plate 12 is in an initial state, so as to support and guide the movement of the arc-shaped arm 121.
It will be appreciated that the right side plate 155 and the bottom plate 156 of the hinge assembly seat 15 may be disposed at corresponding positions on the hinge assembly seat 11, and may also be engaged with the hinge plate 12.
Further, the fixing plate 111 and the matching plate 151 are fixed by bolts, and a pair of screw holes 14 are formed at opposite corners of the fixing plate 111 and the matching plate 151, so that stress between the fixing plate 111 and the matching plate 151 can be balanced, and strength of the whole hinge assembly 10 can be enhanced. In this embodiment, one of the screw holes 14 is disposed at the corner of the pivot connection portion 13, and the other screw hole 14 is disposed below the end of the bottom plate 156 away from the inclined portion 1552, specifically, the screw hole 14 penetrates through the pivot connection portion 13 and the mating plate 151 along the length direction of the pivot connection portion 13, that is, the screw bolt penetrates through the rotating shaft 131 and the mating portion 153 in sequence, so that the number of mating fixing points between the two can be reduced, and the appearance of the hinge assembly 10 is more concise.
The present invention also provides a drawer, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, which includes a drawer body 2 opened upward, a cover 20 for covering the drawer body 2, and a hinge assembly 10 for connecting the cover 20 to the same side of the drawer body 2, wherein the hinge fixing base 11 is fixed to a side wall 21 of the drawer body 2, one end of the support arm 123 remote from the hinge fixing base 11 is fixed to the cover 20, and in particular, the hinge assembly 10 is fixed to rear ends of the drawer body 2 and the cover 20, so as to facilitate the operation of a user at the front of the drawer.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the side wall 21 is provided with a receiving cavity 211 for receiving the hinge assembly 10, it is understood that when the hinge assembly 10 does not have the hinge fitting seat 15, a side surface of the side wall 21 corresponding to the hinge fixing seat 11 serves as a fitting plate 151, and as shown in fig. 9, correspondingly, the fitting plate 151 is provided with a fitting portion 153 for fitting with the pivot connection portion 13 and an extension plate 154 for fitting with the hinge plate 12, and structures and functions of the vertical portion 1551, the inclined portion 1552 and the bottom plate 156, which are all the same as those of the hinge fitting seat 15, are not repeated.
When the hinge assembly 10 has the components of the hinge mating seat 15, the hinge assembly 10 is directly fixed in the receiving cavity, as shown in connection with fig. 10, to promote applicability of the entire hinge assembly.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer further includes a control module 70, where the control module includes a control unit (not shown) located in the accommodating space, and an operation display board 71 communicatively connected to the control unit, and specifically, the control unit is communicatively connected to the vacuum pumping device 30, and is configured to receive, process, and send signals to implement precise control over specific operations of the drawer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer is a vacuum drawer, the drawer has a cavity 23 for accommodating articles, and the drawer further includes a vacuum pumping device 30, in order to increase the tightness of the drawer, in this embodiment, the cover 20 is provided with a sealing ring 21 matched with the drawer body 2, so as to meet the diversified demands of users.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the vacuum apparatus 30 includes a vacuum pump 31, a vacuum tube 32 communicating the vacuum pump 31 with the cavity 23, an exhaust pipe 33 communicating the vacuum pump 31 with the outside, and a pressure sensor 34 communicating the vacuum tube 32, so as to implement a vacuum pumping operation before the plastic packaging operation.
In this embodiment, the vacuum pumping device 30 is located at the front portion of the accommodating space, and is disposed adjacent to the control module 70, so as to optimize the communication mode of each pipeline communicating with the vacuum pump 31, and further includes a four-way connecting member 35 communicating with the vacuum pump 31, where the exhaust pipe 33 and the four-way connecting member 35 are disposed on the vacuum pump 31 at intervals.
The pressure sensor 34 is in communication connection with the control unit to transmit the pressure condition in the cavity 23 to the control unit, so that the control unit can conveniently perform subsequent operations.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer further includes a pressure relief assembly 40 in communication with the vacuum apparatus 30, as shown in fig. 11 to 14, the pressure relief assembly 40 includes a vent pipe 41 in communication with the vacuum apparatus 30, a movable structure 42 for sealing an end of the vent pipe 41 away from the vacuum apparatus 30, a handle 43 located at a side of the movable structure 42, and a transmission structure 44 cooperatively disposed between the movable structure 42 and the handle 43, wherein the transmission structure 44 is configured to: the handle 43 may drive the movable structure 42 to move toward or away from the opening of the air leakage pipe 41 through the transmission structure 44. In this embodiment, the pressure relief assembly 40 is located longitudinally outside the drawer. Wherein, the air release pipe 41 is communicated with the vacuum pump 31 through the four-way connecting piece 35, and the pressure release assembly 40 of the embodiment is matched with the vacuumizing device 30, so that the number of the openings of the cavity 23 communicated with the outside is reduced, and the vacuum degree in the drawer in the plastic packaging process is maintained.
Specifically, the transmission structure 44 includes a sliding block 441 disposed on the movable structure 42, a sliding groove 442 disposed on one side of the handle 43 near the movable structure 42, a through hole (not shown) is disposed on the outer wall 13 and at a position corresponding to the sliding block 441, the sliding block 441 passes through the through hole to be matched with the sliding groove 442, a rotating shaft portion 433 is disposed on the handle 43, the handle 43 is fixed on the outer side of the outer wall through the rotating shaft portion 433, that is, the handle 43 rotates to move the sliding block 441 through the guiding of the sliding groove 442, so as to drive the movable structure 42 to move along the length direction of the through hole.
Further, the handle 43 includes a handle seat 431 and a handle 431, the rotating shaft portion 433 is disposed on the handle seat 431, the chute 442 is integrally located between the rotating shaft portion 433 and the handle 431 in an arc shape, the chute 442 has a first end 4421 close to the handle 431 and a second end 4422 far away from the first end 4421, a distance between the first end 4421 and the rotating shaft portion 433 is greater than a distance between the second end 4422 and the rotating shaft portion 433, when the pressure release assembly 40 is in an open state, the slider 441 is located at the second end, at this time, the slider 441 is located above the rotating shaft portion 433, when the pressure release assembly 40 is in a closed state, the chute 442 rotates to a position above the rotating shaft portion 433, at this time, the slider 441 is located at the first end 4421, and because the distances from the first end 4421 and the second end 4422 to the rotating shaft portion 433 are not equal, so that the chute 442 drives the slider 441 to move up and down relative to the rotating shaft portion 433, and further drives the movable structure 42 to move up and down to switch between the closed state and the open state 41.
Further, the pressure relief assembly 40 further includes a connector 45 located between the air relief pipe 41 and the movable structure 42, for changing the opening direction of the air relief pipe 41, and in this embodiment, the connector 45 is in an L-shape and is connected between the air relief pipe 41 and the movable structure 42.
Further, the pressure relief assembly 40 further includes a support plate 46 protruding into the accommodating space from the outer wall for supporting the movable structure 42, and an elastic member 47 located between the movable structure 42 and the support plate 46, when the movable structure 42 approaches the connecting head 45, the elastic member 47 is in a compressed state, and an upward abutment force is applied to the movable structure 42 by using the elastic force of the elastic member 47, so as to promote the fit between the movable structure 42 and the connecting head 45.
Further, the movable structure 42 includes a sealing block 421 adjacent to the connector 45, and a movable block 422 for fixing the sealing block 421, that is, the sliding block 441 is located at a side portion of the movable block 422, and one end of the movable block 422 away from the connector 45 is matched with the elastic member 47, preferably, the sealing block 421 is made of a rubber material, so as to further enhance the matching between the sealing block 421 and the connector 45.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the drawer is provided with the plastic package assembly 60, which can satisfy that the plastic package assembly 60 has a certain distance with at least the inner wall or the cover 20 at low temperature of food, that is, when the plastic package assembly 60 is disposed close to the inner wall, the plastic package assembly 60 has a certain distance with the cover 20, and when the plastic package assembly 60 is disposed close to the cover 20, the plastic package assembly 60 has a certain distance with the inner wall, so that when the plastic package assembly is used for using the plastic package function, the plastic package bag for containing food is communicated with the cavity, and air in the plastic package bag is conveniently evacuated.
In this embodiment, the plastic package assembly 60 is located at the front portion of the cavity 23 and has a certain distance from the inner wall, and when the plastic package function is not used, the conventional storage function of the drawer is not affected.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the plastic package assembly 60 includes a fixing seat 61 provided in the cavity 23, a heating plate 62 provided on the fixing seat 61, and a molding bar 22 provided on the cover 20 at a position corresponding to the heating plate 62, at least one of the fixing seat 61 and the molding bar 22 being controllably moved close to the other during the plastic package operation.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 61 is in communication connection with the control module, when the vacuum in the cavity 23 reaches the set requirement, the plastic package assembly 60 starts to work, at this time, the control module controls the fixing base 61 to move up to the position of the pressing bar 22, and after the plastic package operation is completed, the control module controls the fixing base 61 to reset. It will be appreciated that the movement of the holder 61 is a fine adjustment, which facilitates operation.
Further, the heating plate 62 includes a heating plate main body 621 for heating, vertical plates 622 bent downward from both ends of the heating plate main body 621, and connection plates 623 bent in opposite directions from the ends of the vertical plates 622, and the connection plates 623 are connected with cables of the refrigerating apparatus, so that the distance between the heating plate main body 621 and the connection plates 623 meets the requirement of an electrical gap of the electrical appliance, and the electrical safety is improved.
Further, the fixing base 61 has a fixing base body 611 for supporting the heating plate 62, the fixing base body 611 is provided with a groove 612 for accommodating the heating plate 62, the heating plate body 621 is located in the groove 612, and the heating plate 62 is located in the groove 612, so that on one hand, the safety of electricity consumption is increased, and on the other hand, the heat conduction of the heating plate 62 in the cavity 23 is reduced.
Further, the fixing base 61 further includes side plates 613 extending from the same side of the four end edges of the fixing base body 611, a cavity (not shown) is formed between the fixing base body 611 and the side plates 613, and a connecting hole 614 for communicating the groove 612 and the cavity is formed in the fixing base body 611; the vertical plate 622 passes through the connecting hole 614, and the connecting plate 623 and the vertical plate 622 are both positioned in the cavity, that is, the heating plate main body 621, the vertical plate 622 and the connecting plate 623 are respectively positioned at two sides of the fixing seat main body 611, thereby improving the electricity safety.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 61 further includes a support post 616 protruding into the cavity from the surface of the fixing base body 611 facing away from the groove 612 and used for fixing the heating plate 62, where the support post 616 is located between the fixing base body 611 and the connecting plate 623, on one hand, for fixing the heating wire 62, and on the other hand, for ensuring a certain distance between the connecting plate 623 and the heating plate body 621, so as to meet the electrical gap distance of the electrical appliance, preferably, an insulating layer is disposed on the outer side of the support post 616, preventing short circuit, and improving electrical safety.
Further, the length of the pressing strip 22 is not greater than the length of the groove 612, and the thickness of the pressing strip 22 is not less than the linear distance from the heating plate 62 to the cover 20, so that the pressing strip 22 can apply a downward pressure to the heating plate main body 621 in the groove 612 in the plastic packaging process, and the completion of the plastic packaging operation is accelerated.
It can be understood that the fixing base body 611 may not have the groove 612, so long as the heating plate 62 is fixed to the support column 616 through the connecting plate 623, the heating plate is not affected to heat when being electrified, and the purpose of plastic packaging is further achieved.
Further, the plastic package assembly 60 further includes a pressing tongue 63 disposed at two ends of the fixing base body 611, specifically, the pressing tongue 63 includes a connection portion 631 fixed on the fixing base body 611, and a pressing portion 631 extending from an end of the connection portion 631 toward a middle direction of the fixing base body 611, where the pressing portion 631 is higher than the heating plate 62, so as to effectively avoid position deviation of the plastic package bag in a vacuumizing process, and realize precise plastic package.
It can be appreciated that the positioning of the plastic package bag can be achieved by the bag pressing tongue 63 being located at the front side and the rear side of the groove 612, in this embodiment, the bag pressing tongue 63 is located at the rear side of the groove 612, so that the plastic package bag located under the bag pressing tongue 63 is a certain distance from the bag mouth, the vacuum pumping from the plastic package bag mouth is not affected, and the position of the plastic package bag for heating and plastic packaging is far away from the position of the plastic package bag mouth, so that the accurate plastic package of the plastic package bag is achieved.
The invention also provides a refrigeration device (not shown), which comprises a storage compartment and the drawer arranged in the storage compartment, wherein the drawer can move back and forth in the storage compartment.
In summary, in the hinge assembly 10 according to the present invention, the pivot connection portion 13 is located at the center of the arc-shaped arm 121 of the hinge plate 12, so that the area of the hinge plate 12 and the opening through which the hinge plate 12 passes in the rotation process of the hinge plate 12 are smaller, and the appearance of the whole hinge assembly 10 is simpler and more attractive.
It should be understood that although the present disclosure describes embodiments in terms of examples, not every embodiment is provided with a single embodiment, and that this description is for clarity only, and that the skilled artisan should recognize that the embodiments may be combined appropriately to form other embodiments that will be understood by those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A hinge assembly, characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the hinge fixing seat and the hinge matching seat form an accommodating space for accommodating the hinge plate;
the hinge plate comprises an arc-shaped arm, a supporting arm and a connecting arm, wherein the supporting arm and the connecting arm are respectively connected with the two ends of the arc-shaped arm, the free end of the connecting arm is rotationally connected with the hinge fixing seat through the pivot connecting part, and the pivot connecting part is positioned at the center of the arc-shaped arm.

The hinge assembly of claim 1, wherein: the pivot connecting portion comprises a rotating shaft arranged on the hinge fixing seat and a shaft hole arranged at the free end of the connecting arm and matched with the rotating shaft, and the shaft hole is positioned at the circle center of the arc-shaped arm.

The hinge assembly of claim 1, wherein: the hinge plate is provided with an initial state that at least the arc-shaped arm is overlapped with the hinge fixing seat and a use state that the arc-shaped arm extends out of the hinge fixing seat, and in the initial state, the support arm and the connection positions of the arc-shaped arm and the connection arm are respectively positioned at two sides of the circle center of the arc-shaped arm.

The hinge assembly of claim 1, wherein: the total length of the arc-shaped arm and the supporting arm is larger than the length of the connecting arm, the supporting arm is provided with inner side surfaces adjacent to the pivoting connecting part, the arc-shaped arm is provided with inner side surfaces respectively close to the pivoting connecting part, and the linear distance from the inner side surfaces of the supporting arm to the pivoting connecting part is smaller than the linear distance from the inner side surfaces furthest from the linear distances from the arc-shaped arm and the pivoting connecting part to the pivoting connecting part in a use state.

The hinge assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the hinge fixing seat comprises a fixing plate and a limiting plate, wherein the fixing plate is parallel to the plane where the arc-shaped arm is located, the limiting plate is connected to one end of the fixing plate, an opening for the hinge plate to pass through is formed in the limiting plate, the pivoting connecting portion is close to the limiting plate and is arranged at a certain distance from the opening, a limiting groove is formed at the joint of the connecting arm and the arc-shaped arm, and the limiting plate is located in the limiting groove when the arc-shaped arm stretches out of the hinge fixing seat in a use state.

The hinge assembly of claim 5, wherein: the hinge fixing seat is characterized by further comprising a left side plate used for connecting the limiting plate and the fixing plate, wherein the left side plate is arranged in an adjacent opening, a limiting part is arranged on the inner side wall of the left side plate, and a plurality of limiting blocks matched with the limiting part are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped arm.

The hinge assembly of claim 8, wherein: the fixed plate and the matching plate are fixed by bolts, a pair of screw holes are formed in opposite corner portions of the fixed plate and the matching wall, one screw hole penetrates through the pivot connecting portion and the matching portion along the length direction of the pivot connecting portion, and the other screw hole is located below one end of the bottom plate away from the inclined portion.

A drawer, characterized in that: the drawer comprises an upward opening drawer body, a cover body for covering the drawer body, and a hinge assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the hinge assembly is used for connecting the cover body and the same side of the drawer body, the drawer body is provided with a side wall, the side wall is provided with a containing cavity for containing the hinge assembly, the hinge matching seat is arranged against the inner wall of the side wall, and one end, away from the hinge fixing seat, of the supporting arm is fixed on the cover body.
