Therefore, the mounting seat 31 in the hinge assembly 3 can perform an opening and closing operation with respect to the fixing member 32 by taking the first shaft member 321 as an axis, so that the door 2 can perform an opening and closing operation with respect to the front wall of the case 1 by taking the first shaft member 321 as an axis, and the door 2 can open or close the front opening of the case 1.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view of the hinge assembly 3 in fig. 3 in a state in which the door 2 is closed. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 11. Fig. 13 is a schematic view of the structure of fig. 11 in another state. Fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 13. Fig. 15 is a schematic view of the structure of fig. 11 in yet another state. Fig. 16 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 15.
Referring to fig. 3 to 16, in some embodiments, a positioning member 16 is provided at the door frame 12 at the front side of the case 1, and the positioning member 16 extends vertically and is fixed at a side edge of the door frame 12. The end of the fixing member 32 near the case 1 is fastened and fixed to the positioning member 16, so that the fixing member 32 can be fixed to the front wall of the case 1.
Referring to fig. 11 to 16, in some embodiments, the positioning member 16 is provided with a positioning opening 161, and an end portion of the fixing member 32 near the case 1 is provided with a clamping portion 322. The clamping portion 322 can extend into the positioning opening 161, and is clamped and fixed inside the positioning opening 161, so that the end portion of the fixing member 32, which is close to the case 1, is clamped and fixed on the positioning member 16.
Referring to fig. 11 to 16, in some embodiments, the clamping portion 322 is located at the top end of the fixing member 32, and the clamping portion 322 and the first shaft 321 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower ends of the fixing member 32. The first shaft 321 is located at the end of the fixing member 32 remote from the case 1.
When the door 2 is in the closed state, the first shaft 321 is located at the front lower end region of the hinge assembly 3, and the center of gravity of the door 2 and the hinge assembly 3 is located at the side of the first shaft 321 near the cabinet 1, as shown in fig. 11.
When the door 2 is opened at a certain angle about the first shaft 321, the center of gravity of the door 2 and the hinge assembly 3 may be located at a side of the first shaft 321 away from the cabinet 1. At this time, the gravity of the door 2 can automatically open the mount 31 of the hinge assembly 3 around the first shaft 321, and thus the door 2 can be automatically opened, as shown in fig. 13 and 15.
Referring to fig. 9 to 16, in some embodiments, a connecting member 33 is disposed between the fixing member 32 and the mounting seat 31, the connecting member 33 is used for connecting the fixing member 32 and the mounting seat 31, respectively, and the connecting member 33 can enable the fixing member 32 and the mounting seat 31 to be kept at a specific opening and closing angle, so that the door 2 can be at a specific opening and closing angle. Specifically, one end of the connecting member 33 is rotatably connected to the fixing member 32 through a second shaft member 331, the second shaft member 331 is disposed on the upper side of the first shaft member 321 at intervals, and the second shaft member 331 is located in an intermediate region between the engaging portion 322 and the first shaft member 321. The other end of the connecting member 33 is slidably connected to the mounting block 31 via a third shaft member 332. When the mounting seat 31 opens and closes relative to the fixing member 32 with the first shaft member 321 as the shaft, the connecting member 33 can rotate forward or backward relative to the fixing member 32 with the second shaft member 331 as the shaft, and meanwhile, the other end of the connecting member 33 moves forward or backward on the mounting seat 31 through the third shaft member 332, and a specific opening and closing angle can be kept between the fixing member 32 and the mounting seat 31 by fixing the third shaft member 332 at different positions of the mounting seat 31.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, a guide groove 312 extending away from the first shaft 321 is formed on a side wall of the mounting base 31, and the third shaft 332 is slidably disposed in the guide groove 312. When the door 2 is opened, the mount 31 is opened with respect to the mount 32 by using the first shaft 321 as an axis, and the third shaft 332 is movable in a direction approaching the first shaft 321 along the guide groove 312, so that the door opening angle gradually increases. When the door 2 is closed, the mount 31 is closed with respect to the mount 32 by the first shaft 321, and the third shaft 332 is movable in a direction away from the first shaft 321 along the guide groove 312, so that the door opening angle gradually decreases.
Referring to fig. 10 to 15, in some embodiments, a clamping groove 3121 is concavely formed at an end of the guide groove 312 near the first shaft 321 toward a side near the case 1. When the door 2 is opened, as the opening angle of the door 2 becomes larger, the third shaft member 332 can move to the position of the clamping groove 3121 along the guiding groove 312, so that the third shaft member 332 is clamped at the position of the clamping groove 3121, and at this time, the door 2 can be kept at the maximum opening angle, so that the food material can be conveniently put into the inner cavity 10 or taken out from the inner cavity 10.
In some embodiments, the groove depth of the latch groove 3121 is smaller than the radius of the third shaft 332, so that the third shaft 332 can be separated from the latch groove 3121 under a certain closing force, so that the third shaft 332 can move along the guide groove 312 in a direction away from the first shaft 321, and the door 2 can be normally closed.
In some embodiments, two guide grooves 312 are provided, the two guide grooves 312 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the mounting seat 31, and the two guide grooves 312 are opposite in parallel and spaced apart. Both ends of the third shaft 332 can be respectively connected in a guide groove 312, so that the third shaft 332 can stably slide in the guide groove 312 of the mounting seat 31.
In some embodiments, the mounting seat 31 is provided with a receiving cavity 310, and the receiving cavity 310 extends along the length direction of the mounting seat 31. The guide groove 312 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 310, and the third shaft member 332 and the end portion of the connecting member 33 connected with the third shaft member 332 are movably arranged in the accommodating cavity 310.
Referring to fig. 9 to 16, in some embodiments, a first elastic member 34 is disposed in the mounting seat 31, and the first elastic member 34 is connected to a third shaft member 332. When the door 2 is closed, the third shaft 332 can move in a direction away from the first shaft 321, and the third shaft 332 drives the first elastic member 34 to deform, so that the first elastic member 34 forms an elastic force. The elastic force acts as a door opening force, and can drive the third shaft member 332 to move in a direction approaching the first shaft member 321, so that the mounting seat 31 opens with respect to the fixing member 32 with the first shaft member 321 as an axis, and the door 2 can be automatically opened. In addition, after the door 2 is opened by a certain angle, the deformation of the first elastic member 34 is restored and the elastic force is lost. At this time, the center of gravity of the door 2 and the hinge assembly 3 is located at the side of the first shaft 321 away from the case 1, so that the gravity of the door 2 can make the mounting seat 31 continue to open with the first shaft 321 as the shaft, so that the door 2 can continue to open, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, and finally the automatic opening function of the door 2 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 9 to 16, in some embodiments, the first elastic member 34 is a first spring, which is a compression spring, and the first spring is disposed in the mounting seat 31 and is disposed in the accommodating cavity 310. One end of the first spring abuts against the third shaft member 332, and the other end of the first spring abuts against the end wall of the accommodating cavity 310 away from the first shaft member 321, that is, the other end of the first spring abuts against the inside of the mounting seat 31.
When the door 2 is closed, the third shaft 332 moves toward the end of the accommodating cavity 310 away from the first shaft 321, so that the third shaft 332 can compress the first spring, so that the first spring is compressed, and a compression elastic force is formed in the first spring. When the door 2 is unlocked, the compression elastic force can drive the third shaft member 332 to move toward one end of the accommodating cavity 310 near the first shaft member 321, so that the door 2 can be opened by taking the first shaft member 321 as an axis, and the door opening angle of the door 2 is gradually increased. When the door 2 is opened by a certain angle, the gravity centers of the door 2 and the hinge assembly 3 are located at the side of the first shaft 321 far away from the case 1, so that the gravity of the door 2 can enable the door 2 to be opened continuously, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, and finally the automatic opening function of the door 2 is realized.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first spring may also be an extension spring, and the first spring is disposed in the mounting seat 31 and disposed in the accommodating cavity 310. One end of the first spring is connected to the first shaft 321, and the other end of the first spring is connected to the third shaft 332.
When the door 2 is closed, the third shaft 332 moves toward the end of the accommodating cavity 310 away from the first shaft 321, so that the third shaft 332 can stretch the first spring, so that the length and the side length of the first spring are long, and a stretching elastic force is formed in the first spring. When the door 2 is unlocked, the stretching elastic force can drive the third shaft member 332 to move toward one end of the accommodating cavity 310 near the first shaft member 321, so that the door 2 can be opened by taking the first shaft member 321 as an axis, and the door opening angle of the door 2 is gradually increased.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, the fixing member 32 and the connecting member 33 are both plate-shaped, two connecting members 33 are provided, the two connecting members 33 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the two connecting members 33 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing member 32. One ends of the two connecting pieces 33 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the second shaft piece 331, and the other ends of the two connecting pieces 33 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the third shaft piece 332. Therefore, the two connection members 33 are connected between the second shaft member 331 and the third shaft member 332, which improves the connection stability between the fixing member 32 and the mount 31 and makes the power transmission more stable.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, the transmission rod 35 extends into the accommodating cavity 310 of the mounting seat 31 from the end of the mounting seat 31 away from the first shaft 321, and the end of the transmission rod 35 extending into the mounting seat 31 is connected to the third shaft 332. The transmission rod 35 extends in a strip shape, the extending direction of the transmission rod 35 is consistent with the extending direction of the mounting seat 31, and the transmission rod 35 is slidably arranged on the mounting seat 31 along the length direction thereof. Meanwhile, the second elastic member 36 is disposed on the transmission rod 35 extending out of the mounting seat 31, one end of the second elastic member 36 is connected with the mounting seat 31, and the other end of the second elastic member 36 is connected with the transmission rod 35 far away from the mounting seat 31.
When the door 2 is opened, the third shaft member 332 can drive the transmission rod 35 to move in a direction close to the first shaft member 321, so that the length of the transmission rod 35 exposed out of the mounting seat 31 is shortened, the second elastic member 36 is compressed and deformed to form a compression buffer force, and the direction of the compression buffer force is opposite to the door opening direction, so that the door opening speed of the door 2 can be slowed down by using the compression buffer force of the second elastic member 36.
In some embodiments, the second resilient member 36 is a second spring, which is a compression spring. One end of the transmission rod 35, which is far away from the first shaft 321, is provided with a stopper 351. The end of the limiting piece 351 protrudes out of the outer peripheral wall of the transmission rod 35, the second spring is sleeved on the transmission rod 35 extending out of the mounting seat 31, one end of the second spring abuts against the end face of the mounting seat 31, and the other end of the second spring abuts against the limiting piece 351. Therefore, when the door 2 is opened, the third shaft 332 can drive the transmission rod 35 to move in a direction approaching to the first shaft 321, so that the length of the transmission rod 35 exposed to the mounting seat 31 is shortened, and the second spring is compressed and forms a compression buffer force. The direction of the compression buffer force is opposite to the door opening direction, so that the door opening speed can be slowed down. When the door 2 is closed, the length of the transmission rod 35 exposed to the mounting seat 31 is increased, the second spring is gradually reset, and the elastic force is gradually lost.
In other embodiments, the second spring may be an extension spring. The extension spring is arranged in the accommodating cavity 310 extending into the mounting seat 31, one end of the extension spring is connected with the end wall, far away from the first shaft element 321, of the mounting seat 31, and the other end of the extension spring is connected with the third shaft element 332. When the door 2 is opened, the third shaft 332 moves in a direction approaching the first shaft 321, so that the second spring is stretched and a tensile buffer force is formed. The direction of the stretching buffer force is opposite to the door opening direction, so that the door opening speed can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, a guide hole (not shown) is formed on an end surface of the mounting base 31 away from the first shaft 321, the transmission rod 35 extends into the mounting base 31 from the guide hole to be connected with the third shaft 332, and the transmission rod 35 movably penetrates into the guide hole. When the third shaft member 332 moves along the guide groove 312, the transmission rod 35 may move in the guide hole, so that the extending direction of the transmission rod 35 is parallel or substantially parallel to the extending direction of the mounting seat 31.
In some embodiments, a guide hole extends through an end wall of the mounting block 31 along the length of the mounting block 31, so that the direction of extension of the drive rod 35 may be maintained parallel or substantially parallel to the direction of extension of the mounting block 31 as the drive rod 35 moves within the guide hole.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, in some embodiments, a portion of the transmission rod 35 extending into the mounting seat 31 is formed with a first mounting groove (not labeled in the drawings), the first mounting groove extends along a length direction of the transmission rod 35, the first elastic member 34 is disposed in the first mounting groove, and an end wall of the end mounting seat 31 of the first elastic member 34, which is far from the third shaft member 332, is abutted against an end wall of the end mounting seat 31, which is far from the first shaft member 321. Therefore, when the door 2 is closed, the third shaft 332 moves along the guide groove 312 in a direction away from the first shaft 321 of the mounting seat 31, so that the first elastic member 34 is compressed to form an elastic force. After the door 2 is unlocked, the third shaft member 332 can be driven to move along the guide slot 312 toward the direction of the mounting seat 31 near the first shaft member 321 by using the elastic force, so that the door 2 is automatically opened by a certain angle.
In some embodiments, a limiting portion 352 is disposed at an end of the first mounting groove near the third shaft member 332, the limiting portion 352 extends from the transmission rod 35 into the first mounting groove, and an end of the first elastic member 34 near the third shaft member 332 abuts against the limiting portion 352. Therefore, when the door 2 is closed, the third shaft 332 moves along the guide slot 312 in a direction away from the first shaft 321 of the mounting seat 31, so that the third shaft 332 can drive the transmission rod 35 and the limiting portion 352 to compress the first elastic member 34, and the first elastic member 34 forms an elastic force. After the door 2 is unlocked, the third shaft member 332 can be driven to move along the guide slot 312 toward the direction of the mounting seat 31 near the first shaft member 321 by using the elastic force, so that the door 2 is automatically opened by a certain angle.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, a portion of the transmission rod 35 extending out of the mounting seat 31 is formed with a second mounting groove (not shown) extending along a length direction of the transmission rod 35, and the buffer member 37 is disposed in the second mounting groove. The length of the buffer 37 is smaller than the length of the second mounting groove.
The buffer 37 can be disposed at a distance from the mount 31 when the door 2 is closed, as shown in fig. 12.
When the door 2 is opened, the transmission rod 35 is driven by the third shaft member 332 to move in a direction approaching the first shaft member 321, so that the length of the transmission rod 35 exposed to the mounting seat 31 is gradually shortened, and the length of the second mounting groove is gradually shortened. Therefore, when the opening angle of the door 2 is smaller than the preset angle, the length of the second mounting groove is still longer than the length of the buffer member 37, so the buffer member 37 can be kept out of contact with the mount seat 31, as shown in fig. 14. Until the opening angle of the door 2 is greater than the preset angle, the length of the second mounting groove is smaller than the length of the buffer member 37, so that the buffer member 37 can abut against the end wall of the mounting seat 31, as shown in fig. 16, a buffer force is formed in the buffer member 37, and the direction of the buffer force is opposite to the opening direction, so that the door opening speed can be slowed down.
It should be noted that the door opening process of the door 2 may be roughly divided into three stages, namely, a first stage, a second stage and a third stage.
The first stage is a stage of transition of the door 2 from the state of fig. 12 to the state of fig. 14, in which the first elastic member 34 provides an elastic door opening force to drive the door 2 to automatically open at a first preset angle, i.e. the door 2 is transitioned from the closed state to the small-angle door opening state.
The second stage is a stage of transition of the door 2 from the state of fig. 14 to the state of fig. 16, in which in the second stage, the elastic opening force of the first elastic member 34 disappears, and the door 2 can be continuously opened to a second preset angle under the action of its own weight, that is, the door 2 can be transitioned from the small-angle opening state to the large-angle opening state, at this time, the second elastic member 36 provides a buffering force opposite to the opening force until the buffer member 37 abuts against the mounting seat 31, that is, the state shown in fig. 16.
The third stage is a stage in which the door 2 is shifted from the state of fig. 16 to a larger door opening angle state, and in the third stage, the door 2 can be continuously opened to a third preset angle under the action of self gravity, that is, the door 2 can be shifted from a large-angle door opening state to a maximum-angle door opening state. And in the third stage, the second elastic member 36 and the buffer member 37 together provide a buffer force, and the buffer forces of the second elastic member 36 and the buffer member 37 are gradually increased to continue to reduce the door opening speed until the door 2 is stopped or until the door 2 is opened to a maximum door opening angle.
It should be noted that the second elastic member 36 does not provide a damping force against the door opening force during the first stage of the door opening process. In the corresponding second and third phases of the closing process, the elastic force provided by the second elastic member 36 can form a closing force to assist the door 2 to close.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in some embodiments, two transmission rods 35 are provided, and the two transmission rods 35 are arranged at intervals. Meanwhile, two guide holes are formed in the end wall, far away from the first shaft element 321, of the mounting seat 31, the two guide holes are parallel and opposite to each other at intervals, and the two guide holes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two transmission rods 35. The two transmission rods 35 may be disposed on the mount 31 in parallel at a spacing. The spacing area between the two transmission rods 35 extending into the mounting seat 31 forms a first mounting groove, and the spacing area between the two transmission rods 35 extending out of the mounting seat 31 forms a second mounting groove. When the door 2 is closed, the transmission rod 35 moves in a direction away from the first shaft 321, the length of the transmission rod 35 extending into the mount 31 becomes shorter, and the length of the transmission rod 35 extending out of the mount 31 becomes longer, so that the length of the first mounting groove becomes shorter, the length of the second mounting groove becomes longer, and the first elastic member 34 is compressed. When the door 2 is opened, the transmission rod 35 moves in a direction approaching the first shaft 321, the length of the transmission rod 35 extending into the mounting seat 31 is increased, the length of the transmission rod 35 extending out of the mounting seat 31 is decreased, the length of the first mounting groove is increased, the length of the second mounting groove is decreased, and the second elastic member 36 is compressed until the length of the second mounting groove is smaller than the length of the buffer member 37, and the buffer member 37 is compressed.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, one end of the two transmission rods 35 near the third shaft member 332 is respectively provided with a limiting portion 352, the two limiting portions 352 are disposed opposite to each other, and one end of the first elastic member 34 near the third shaft member 332 abuts against the two limiting portions 352.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, in some embodiments, the limiting member 351 is disposed at an end of the transmission rod 35 away from the third shaft member 332, and the limiting member 351 is disposed between two transmission rods 35. The spacing member 351 is located at an end of the second mounting groove remote from the mounting seat 31. One end of the buffer 37 remote from the mount 31 can abut against the stopper 351. The groove side wall of the second mounting groove is convexly provided with a limiting protrusion 353, the limiting protrusion 353 extends from the inner wall of the transmission rod 35 to the second mounting groove in a protruding mode, the limiting protrusion 353 and the mounting seat 31 are arranged at intervals, one end, close to the mounting seat 31, of the buffer piece 37 can abut against the limiting protrusion 353, and then the buffer piece 37 is limited between the limiting protrusion 353 and the limiting piece 351. Therefore, when the door 2 is closed and when the door 2 is opened by an angle smaller than a preset angle, the buffer members 37 can be arranged at intervals with the mounting seat 31, the buffer members 37 do not contact with the mounting seat 31, and the buffer members 37 do not provide a buffering force.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, in some embodiments, the buffer member 37 is a damper, the damper has a strip shape, and an extending direction of the damper is consistent with an extending direction of the second mounting groove. The damper is limited between the limiting protrusion 353 and the limiting member 351, one end of the damper facing the mounting seat 31 is provided with a damping rod 371, and the damping rod 371 exceeds the position of the limiting protrusion 353 and extends towards the mounting seat 31 continuously. When the opening angle of the door 2 is larger than the preset angle, the damping rod 371 is abutted against the end wall of the mounting seat 31, so that a buffering force is generated, and the door opening speed is slowed down.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, in some embodiments, one end of each of the two transmission rods 35 away from the third shaft 332 is respectively provided with a bayonet 354, the two bayonets 354 are oppositely arranged at intervals, the limiting member 351 is a limiting pin, and two ends of the limiting pin are respectively clamped in one bayonet 354, so that the limiting pin can be fixed between the two transmission rods 35.

Referring to fig. 17-20, and in conjunction with fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, door latch mechanism 4 is disposed in cabinet 1 and door 2, respectively. The door lock mechanism 4 is used for being clamped with or separated from the top area of the door 2 when the door 2 is closed, so as to lock the door 2 or unlock the door 2.
When the door lock mechanism 4 is clamped with the door 2, the door 2 is in a locked state, the front opening of the inner cavity 10 is sealed by the door 2, and the first elastic member 34 can maintain the elastic force.
When the door lock mechanism 4 is separated from the door 2, the door 2 is in an unlocked state, and the elastic force of the first elastic member 34 can drive the third shaft member 332 to move in a direction approaching the first shaft member 321, so that the mounting seat 31 opens relative to the fixing member 32 with the first shaft member 321 as an axis, and further the door 2 opens relative to the box 1 with the first shaft member 321 as an axis, so that the door 2 is automatically opened. After the door 2 is automatically opened by a certain angle, the door 2 can be automatically opened by utilizing the gravity of the door 2, so that the automatic door opening function of the household appliance is realized.

Referring to fig. 17 to 24, in some embodiments, the door lock mechanism 4 includes a driving unit 41, an upper plunger 42, a lower plunger 43, a return spring 44, and a stopper 45.
Wherein the driving unit 41 is provided in the case 1. When the door 2 is closed, the driving unit 41 approaches the top area of the door 2. The upper insert rod 42 is connected to the output end of the driving unit 41, and the upper insert rod 42 is disposed above the door 2 when the door 2 is closed. The driving unit 41 can drive the upper plunger 42 to move up and down so that the lower end of the upper plunger 42 is engaged with or separated from the door 2.
