Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting a filter screen of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be implemented by a device for detecting a filter screen of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the device may be implemented in software and/or hardware. In a specific embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated into a clothes drying device, where the clothes drying device provided in the embodiment of the present invention has a fan driven by a fan motor and a drum driven by a drum motor, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the clothes drying device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the clothes drying device 22 may include a fan 201 and a fan motor 202, a drum 203 and a drum motor 204, where the fan 201 may be driven by the fan motor 202 to implement rotation, and the drum 203 may be driven by the drum motor 204 to implement rotation. The laundry drying appliance may be, for example, a clothes dryer, etc. The following examples will illustrate the integration of the device in a laundry drying appliance, and with reference to fig. 1, the method may comprise the following steps:
step 101, detecting the variation of the current of the fan motor in a preset time to obtain the variation of the fan current.
The preset time may be understood as a time length of drying of the laundry drying apparatus, for example, the preset time may be 5 th minute of drying of the laundry drying apparatus.
Specifically, the difference between the initial current value of the fan motor and the current value after the preset time may be determined as the fan current variation amount by detecting the initial current value of the fan motor and the current value after the preset time.
As an example, assuming that the initial current value of the fan motor and the current value of the preset time 5 th minute are 0 and 80, respectively, the difference 80 between the initial current value of the fan motor and the current value of the preset time 5 th minute may be taken as the fan current variation amount.
Step 102, detecting the weight of the clothes in the drum after the preset baking time to obtain the real-time weight of the clothes.
Wherein the real-time weight of laundry may be understood as the weight of laundry in the drum at a certain point of time.
Specifically, the drum current variation may be obtained by detecting the variation of the current of the drum motor within a preset time, and then the real-time weight of the laundry may be determined according to the drum current variation.
By way of example, assuming that the drum current variation is 100 by detecting the current of the drum motor at the preset time of 5 th minute, it is possible to obtain the drum current variation 100, and then it is possible to determine that the real-time weight of laundry is 3 kg according to the drum current variation 100.
And step 103, determining a preset current change range according to the preset time and the real-time weight of the clothes.
The preset current variation range may be understood as a preset fan current variation range, for example, the preset current variation range may be 50 to 70.
Specifically, the preset current variation range corresponding to the preset time and the real-time weight of the clothes can be determined by inquiring the relation information of the preset time, the real-time weight of the clothes and the preset current variation range.
For example, the preset current variation range corresponding to the 5 th minute of the preset time and the 3 kg of the real-time weight of the laundry may be determined to be 50 to 70 by querying the relation information of the preset time, the real-time weight of the laundry and the preset current variation range.
Step 104, determining whether the filter screen is blocked or not based on the fan current variation and the preset current variation range.
The blockage is understood as a state of accumulating sundries on the filter screen, and the sundries can comprise paper scraps, fuzzes, dust and the like.
Specifically, the filter screen can be determined to be in a blocking state by comparing the fan current variation with two critical values of the preset current variation range, and if the fan current variation is greater than any critical value of the preset current variation range.
For example, continuing the above example, it may be determined that the screen is in a plugged condition by comparing the fan current variation 80 to the threshold values (50 and 70) of the predetermined current variation range, and determining that the fan current variation 80 is greater than the two threshold values in the predetermined current variation range.
And 105, when the filter screen is blocked, alarming and prompting are carried out.
Specifically, the alarm message can be generated by the clothes drying equipment and the alarm prompt message is displayed so as to realize alarm prompt.
Illustratively, continuing the above example, upon determining that the filter screen has been plugged, an alarm message may be generated by the clothes drying apparatus and an alarm prompt message presented to the user to facilitate the user to clean the filter screen in a timely manner.
In the embodiment of the invention, the clothes drying equipment is provided with the fan driven by the fan motor and the roller driven by the roller motor, so that the variation of the current of the fan motor in the preset time can be detected to obtain the variation of the current of the fan; detecting the weight of the clothes in the roller after the preset baking time to obtain the real-time weight of the clothes; determining a preset current change range according to preset time and real-time weight of clothes; determining whether the filter screen is blocked or not based on the fan current variation and a preset current variation range; and when the filter screen is blocked, alarming and prompting are carried out. In the embodiment of the invention, whether the filter screen is blocked or not is determined based on the current variation of the fan and the preset current variation range, so that the problem that the drying air quantity of the clothes drying equipment is reduced due to sundries accumulated on the filter screen is solved, the drying efficiency of the clothes drying equipment is improved, the time for the clothes drying equipment to finish the task of drying clothes is shortened, the purpose of timely alarming and prompting to remind a user to clean the filter screen is realized, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The following further illustrates a method for detecting a filter screen of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is another schematic flow chart of the method for detecting a filter screen of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 301, detecting the variation of the current of the fan motor within a preset time to obtain the variation of the fan current.
By way of example, assuming that the fan initial current is 10, it may be determined that the fan initial current (10) is less than the preset current value (12) by comparing the magnitudes of the fan initial current (10) and the preset current value (12), it may be determined that the fan initial current does not exceed the preset current value, and then a user may put laundry to be baked in the drum, and activate the laundry drying apparatus to bake the laundry to be baked; the method can detect the variation of the current of the fan motor in the preset time in the process of baking clothes to be baked by the clothes drying equipment, and obtain the variation of the current of the fan.
Step 302, detecting the weight of the clothes in the drum after the preset baking time, and obtaining the real-time weight of the clothes.
Step 303, inquiring preset relation information based on preset time and real-time weight of clothes to obtain a preset current variation range, wherein the preset relation information comprises current variation ranges corresponding to each time and each clothes weight.
The preset relation information can be understood as corresponding relation information of preset time, real-time weight of clothes and preset current change range, and different preset time and clothes weight correspond to different preset current change ranges; the preset current variation range may include a first current variation threshold and a second current variation threshold, the first current variation threshold being smaller than the second current variation threshold; the first current variation threshold may be understood as a lower limit critical value of the fan current variation range; the second current variation threshold may be understood as an upper threshold of the fan current variation range, for example, continuing with the above example, the first and second current variation thresholds may be 50 and 70, respectively.
Specifically, after the real-time weight of the clothes is obtained, the corresponding preset current change range can be obtained by inquiring preset relation information based on preset time and the weight of the clothes.
As an example, it is assumed that a preset current variation range corresponding to a laundry weight (3 kg) and a preset time (5 th minute) is 50 to 70.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the preset current change range is obtained by inquiring the preset relation information based on the preset time and the real-time weight of the clothes, the preset relation information comprises the current change ranges corresponding to the respective times and the respective weights of the clothes, and the speed and the accuracy for determining the preset current change range can be improved, so that the detection efficiency of the filter screen detection method of the clothes drying equipment is improved.
Step 304, determining whether the fan current variation exceeds a first current variation threshold; if the fan current variation does not exceed the first current variation threshold, go to step 305; if the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold, step 306 is performed.
And 305, controlling the clothes drying equipment to normally operate until the clothes drying equipment completes a drying task.
Specifically, it may be determined whether the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold by comparing the magnitudes of the fan current variation and the first current variation threshold.
For example, assuming that the fan current variation is 40, it may be determined that the fan current variation does not exceed the first current variation threshold by comparing the magnitudes of the fan current (40) and the first current variation threshold (50), and at this time, the normal operation of the laundry drying apparatus may be controlled to continue to complete the drying task.
Step 306, determining whether the fan current variation exceeds a first current variation threshold but does not exceed a second current variation threshold; if the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold but does not exceed the second current variation threshold, performing step 307; if the fan current variation exceeds the second current variation threshold, step 308 is performed.
For example, assuming a fan current variation of 60, it may be determined that the fan current variation exceeds a first current variation threshold by comparing the magnitudes of the fan current (60) and the first current variation threshold (50), at which time it is desirable to determine whether the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold but does not exceed a second current variation threshold in order to further determine whether the screen is clogged.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy and the speed for determining the blocking degree of the filter screen can be improved by determining the blocking degree based on the fan current variation, the first current variation threshold and the second current variation threshold.
Step 307, determining that the blockage degree is slight blockage, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message.
Specifically, the magnitudes of the fan current variation, the first current variation threshold, and the second current variation threshold may be compared to determine whether the first current variation threshold is exceeded but the second current variation threshold is not exceeded.
For example, by comparing the magnitudes of the fan current (60), the first current variation threshold (50), and the second current variation threshold (70), it may be determined that the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold but does not exceed the second current variation threshold, it may be determined that the degree of blockage is slight blockage, at which point the clothes drying apparatus may be controlled to generate and display an alarm prompt message.
In step 308, the degree of blockage is determined to be severe blockage.
For example, assuming a fan current variation of 80, the extent of clogging may be determined to be severe clogging by comparing the magnitudes of the fan current (80), the first current variation threshold (50), and the second current variation threshold (70), and by determining that the fan current variation exceeds the second current variation threshold.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the blockage degree is slight blockage, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message; when the blockage degree is severe blockage, the clothes drying equipment is controlled to stop running, alarm prompt messages are generated and displayed, different alarm prompt modes can be determined according to the blockage degrees of the filter screens of different degrees, the problem that the drying air quantity of the clothes drying equipment is reduced due to the fact that the filter screens are not cleaned in time is solved, and the flexibility of the alarm prompt and the drying efficiency of the clothes drying equipment are improved.
Step 309, determining whether the remaining drying time period is less than a preset time period; if the remaining drying time is not less than the preset time, executing step 310; if the remaining drying time period is less than the preset time period, step 311 is executed.
The preset time period can be understood as a critical value of the residual drying time period for the clothes drying equipment to finish the task of drying clothes, for example, the preset time period can be 5 minutes; the residual drying time length can be based on the current of the roller motor when the roller is in idle load and the current of the roller motor when the roller is in load; then determining an initial laundry weight based on the drum current variation; determining a total drying time period based on the initial laundry weight; and determining the residual drying time according to the total drying time and the preset time. The current variation of the roller can be understood as the difference value between the current of the roller motor when the roller is in no-load state and the current of the roller motor when the roller is in load state; the total drying time period may be understood as the total time period required for the clothes drying apparatus to complete the task of drying clothes.
Specifically, the remaining drying time period is determined according to the total drying time period and the preset time, and the time difference value can be determined as the remaining drying time period by calculating the time difference value of the total drying time period and the preset time.
Further, when the blockage degree is determined to be serious blockage, whether the residual drying time is smaller than the preset time or not can be determined by comparing the residual drying time with the preset time, and whether a stop alarm prompt is needed or not is further determined.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current variation of the roller is determined based on the current of the roller motor when the roller is in idle load and the current of the roller motor when the roller is in load; then determining an initial laundry weight based on the drum current variation; determining a total drying time period based on the initial laundry weight; the residual drying time is determined according to the total drying time and the preset time, and the total drying time and the residual drying time can be further determined by determining the initial clothes weight based on the roller current variation, so that the accuracy of determining the residual drying time is improved.
And 310, controlling the clothes drying equipment to stop running, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message.
For example, assuming that the total drying time is 40 minutes and the preset time is 20 minutes, the time difference is 20 minutes by calculating the time difference between the total drying time and the preset time, and the time difference is determined as the remaining drying time; and then, the residual drying time length (20 minutes) and the preset time length (5 minutes) can be compared, and the residual drying time length is determined to be longer than the preset time length, so that the clothes drying equipment can be controlled to stop running, an alarm prompt message is generated, and the alarm prompt message is displayed.
And 311, controlling the clothes drying equipment to normally operate until an alarm prompt is given.
For example, assuming that the total drying time is 40 minutes and the preset time is 36 minutes, the time difference value can be obtained by calculating the time difference value between the total drying time and the preset time to be 4 minutes, and the time difference value is determined as the residual drying time; and then, the residual drying time length (4 minutes) and the preset time length (5 minutes) can be compared, and the fact that the residual drying time length is smaller than the preset time length can be determined, so that the clothes drying equipment can be controlled to normally operate until an alarm prompt is given.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the residual drying time is smaller than the preset time is determined; when the residual drying time is not less than the preset time, triggering and executing the steps of controlling the clothes drying equipment to stop running, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message, so that the problem that the drying efficiency of the clothes drying equipment is reduced due to the fact that the total drying time of the clothes drying equipment is increased by controlling the clothes drying equipment to stop running and the alarm prompt under the condition that the residual drying time of the clothes drying equipment is less than the preset time can be avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fan initial current can be obtained by detecting the current of the fan motor when the roller is in idle load, and whether the fan initial current exceeds a preset current value is determined; if the initial current of the fan exceeds a preset current value, alarming and prompting are carried out; if the initial current of the fan does not exceed the preset current value, detecting the variation of the current of the fan motor in the preset time to obtain a fan current variation, detecting the weight of clothes in the drum after the preset baking time to obtain real-time weight of the clothes, inquiring preset relation information based on the preset time and the real-time weight of the clothes to obtain a preset current variation range, and determining whether the fan current variation exceeds a first current variation threshold; if the current variation of the fan does not exceed the first current variation threshold, controlling the normal operation of the clothes drying equipment; if the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold, determining whether the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold but does not exceed the second current variation threshold; if the fan current variation exceeds the first current variation threshold but does not exceed the second current variation threshold, determining that the blockage degree is slight blockage, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message; if the fan current variation exceeds the second current variation threshold, determining whether the residual drying time period is less than a preset time period; if the residual drying time is not less than the preset time, triggering and executing the steps of controlling the clothes drying equipment to stop running, generating an alarm prompt message and displaying the alarm prompt message; and if the residual drying time is less than the preset time, triggering and executing the step of controlling the normal operation of the clothes drying equipment. In the embodiment of the invention, whether the filter screen is blocked or not is determined based on the fan current variation, the first current variation threshold and the second current variation threshold, so that the problem that the drying air quantity of the clothes drying equipment is reduced due to sundries accumulated on the filter screen is solved, and the drying efficiency of the clothes drying equipment is improved, thereby improving the flexibility and the detection efficiency of the filter screen detection method of the clothes drying equipment, shortening the time for the clothes drying equipment to finish the clothes drying task, realizing the purpose of timely alarming prompt to remind a user to clean the filter screen, and improving the use experience of the user.
Further, the embodiment of the present invention further optimizes the detection of the variation of the current of the fan motor within a preset time to obtain the variation of the current of the fan, as shown in fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting a filter screen of the clothes drying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, which specifically may include the following steps:
step 401, detecting the current of the fan motor when the roller is idle, and obtaining the initial current of the fan.
The fan initial current is understood to be the current of the fan motor when the drum is empty.
Specifically, the fan initial current can be obtained by detecting the current of the fan motor when the drum is idle after the clothes drying equipment is started.
Step 402, determining whether the fan initial current exceeds a preset current value; if the fan initial current exceeds the preset current value, executing step 403; if the fan initial current does not exceed the preset current value, step 404 is performed.
The preset current value may be understood as a critical value of an initial current of the fan motor when the drum is idle, for example, the preset current value may be 12.
Specifically, it may be determined whether the fan initial current exceeds the preset current value by comparing the magnitudes of the fan initial current and the preset current value.
And step 403, performing alarm prompt.
For example, assuming that the fan initial current is 15, it may be determined that the fan initial current (15) is greater than the preset current value (12) by comparing the fan initial current (15) with the preset current value (12), and it may be determined that the fan initial current exceeds the preset current value, and then an alarm prompt is required, and an alarm message may be generated by the clothes drying apparatus and displayed to the user, so that the user may clean the filter screen in time.
Step 404, starting the clothes drying device after the user puts the clothes to be dried.
Specifically, after it is determined that the fan initial current does not exceed the preset current value, the user may wait for the laundry to be dried to be put in, start the laundry drying apparatus, and perform steps 101 to 104 to determine whether the screen of the laundry drying apparatus is clogged during the drying process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial current of the fan is obtained by detecting the current of the fan motor when the roller is in idle load; determining whether the fan initial current exceeds a preset current value; triggering and executing the step of detecting the variation of the current of the fan motor in the preset time to obtain the variation of the fan current when the initial current of the fan does not exceed the preset current value; when the initial current of the fan exceeds a preset current value, alarm prompt is carried out, and when the roller is empty, the initial current of the fan exceeds the preset current value, alarm prompt is carried out so as to remind a user of cleaning the filter screen in time, so that the user is prevented from cleaning the filter screen in the process of using the clothes drying equipment to dry clothes, the total drying time of the clothes drying equipment to dry the clothes is shortened, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a screen detection device of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the device is adapted to perform the screen detection method of the clothes drying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.
