Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second driving assembly 17 is installed between the mounting seat 26 and the press frame 4, and the second driving assembly 17 is used for driving the press frame 4 to lift. The second driving assembly 17 includes a lifting rod 171 and a lifting plate 172, and the lifting rod 171 is zigzag-shaped to avoid the first top block 163. One end of the lifting rod 171 is fixedly connected with one side of the pressing frame 4, and the lifting plate 172 is fixedly installed on one side of the mounting seat 26 close to the first supporting frame 3. The lifting plate 172 is gradually lifted from one side to the other side near the first supporting frame 3 to be inclined, and one side of the lifting plate 172 near the first supporting frame 3 abuts against the top side of the sliding rail 1. The lift plate 172 is offset from the first top block 163, thereby reducing the occurrence of 2 contacting the first top block 163 when the lift plate 172 randomly moves.
After the body 2 moves toward the first support frame 3, the lifting plate 172 and the lifting rod 171 abut against each other, thereby pushing the lifting rod 171 to move upward. The pressing frame 4 drives the first pressing block 7 to move upwards after ascending along with the lifting rod 171, so that cloth can conveniently enter the lower part of the first pressing block 7 to be pressed by the first pressing block 7.
Referring to fig. 8, the bottom of the lifting groove 14 is gradually inclined from top to bottom near the pressing rod 10, and one side of the limit frame 15 facing the bottom of the lifting groove 14 is gradually inclined from bottom to top near the pressing rod 10. During the lifting of the lifting rod 171, the pressing rod 10 and the first top block 163 are pressed against each other to be lifted. The pressing bar 10 is pressed with the groove body of the lifting groove 14 through the ball 13, so that the two mounting seats 26 are far away from each other.
When the two mounting bases 26 are away from each other, the lifting plates 172 on both sides of the placement table 25 are also away from each other. After the lifting of both the lifting rod 171 and the pressing rod 10 is completed, the lifting plate 172 is separated from the lifting rod 171, thereby making the lower portion of the lifting rod 171 fall after lacking support.
Referring to fig. 1, the first press block 7 and the second press block 8 are arranged offset in the width direction of the placement stage 25. The pressing frame 4 and the first pressing block 7 fall down with the lifting rod 171, and then the first pressing block 7 presses the cloth on the cloth guide plate 9. After that, the machine body 2 starts to be far away from the first supporting frame 3, when the cloth guide plate 9 leaves the lower part of the first pressing block 7, the first pressing block 7 continuously falls to press the cloth on the placing table 25, so that the situation that the cloth deviates after being pulled by the machine body 2 is reduced, and the cloth is conveniently and neatly stacked on the placing table 25.
When the machine body 2 is far away from the first supporting frame 3 to lay the cloth on the placing table 25, the second top block 164 can extrude the compression bar 10 to descend, and one side of the ball 13 and one side of the limiting frame 15, which faces the inner bottom wall of the lifting groove 14, are mutually extruded, so that the two mounting seats 26 are mutually close to each other to move, and the two lifting plates 172 are conveniently close to each other to reset.
Referring to fig. 6, the two lifting plates 172 are fixedly mounted with the descent control plate 22 on the sides facing each other, and the side of the descent control plate 22 away from the lifting plates 172 abuts against the top side of the sliding rail 1. The pressure bar 10 then continues to rise, and the lifting rod 171 gradually descends along the inclination of the descent control plate 22, so as to be beneficial to reducing the descending speed of the first pressing block 7 and the pressing frame 4, and further reducing the occurrence of the condition that the first pressing block 7 impacts the placement table 25.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a plurality of first anti-slip strips 23 are fixedly mounted on the bottom side of the first presser 7, and the first anti-slip strips 23 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the placement table 25. The first anti-slip strips 23 are used for increasing the friction force when the first pressing block 7 presses the cloth, so that the situation that the machine body 2 moves to pull the cloth to move together is reduced. The second anti-slip strips 24 are used for increasing friction force when the second pressing block 8 presses the cloth, so that the cloth is convenient to cut.
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, a cloth is put into the body 2, then the cloth is protruded from the cloth guide plate 9, and the second press block 8 presses the cloth onto the cloth guide plate 9. The machine body 2 is then moved along the slide rail 1 towards the first support frame 3.
After the machine body 2 moves to the first supporting frame 3, the first driving assembly 16 drives the pressing rod 10 to ascend, so that the second pressing block 8 ascends. The second driving component 17 drives the press frame 4 to rise firstly, so that cloth discharged by the machine body 2 conveniently enters the lower part of the first press block 7. The two mounting seats 26 are then moved away from each other so that the lifting rod 171 is separated from the lifting plate 172, and then the first presser bar 7 descends to press the cloth against the cloth guide plate 9.
After the first pressing block 7 presses the cloth on the cloth guide plate 9, the machine body 2 moves away from the first supporting frame 3 and unwinds the cloth, so that the cloth guide plate 9 leaves the lower side of the first pressing block 7, and then the first pressing block 7 continuously descends to press the cloth on the placing table 25, so that the cloth is conveniently and neatly stacked on the placing table 25.
When the length of the cloth spread on the placing table 25 is the length required to be cut, the first driving assembly 16 drives the second pressing block 8 to press the cloth on the cloth guide plate 9, and then the cutting mechanism 21 cuts off the cloth.
After the cloth is cut off, the machine body 2 moves toward the first supporting frame 3 again, and thus reciprocates, so that the cloth is laid on the placing table 25 layer by layer.
The implementation principle of the cloth paving device provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the machine body 2 approaches the first support frame 3, the lifting plate 172 and the lifting rod 171 abut against each other, so that the lifting rod 171 drives the press frame 4 and the first press block 7 to rise. The two mountings 26 are then separated from each other, thereby allowing the first ram 7 to descend again. The first pressing block 7 and the second pressing block 8 are staggered, so that the first pressing block 7 presses the cloth on the cloth guide plate 9, and the first pressing block 7 presses the length of the cloth to be long. When the machine body 2 moves away from the first supporting frame 3 and discharges the cloth, the cloth guide plate 9 leaves from the lower part of the first pressing block 7, and then the cloth is pressed on the placing table 25 after the first pressing block 7 descends continuously, so that the condition that the machine body 2 pulls the cloth to move is reduced, and the cloth is conveniently and neatly stacked on the placing table 25.
The machine body 2 is provided with a cloth which is possibly smooth, or the cloth is pulled to move by the conditions such as jamming when the cloth is discharged from the machine body 2, the cloth is pressed on the placing table 25 through the first pressing block 7, so that the condition that the machine body 2 is pulled to move is reduced, and the cloth is conveniently and neatly stacked on the placing table 25.
