the synchronous belt (9) and the short yoke (10), the synchronous belt (9) is arranged on the first gear (6), the second gear (7) and the third gear (8) in a matching way, the synchronous belt (9) is respectively meshed with the first gear (6), the second gear (7) and the third gear (8), and the short yoke (10) is integrally formed on the synchronous belt (9);
the telescopic device comprises a long frame (11) and a first telescopic rod (12), wherein the long frame (11) is rotatably arranged in a machine body (1), a short yoke (10) movably pulls the long frame (11), and the first telescopic rod (12) is rotatably arranged on the long frame (11);
