According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the housing 17 includes a bottom plate 171, a first side plate 172, a stepped portion 173, and a second side plate 174, the first side plate 172 being disposed at an outer periphery of the bottom plate 171; the step 173 is disposed at one end of the first side plate 172 away from the bottom plate 171, and the frame 13 is supported between the step 173 and the quarter light cover 12; the second side plate 174 is provided on the outer periphery of the stepped portion 173 and extends toward the quarter light cover 12. By providing the step 173, the step 173 can be connected with the frame 13 and adapted to support the frame 13, which is advantageous for the stable connection of the frame 13 with the housing 17. Through setting up first curb plate 172, first curb plate 172 sets up in the periphery of bottom plate 171, and step portion 173 sets up in the one end that first curb plate 172 deviates from bottom plate 171, and first curb plate 172 can make step portion 173 towards skeleton 13 direction protrusion, makes things convenient for the connection location of skeleton 13 and step portion 173, improves the degree of fit of skeleton 13 and casing 17, reduces assembly error. By providing the second side plate 174, the second side plate 174 can close between the stepped portion 173 and the frame 13, improving the sealing property to reduce the light leakage, while the second side plate 174 can be connected to the quarter light cover 12, restricting the degree of freedom of the housing 17 to improve the reliability.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a fixing adhesive layer 18 is provided between the inner peripheral edge of the second side plate 174 and the frame 13. By providing the fixing adhesive layer 18 between the inner peripheral edge of the second side plate 174 and the frame 13, the fixing adhesive layer 18 can connect the housing 17 and the frame 13 and bond the housing 17 and the frame 13 to the quarter light cover 12 together, thereby fixing the housing 17 and the frame 13. In particular, the space between the inner peripheral edge of the second side plate 174 and the frame 13 may define the fixing adhesive layer 18, so as to facilitate the setting of the fixing adhesive layer 18. The fixing glue layer 18 can be configured as a waterproof glue layer, and the waterproof glue can effectively reduce the risk that external moisture enters the installation cavity through the gap between the second side plate 174 and the corner window covering 12, keep the drying in the installation cavity, and improve the safety of electronic components in the installation cavity.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the quarter light assembly 1 further comprises a protective film 19, the protective film 19 being disposed between the backbone 13 and the quarter light cover 12. The surface of the protective film 19 is corrosion-resistant and friction-resistant, and the protective film 19 is arranged between the framework 13 and the corner window covering piece 12, so that friction and corrosion of the light-equalizing plate 16 can be reduced by the protective film 19, the light transmittance and light transmittance uniformity of the light-equalizing plate 16 are improved, and the light-emitting effect is improved. In particular, the protective film 19 may be configured as an IML film, in which patterns may be printed, and light may display the patterns through the IML film, enriching the light emitting effect presented by the light holes 131, and facilitating the vehicle information acquisition by people outside the vehicle.
According to some embodiments of the application, the control device 15 comprises a circuit board housed in the mounting cavity. By providing a circuit board, an integrated circuit on the circuit board can be used as a control circuit of the light emitting element 14, so that the control device 15 can conveniently control the light emitting element 14. The circuit board can be used as a support body to be provided with various electronic components, and has the advantages of small volume, high integration level and convenient electrical connection between the electronic components. In particular, the light emitting member 14 may be disposed on a circuit board, so as to facilitate installation of the light emitting member 14, improve integration, and improve reliability of the control device 15 for controlling the light emitting member 14.

The circuit board is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111, and the wiring harness through holes positioned on the bottom wall of the mounting groove are formed in the side wall outer plate 11, so that the wiring harness can be conveniently connected to pass through the wiring harness through holes to be connected with the circuit board.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the angular window assembly 1 further comprises a connection harness and a sealing member, the connection harness being threaded through the harness via and connected to the circuit board to control the color and/or frequency of the light emitted by the light emitting member 14; the periphery of connecting pencil is located to the sealing member cover, and the periphery of sealing member is formed with and is suitable for the seal groove with pencil via hole complex. The connection of the wiring harness to the circuit board allows for signal transmission and electrical control so that the color and/or frequency of the light emitted by the light emitting member 14 can be adaptively varied according to vehicle information. Through setting up the sealing member at the periphery of connecting the pencil, the sealing member can seal between the inner wall of connecting pencil and pencil via hole, improves the leakproofness to can the fixed position of connecting the pencil. The periphery of the sealing piece is provided with a sealing groove which can accommodate the side wall outer plate 11 part forming the wire harness via hole, so that the matching degree is improved, and the sealing and fastening effects are enhanced. In particular, the seal may be configured as a flexible member that may be recessed inwardly to form a seal groove when mated with the harness via.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the quarter light cover 12 is formed with a light-transmitting region and a dark region, the light-transmitting region facing the light-transmitting hole 131, the light-transmitting region having a light transmittance greater than that of the dark region. The light-transmitting area can be used for transmitting light, and the light-transmitting area is opposite to the light-transmitting hole 131, so that the light emitted from the light-transmitting hole 131 passes through the light-transmitting area, and a person outside the vehicle can observe the light-emitting effect represented by the light-transmitting hole 131. The dark color region restricts light transmission, so that the number of parts inside the quarter light cover 12 visible from the outside of the vehicle can be reduced, and the appearance can be improved.

1. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
a side wall outer plate (11), wherein a corner window mounting hole (110) is formed on the side wall outer plate (11);
a quarter light cover (12), the quarter light cover (12) being disposed on the quarter light outer panel (11) and covering the quarter light mounting hole (110), at least a portion of the quarter light cover (12) being spaced from the quarter light outer panel (11) to define a receiving cavity (111) around at least a portion of the periphery of the quarter light mounting hole (110);
-a skeleton (13), said skeleton (13) being arranged inside said housing cavity (111) and defining one or more light transmission holes (131) towards said angular window cover (12);
the luminous piece (14), luminous piece (14) with light trap (131) correspond the setting, luminous piece (14) with light trap (131) are in the at least partial projection overlap in the thickness direction of angular window covering (12).
2. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as recited in claim 1, further comprising: -control means (15), said control means (15) being connected to a corresponding lighting member (14) and being adapted to control the color and/or frequency of the light emitted by said lighting member (14).
3. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of light emitting cavities (132) are formed in the skeleton (13) spaced apart from each other, the light emitting members (14) being configured in plurality, one or more of the light emitting members (14) being received in each of the light emitting cavities (132).
4. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as recited in claim 3, further comprising: the light homogenizing plate (16), the light homogenizing plate (16) is accommodated in the light transmitting hole (131), a light inlet surface (161) and a light homogenizing surface (162) are respectively formed on two sides of the light homogenizing plate (16) in the thickness direction, the light inlet surface (161) is opposite to at least one light emitting piece (14), and the light homogenizing surface (162) is opposite to the corner window covering piece (12).
5. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
the shell (17), the shell (17) is contained in the containing cavity (111), and a mounting cavity which is open towards the corner window covering piece (12) is formed in the shell (17), and the mounting cavity is suitable for containing the framework (13) and the luminous piece (14).
6. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle according to claim 5, characterized in that the housing (17) comprises:
a bottom plate (171);
a first side plate (172), wherein the first side plate (172) is provided on the outer periphery of the bottom plate (171);
a step (173), wherein the step (173) is provided at one end of the first side plate (172) facing away from the bottom plate (171), and the skeleton (13) is supported between the step (173) and the window cover (12);
and a second side plate (174), wherein the second side plate (174) is provided on the outer periphery of the step (173) and extends toward the quarter light cover (12).
7. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein a fixing glue layer (18) is provided between the inner peripheral edge of the second side plate (174) and the frame (13).
8. A quarter light assembly for a vehicle as recited in claim 6, further comprising: and a protective film (19), wherein the protective film (19) is arranged between the framework (13) and the corner window covering piece (12).

A quarter light assembly for a vehicle according to any of claims 1-8, characterized in that the quarter light cover (12) is formed with a light transmitting zone and a dark zone, the light transmitting zone being directly opposite the light transmitting aperture (131), the light transmitting zone having a light transmittance that is greater than the light transmittance of the dark zone.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising a quarter light assembly (1) according to any of claims 1-9.
