The rubbing and separating mechanism 2b comprises a guide frame 2b1, a mounting frame 2b2, an adjusting rod 2b3 and rubbing wheels 2b4, wherein the guide frame 2b1 is arranged on two sides of the upper end of the feeding conveyor belt 2a, the mounting frame 2b2 is slidably arranged on the guide frame 2b1, the adjusting rod 2b3 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the mounting frame 2b2, the rubbing wheels 2b4 are rotatably arranged at the lower end of the fixing plate 2b6 through the fixing plate 2b6 and are close to the surface of the conveyor belt at the discharge end of the feeding conveyor belt 2a, the rubbing wheels 2b4 are driven to rotate through a first driving module 2b5, and the first driving module 2b5 is arranged at the upper end of the fixing plate 2b 6.

The turning and material moving mechanism 2c comprises a material moving frame 2c1, an electric push rod 2c2 and a first sucker group 2c3, wherein the material moving frame 2c1 is slidably installed at the discharging end of a feeding conveying belt 2a, one end of the electric push rod 2c2 is fixedly installed at one side of the feeding conveying belt 2a and fixedly connected with the lower end of the material moving frame 2c1, the first sucker group 2c3 is installed below the material moving frame 2c1 through a lifting cylinder 2c4 and a rotating cylinder 2c5, the lifting cylinder 2c4 is vertically installed at the middle part of the material moving frame 2c1, the rotating cylinder 2c5 is fixedly installed at the output end of the lifting cylinder 2c4, and the first sucker group 2c3 is fixedly installed at the output end of the rotating cylinder 2c 5.
Specifically, in order to solve the technical problem of material moving of the dialysis paper to be adhered, the application sucks the dialysis paper in the paper separating bin 2a1 through the first sucker set 2c3, and at the moment, the lifting and rotating of the first sucker set 2c3 are controlled through the lifting cylinder 2c4 and the rotating cylinder 2c5, so that the first sucker set 2c3 sucks the dialysis paper and finishes the direction changing of the dialysis paper, and after the suction is finished, the electric push rod 2c2 pushes the material moving frame 2c1 to move to the bonding assembly 3 to transfer the dialysis paper.

the gluing module 3a of the gluing component 3 is arranged at the upper end of the material moving frame 2c1, the gluing module 3a can automatically glue the peripheral edge of the dialysis paper in the paper dividing bin 2a1, the turnover mechanism 3b and the pressing mechanism 3c are arranged below one end of the conveying frame 2a, which is far away from the feeding conveying belt 2a, the turnover mechanism 3b comprises a second driving module 3b1 and a second sucking disc group 3b3, the second driving module 3b1 is fixedly arranged at one end of the conveying frame 2a, which is far away from the feeding conveying belt 2a, the second sucking disc group 3b3 is in transmission connection with the second driving module 3b1 through a turnover shaft 3b4 and a telescopic rod group 3b2, the turnover shaft 3b4 is fixedly connected with the output end of the second driving module 3b1, the telescopic rod group 3b2 is fixedly connected with the turnover shaft 3b4, and the lower end of the telescopic rod group 3b2 is fixedly connected with the second sucking disc group 3b 3.
Specifically, in order to solve the technical problems of dialysis paper gluing and transfer overturning after gluing, four sides of the dialysis paper in a paper dividing bin 2a1 are automatically glued through a gluing module 3a, then a first sucker group 2c3 absorbs and transfers the glued dialysis paper to a position where a second sucker group 3b3 is located, then a second driving module 3b1 drives an overturning shaft 3b4 and a telescopic rod group 3b2 to rotate 180 degrees, the second sucker group 3b3 is rotated to the upper side to face the lower side of the first sucker group 2c3 and the dialysis paper, the dialysis paper is absorbed on the side without gluing, then a second driving module 3b1 rotates 180 degrees, the second sucker group 3b3 and the dialysis paper are rotated to the lower side to face the upper side of a bag material bonding position, and the telescopic rod group 3b2 gradually adheres the second sucker group 3b3 and the dialysis paper to a bag material, so that preliminary adhesion is completed.
The pressing mechanism 3c comprises a pressing plate 3c1 and a pull rod 3c3, the pressing plate 3c1 is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the conveying frame 2a2 through a rotating rod 3c2 and is opposite to a workbench 5 at the bonding position, one end of the pull rod 3c3 is fixedly connected with a turnover shaft 3b4, the other end of the pull rod is connected with two sides of the pressing plate 3c1 through a movable hinge rod 3c4, the movable hinge rod 3c4 is inserted on the pull rod 3c3, and the movable hinge rod 3c4 is connected with the pull rod 3c3 through a spring 3c 5;
when the second sucker set 3b3 is turned to the upper part, the pull rod 3c3 drives the movable hinge rod 3c4 to pull the pressing plate 3c1 to be turned to the horizontal, so that the pressing plate further presses the bag material and the dialysis paper on the table surface of the lower workbench 5; when the second sucker set 3b3 is turned down, the pull rod 3c3 drives the movable hinge rod 3c4 to lift and reset the pressing plate 3c 1.
Specifically, in order to solve the technical problem of adhesion of the dialysis paper and the bag material, the turnover mechanism 3b drives the pressing mechanism 3c to press the dialysis paper adhered to the surface of the bag material, the lower surface of the pressing plate 3c1 is provided with a porous structure, air is supplied to the pressing plate 3c1 for blowing, and when the pressing plate 3c1 presses the dialysis paper and the bag material, air drying of the adhesive of the dialysis paper is accelerated.
As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
the wrinkle removing mechanism 4a further comprises a wrinkle removing frame 4a1, a lifting module 4a2, lifting rails 4a3 and abutting wheel groups 4a6, wherein the wrinkle removing frame 4a1 is fixedly installed on the frame 6 and located between a workbench 5 at the bonding position and a workbench 5 at the printing position, the lifting module 4a2 is slidably installed on the lifting rails 4a3, two groups of wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 are respectively installed at the upper ends of the corresponding lifting modules 4a2, the lifting rails 4a3 are vertically installed at two sides and two ends of the wrinkle removing frame 4a1, the lower ends of the lifting modules 4a2 are slidably connected with the lifting rails 4a3 through rail bases 4a4, wedge blocks 4a5 are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting modules 4a2, the abutting wheel groups 4a6 are installed at the lower ends of the wrinkle removing frame 4a1 through adjusting guide rails 4a8 and are opposite to the lower ends of the lifting modules 4a2, the abutting wheel groups 4a6 abut against the wedge blocks 4a5 at the lower ends of the lifting modules 4a2, and the abutting wheel groups 4a6 are arranged at one ends of the screw rod modules 4a1 through adjusting screw rods 7. Specifically, in order to solve the technical problem that printing smoothness is guaranteed by removing wrinkles from pressed dialyzing paper and bag materials, the application uses two wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 with opposite rotation directions to rotate, the two wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 are supported to move up and down by the lifting module 4a2 and the lifting rail 4a3, the adjusting screw module 4a7 drives the abutting wheel set 4a6 to move so as to push the corresponding wedge-shaped block 4a5, so that the lifting module 4a2 and the rail seat 4a3 slide along the lifting rail 4a3, the distance between the two wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 is adjusted, the compaction of the dialyzing paper and the bag materials when passing through the two wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 is realized, and when the wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 rotate, the wrinkle removing cylinders 4a10 on the two wrinkle removing rollers 4a9 with opposite rotation directions respectively smooth the dialyzing paper and the bag materials which are not completely stuck, and the pressed wrinkles are prevented from affecting printing.
As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the following implementation steps are provided:
step one, conveying a semi-finished packaging bag or a sterilizing bag roll to an adhesion workbench 5 through a bag material roll conveying assembly 1, and carrying out dust removal and sterilization on the surfaces of the packaging bag and the sterilizing bag by utilizing a bag material dust removal mechanism 1c in the process; the dialyzing paper is gradually transferred to the position of the bonding assembly 3 through the feeding conveyor belt 2a, in the process, the paper on the feeding conveyor belt 2a is rubbed and separated through the rubbing and separating mechanism 2b, so that the paper is prevented from being stacked, a plurality of dialyzing papers simultaneously enter the paper separating bin 2a1, and the paper entering the paper separating bin 2a1 is diverted, sucked and transferred to the workbench 5 at the position of the bonding assembly 3 through the diverting and transferring mechanism 2 c;
step two: the bag material to be conveyed passes through a passing roller group 1a1 and a passing clamping assembly 1b of a roll conveyor group 1a, and is pulled to pass through the space between the passing roller group 1c2, and then sequentially passes through the upper part of a guide rubber roller 1c4, and winds around a heating roller 1c8 from the lower part of a sponge roller 1c5 and the lower part of a sterilizing roller 1c7, dust removal, sterilization and heating of the bag material are realized by friction between the bag material and each roller, alcohol is introduced on the sponge roller 1c5, the sterilizing roller 1c7 is set to be in an ultraviolet sterilization mode, dust removal and sterilization are performed on the surface of the bag material, the sticking degree of the sponge roller 1c5 and the bag material is controlled through a pneumatic push rod 1c10, so that the sponge roller 1c5 can wipe the surface of the bag material, dust is adhered to the surfaces of the sponge roller 1c5 and the sterilizing roller 1c7 by a dust adhering roller 1c6, dust is prevented from accumulating on the surfaces of the sponge roller 1c5 and the sterilizing roller 1c7, dust is prevented from accumulating on the surfaces of the sponge roller 1c6 and the sterilizing roller 1c7, the dust is preheated by a regulating seat 1c12, the distance between the sponge roller 1c6 and the sterilizing roller 1c7 is regulated to the surface 1c7, and the electric roller 1c8 is heated, and finally the bag material is heated by the electric regulating seat 1c is heated, and the distance is heated, and the bag material is dried, and the bag material is conveyed to the electric roller 8 and the bag is heated by the electric regulating roller 1c 8; simultaneously, the material pulling and clamping assembly 7 arranged at one side is used for assisting in clamping the bag material, and the bag material is pulled to the position of the workbench 5;
step three: the dialyzing paper on the feeding conveyor belt 2a is rubbed and separated by the rubbing and separating mechanism 2b, the rubbing and separating wheel is driven to rotate by the first driving module 2b5, the rubbing and separating wheel and the feeding conveyor belt 2a rotate in opposite directions, the rubbing and separating of the paper on the surface of the feeding conveyor belt 2a is conveyed to the paper separating bin 2a1, and the position and the height of the rubbing and separating wheel are adjusted by the guide frame 2b1 and the adjusting rod 2b 3;
step four: the dialyzing paper in the paper separating bin 2a1 is sucked through the first sucking disc group 2c3, at the moment, the lifting and rotating of the first sucking disc group 2c3 are controlled through the lifting cylinder 2c4 and the rotating cylinder 2c5, so that the dialyzing paper is sucked through the first sucking disc group 2c3 and the direction of the dialyzing paper is changed, the electric push rod 2c2 pushes the material moving frame 2c1 to move to the bonding assembly 3 after the sucking is finished, and the dialyzing paper is transferred
Step five: the four sides of the dialyzing paper in the separating paper bin 2a1 are automatically glued through the gluing module 3a, then the first sucking disc group 2c3 absorbs and transfers the dialyzing paper after gluing to the position where the second sucking disc group 3b3 is located, then the second driving module 3b1 drives the turning shaft 3b4 and the telescopic rod group 3b2 to rotate 180 degrees, the second sucking disc group 3b3 is rotated to the upper side to face the lower side of the first sucking disc group 2c3 and the dialyzing paper, the side of the dialyzing paper which is not glued is absorbed, then the second driving module 3b1 rotates 180 degrees, the second sucking disc group 3b3 and the dialyzing paper are rotated to the position above the bonding position of the lower side to the bag material, and the telescopic rod group 3b2 gradually sticks the second sucking disc group 3 and the dialyzing paper to the bag material, so that preliminary sticking is completed;
step six: the turnover mechanism 3b drives the pressing mechanism 3c to press the dialyzing paper adhered to the surface of the bag material, the lower surface of the pressing plate 3c1 is provided with a porous structure, air is supplied to the pressing plate 3c1 for blowing, and when the pressing plate 3c1 presses the dialyzing paper and the bag material, the air drying of the dialyzing paper adhesive is accelerated;
step seven: the two wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 with opposite rotation directions are rotated, the two wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 are supported by the lifting module 4a2 and the lifting rail 4a3 to move up and down, the adjusting screw module 4a7 drives the abutting wheel set 4a6 to move so as to push the corresponding wedge-shaped block 4a5, the lifting module 4a2 and the rail seat 4a4 slide along the lifting rail 4a3, so that the distance between the two wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 is adjusted, the compaction of dialyzing paper and bag materials when passing through the two wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 is realized, and when the wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 rotate, the wrinkle-removing cylinders 4a10 on the two wrinkle-removing rollers 4a9 which are rotated in opposite directions smooth the dialyzing paper and bag materials which are not completely stuck, so as to prevent the compacted wrinkles from affecting printing;
step eight: the printing module 4b prints the relevant information advertisement on the dialysis paper after the wrinkle removal.
