the adsorption device comprises an adsorption pipeline 4 arranged at the bottom of the conveying part, an air suction pump connected with the adsorption pipeline 4 and an adsorption hole 5 arranged on the surface of the adsorption pipeline 4, and is used for discharging gas in the adsorption pipeline 4 through the air suction pump, so that the adsorption hole 5 can adsorb a target paperboard on the surface of the conveying part through air pressure difference to increase the friction between the conveying belt 1 and the target paperboard;
and the opening time of the expansion plate 8 is recorded as the powder application degree, the larger the opening time is, the larger the powder application degree is, and the adsorption force is the power of the suction pump.

the delay adjusting unit detects the vibration frequency of the driving roller under the third delay adjusting condition and determines whether the rotation speed of the driving roller is adjusted according to the vibration frequency;
if the vibration frequency of the driving roller is larger than the preset vibration frequency, the delay adjusting unit judges that the rotation speed of the driving roller is reduced and adjusted;
the reduction of the rotation speed of the driving roller and the vibration frequency of the driving roller are in positive correlation;
the third delay adjusting condition is that the delay transmission times of the target paper board are smaller than or equal to the preset delay transmission times.
Specifically, the preset vibration frequency is valued, a user can count the vibration frequency of the conveying roller recorded in the historical box sticking process, and an average value of the vibration frequencies corresponding to the box sticking finished products which do not meet the requirements of the user is recorded as the preset vibration frequency.

an analysis control unit connected with the information acquisition unit and the target box gluing machine, for determining a reference strength of the target paperboard according to the number of corrugated medium layers of the target paperboard and adjusting the reference strength of the target paperboard or the coating pressure of the target box gluing machine according to the peak interval, and determining whether to adjust the detection period according to the reference strength stability when the determination of the reference strength of the target paperboard is completed;
a delay adjusting unit connected with the information acquiring unit and the target box gluing machine, and used for determining whether the conveying stability of the target paper board meets the standard according to the delay conveying times of the target paper board, determining whether the rotation speed of the driving roller is adjusted according to the vibration frequency when the conveying stability of the target paper board meets the standard, and determining the working mode of the delay processing part according to the delay distance of the target paper board when the conveying stability of the target paper board does not meet the standard;
the demand information comprises the number of corrugated medium layers of the target paperboard, the crest interval of the target paperboard, the delay transmission times and the delay distance.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 1, wherein the analysis control unit determines the reference strength of the target paperboard according to the number of corrugated medium layers of the target paperboard, and adjusts the reference strength of the target paperboard according to the crest spacing;
if the crest spacing is in a first preset crest spacing range, the analysis control unit judges that the reference strength of the target paperboard is increased and adjusted;
if the crest spacing is in a second preset crest spacing range, the analysis control unit judges that the reference strength of the target paperboard is not required to be adjusted;
if the wave crest distance is in a third preset wave crest distance range, the analysis control unit judges that the reference strength of the target paperboard is reduced and adjusted;
the values in the first preset peak interval range are smaller than the values in the second preset peak interval range, and the values in the second preset peak interval range are smaller than the values in the third preset peak interval range.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 2, wherein when the peak interval is in a first preset peak interval range, the increase of the reference strength of the target paperboard and the peak interval are in positive correlation; when the peak interval is in the second preset peak interval range, the reduction of the reference strength of the target paperboard is in positive correlation with the peak interval.
4. The intelligent control system based on a full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 3, wherein the analysis control unit determines whether to adjust the detection period according to the reference intensity stability under the first analysis control condition;
if the reference intensity stability is greater than or equal to the preset reference intensity stability, the analysis control unit judges that the detection period does not need to be adjusted;
if the reference intensity stability is smaller than the preset reference intensity stability, the analysis control unit judges that the detection period is reduced and adjusted;
wherein the first analysis control condition is that the reference intensity determination of the target paperboard in a single detection period is completed.
5. The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 4, wherein the analysis control unit adjusts the coating pressure of the target box gluing machine according to the peak interval of the target paperboard under the second analysis control condition,
when the crest distance is in a first preset crest distance range, reducing and adjusting the coating pressure of the target box gluing machine, wherein the reduction of the coating pressure and the crest distance are in positive correlation;
when the crest distance is in a third preset crest distance range, increasing and adjusting the coating pressure of the target box gluing machine, wherein the increasing amount of the coating pressure and the crest distance are in positive correlation;
the second analysis control condition is that the peak distance is not in a second preset peak distance range.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 5, wherein the delay adjustment unit determines whether the conveying stability of the target paper board meets the standard according to the delay conveying times of the target paper board under the first delay adjustment condition;
if the delay transmission times of the target paper board are smaller than or equal to the preset delay transmission times, the delay adjusting unit judges that the transmission stability of the target paper board meets the standard;
if the delay transmission times of the target paper board is larger than the preset delay transmission times, the delay adjusting unit judges that the transmission stability of the target paper board does not meet the standard, and determines the working mode of the delay processing part according to the delay distance of the target paper board;
the first delay adjustment condition is that the crest spacing is in a second preset crest spacing range.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 6, wherein the delay adjustment unit detects a maximum delay distance of the target cardboard under the second delay adjustment condition and determines an operation mode of the delay processing part according to the maximum delay distance;
if the maximum delay distance is smaller than the preset delay distance, the delay adjusting unit judges that the powder applying device of the delay processing part is started;
if the maximum delay distance is greater than or equal to the preset delay distance, the delay adjusting unit judges that the adsorption device of the delay processing part is started;
the second delay adjusting condition is that the delay transmission times of the target paper board are larger than the preset delay transmission times.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 7, wherein the powder application degree of the powder application device and the maximum delay distance are in positive correlation; and if the adsorption force of the adsorption device and the maximum delay distance are in positive correlation.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 8, wherein the delay adjusting unit detects the vibration frequency of the driving roller under a third delay adjusting condition and determines whether to adjust the rotation speed of the driving roller according to the vibration frequency;
if the vibration frequency of the driving roller is larger than the preset vibration frequency, the delay adjusting unit judges that the rotation speed of the driving roller is reduced and adjusted;
the reduction of the rotation speed of the driving roller and the vibration frequency of the driving roller are in positive correlation;
the third delay adjusting condition is that the delay transmission times of the target paper board are smaller than or equal to the preset delay transmission times.

The intelligent control system based on the full-automatic box gluing machine according to claim 9, wherein the delay adjusting unit is provided with a minimum rotation speed, and when the delay adjusting unit performs reduction adjustment on the rotation speed of the driving roller, the rotation speed of the driving roller after adjustment is set to be greater than or equal to the minimum rotation speed.
