Step 3: the two welding guns 318 are extended and driven to be lowered to a preset welding height by the piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders four 303 on both sides, the two welding guns 318 are extended and driven to move transversely by the piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders six 314, during which the joints of the front sides of the file folder 50 and the cabinet door plate 40 are welded by the two welding guns 318, and when the sliding rods 309 on both sides slide into the bending grooves 308a on the same side from the straight grooves 307a, the welding guns 318 are deflected by 90 degrees due to the engagement of the gears two 310 and the bending racks 312, and then the joints of the left and right sides of the file folder 50 and the cabinet door plate 40 are welded by the two welding guns 318 by the piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders five 306 on both sides extending and the two welding guns 318 moving obliquely upwards.
Step 4: in the welding process, the air suction pipe 216 is arranged above the file 50 in parallel, and the toxic smoke dust during welding is sucked through the air suction groove 216a on the air suction pipe 216, and then enters the negative pressure fan 220 through the filtering treatment of the filter 218, and the filtered gas is sent into the air blowing pipe 214 through the negative pressure fan 220.
Step 5: after welding, the two welding guns 318 are driven to rise to the initial positions by the linkage of the hydraulic cylinders IV 303, the hydraulic cylinders V306 and the hydraulic cylinders VI 314 on the two sides.
Step 6: the piston rod of the third hydraulic cylinder 226 contracts and drives the end fixing strips 228 and the pair of side fixing strips 229 to separate from contact with the inner wall of the folder 50, the motors 210 on two sides reversely rotate and drive the air pipes 214 to extend downwards obliquely, so that the air pipes 214 are arranged above the folder 50 in parallel, air is sprayed out through the air blowing grooves 214a on the air pipes 214 and blown to the high-temperature welding seams below to accelerate cooling of the welding seams, and meanwhile, the air suction pipes 216 and the pair of side fixing strips 229 are driven to extend upwards obliquely, so that the end fixing strips 228 and the pair of side fixing strips 229 separate from the inner side of the folder 50, and then the piston rods of the second hydraulic cylinders 202 on two sides contract and drive the side fixing strips 229 on two sides to be in an obliquely upward state.
Step 7: the piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinders 108 on the two sides are contracted to drive the placing plate 104 to be in a horizontal state, while the side clamping bars 110 on the two sides are not subjected to the self gravity action of the corresponding balancing weights 116, are mutually far away under the action of the corresponding hook springs 112, and horizontally remove (or horizontally convey backwards) the cabinet door panel 40 from the upper side of the placing plate 104.
