Firstly, the range and the concentration of the waste gas are detected through the detector component 710, if the concentration is smaller, the atomizing and spraying component 712 is started to spray and purify through the second control module 713, then purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe 4, waste liquid falls into the bucket-shaped filter device 810, impurities are filtered in the bucket-shaped filter device 810, liquid is discharged from the liquid discharge pipe 5, and meanwhile, the second control motor 801 drives the third transmission gear 802 to carry out meshed transmission with the transmission toothed ring 803, so that the bucket-shaped filter device 810 rotates, the filtering working efficiency can be improved through rotary swing, and the blocking of the bucket-shaped filter device 810 is avoided; if the concentration and the range of the exhaust gas are large, the first control module 708 is required to control the first control motor 707 to drive the first transmission gear 703 and the second transmission gear 706 to drive the rotation of the liquid storage barrel 705, meanwhile, the second control module 713 is started to control the atomization injection assembly 712 to inject, the third control module 715 is started to control the remote spray head 714 to inject, the rotary injection work is formed along with the rotation of the liquid storage barrel 705, the injection purification range is improved, and meanwhile, the stirring plate 716 arranged on the outer side of the liquid storage barrel 705 stirs the exhaust gas, so that the contact sufficiency degree between the exhaust gas and the liquid medicine is improved, and the purification work efficiency is improved.
Embodiment III: on the basis of the second embodiment, please refer to fig. 10-13, the bucket-type filtering device 810 is detachably arranged, namely, the bucket-type filtering device 810 is inserted into the annular connecting clamping groove 808 through the connecting insertion ring 809, then the bucket-type filtering device 810 is fastened through screws, the bin gate 10 is opened for impurity removal work, then the bucket-type filtering device 810 is released from being fixed, then the bucket-type filtering device 810 is taken out from the maintenance bin 9, and after the cleaning is completed, the bucket-type filtering device is firmly connected with the connecting ring 807.
Referring to fig. 14-16, the atomizing spray assembly 712 includes a connecting tube head 7121, a first male threaded connection collar 7122, an auxiliary docking tube 7123, a second male threaded connection collar 7124, a tapered nozzle 7125, a flow guide slot 7126, a drain slot 7127, and a nozzle body 7128; the connecting pipe heads 7121 are fixedly arranged on the arranging plate 711 at equal intervals, the end parts of the connecting pipe heads 7121 are fixedly provided with first external thread connection convex rings 7122, the first external thread connection convex rings 7122 are in thread connection with one end of the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123, the other end of the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123 is fixedly provided with second external thread connection convex rings 7124, the conical spray pipe 7125 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123, the outer side wall of the conical spray pipe 7125 is equidistantly provided with guide grooves 7126, the bottom ends of the guide grooves 7126 are connected with drain grooves 7127, the drain grooves 7127 penetrate through the outer side of the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123, and the spray head main body 7128 is in thread connection with the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123; the jet orifice in the nozzle body 7128 is arranged as a frustum, the small orifice of the jet orifice is arranged at the outer end of the nozzle body 7128, the large caliber of the jet orifice is arranged at the inner end of the nozzle body 7128, the rapid liquid injection is facilitated, the excessive entry of external impurities from the jet orifice into the interior is avoided, the auxiliary butt joint pipe 7123 is arranged, the diversion groove 7126 arranged on the outer side wall of the conical jet pipe 7125 is used for adhering a small amount of impurities to the outer side wall of the conical jet pipe 7125, and the impurities mixed with the liquid are discharged through the action of the diversion groove 7126 and the drainage groove 7127, so that the influence on the injection work of the atomization injection assembly 712 is avoided.
