Abstract
本发明提供一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01及其构建方法和应用,将土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的元素个数确定为11个,为Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、Na2O、Ti、Mn、V、Th、U、La、Ba,构建土壤地球化学风化基因SG01;针对所选择的11种元素,基于全国及31个省市区的表层和深层土壤元素含量数据,确定出11种元素的基因参考值;基于中国不同气候带发育的多个风化剖面中的土壤样品的探索和检验,确定SG01土壤地球化学风化基因的元素排序,最终构建了土壤地球化学风化基因SG01。本发明构建的SG01基因是针对土壤介质而构建的,具有更好的敏感性或针对性,适用于采用常规实验室分析的土壤样品和采用仪器中子活化分析(INAA)的考古样品和稀少珍贵样品。
Description
技术领域
本发明提供一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01及其构建方法和应用,属于地球化学基因技术领域。
背景技术
地球化学基因是申请人科研团队提出的原创性成果,目前已在国内外期刊上发表科研论文数篇,涉及岩性基因(LG01、LG02、LG03,分别发表在现代地质,2020年第34卷第5期,P865-882;现代地质,2018年第32卷第3期,P453-467;现代地质,2021年第35卷第5期,P1459-1470)、矿化基因(MGAu、MGW、MGW11,分别发表在国际期刊Journal of GeochemicalExploration,2019年,第204卷P1-11;Journal of Geochemical Exploration,2020年,第219卷106637;Applied Science,2023年第13卷13010606)和稀土元素基因(REEG01、REEG02,发表在现代地质,2020年第34卷第5期,P865-882)三种类型。这三种类型的地球化学基因均可适用于岩石、土壤、沉积物等多种介质(在国际期刊Applied Geochemistry,2022年第136卷105133上进行过综评)。但针对土壤样品的更为敏感的土壤地球化学基因目前尚未构建。
尽管目前已构建的地球化学基因也可适用于土壤样品,但部分土壤样品,如考古领域的青铜器泥芯样品、陶范样品、陶瓷样品等由于缺少必要的元素含量数据而无法使用目前已经构建的地球化学基因。由于考古领域的土壤样品相对稀少和珍贵,目前多采用仪器中子活化分析(INAA)来进行元素含量测试,但中子活化分析测试项目无法满足目前所构建的地球化学基因的需求。
基于上述两方面考虑,有必要构建一种针对土壤样品的地球化学基因,使其使用场景既能满足常规实验室分析的地质土壤样品又能满足中子活化分析的考古土壤样品等。
发明内容
本发明旨在构建一种针对土壤样品的地球化学基因,使其使用场景既能满足常规实验室分析的地质土壤样品又能满足中子活化分析的考古土壤(及其加工的)样品等。
从地质角度分析,土壤样品源自岩石的风化产物。来自不同岩石的土壤其元素含量大概率不同,即使来自同一岩石的土壤因其风化程度不同可导致土壤中元素含量也明显不同。此外,不同类型的土壤发生混合或向某类土壤中添加试料也可明显改变土壤中元素的含量。因此影响土壤中元素含量的三大因素分别为母岩的岩性、土壤的风化程度以及土壤的混入物。
本次针对土壤构建的地球化学基因旨在区分土壤的风化程度,且不受单一硅质成分(如纯净的硅质岩、石英脉、石英砂等)和单一钙质成分(如纯净的大理岩、石灰岩、白云岩等)混入物的影响。可将所构建的基因命名为土壤地球化学风化基因,编号为SG01。
具体技术方案为:
一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的构建方法,将土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的元素个数确定为11个。结合仪器中子活化分析(INAA)的测试元素和我国区域地球化学调查和多目标地球化学调查常规实验室的测试元素,选择共同测试的元素构建土壤地球化学基因。最终选择11种元素Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、Na2O、Ti、Mn、V、Th、U、La、Ba来构建土壤地球化学风化基因SG01。
针对所选择的11种元素,基于全国及31个省市区的表层和深层土壤元素含量数据(计256条丰度数据),确定出11种元素的基因参考值。基于中国不同气候带发育的多个风化剖面中的土壤样品的探索和检验,从而确定SG01土壤地球化学风化基因的元素排序,最终构建了土壤地球化学风化基因SG01。
参考值的确定:基于全国及省级表层和深层土壤元素丰度数据,确定了Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、Na2O、Ti、Mn、V、Th、U、La、Ba计11种元素或氧化物的参考值,分别为13.5%、4.9%(总Fe2O3,即TFe2O3)、2.2%、1.0%、4600μg/g、570μg/g、80μg/g、12μg/g、2.7μg/g、40μg/g和450μg/g。
元素的排序:确定了11种元素或氧化物的排序为:
Th→K2O→U→Na2O→La→Ba→Al2O3→Mn→Fe2O3→V→Ti。
上述三个方面的关键点集中体现在表1中的土壤地球化学风化基因SG01方面。其元素排序和参考值如下表1所示。

土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的基因编码和相似度计算与其他地球化学基因如LG01、LG03等的方法相同。将样品的SG01基因与基因10202020202的相似度称为样品的风化相似度,记为R风或RWeathered。
本发明基于土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的风化相似度(R风),可将土壤样品划分为5级:1级对应80%≤R风≤100%,代表全风化(completely weathered)土壤;2级对应60%≤R风<80%,代表强风化(highly weathered)土壤;3级对应40%<R风<60%,代表中风化(moderately weathered)土壤;4级对应20%<R风≤40%,代表弱风化(weakly weathered)土壤;5级对应0%≤R风≤20%,代表初风化(initially weathered)土壤。这样,土壤地球化学风化基因SG01既具有基因的属性(如遗传性、继承性、相似性和变异性等)又具有表征土壤的风化程度并对其进行分类的功能。
本发明具有的技术效果:
(1)本发明构建的SG01基因是针对土壤介质而构建的,相对于同时适用于岩石、土壤、沉积物的岩性基因、矿化基因和稀土元素基因具有更好的敏感性或针对性。
(2)本发明构建的SG01基因不仅可适用于采用常规实验室分析的土壤样品,而且也可适用于采用仪器中子活化分析(INAA)的考古样品和稀少珍贵样品。而已公开报道的岩性基因、矿化基因、稀土元素基因则因缺少必要的元素含量数据而无法使用于采用仪器中子活化分析(INAA)的考古样品和稀少珍贵样品。
(3)本发明构建SG01基因是为反映土壤样品风化程度而构建的,其风化相似度(R风或Rweathered)不仅可以作为一种风化指标,而且可以对样品进行分类,如上文的5级风化程度分类。
(4)目前科研和文献中常用的风化指数如CIA(化学蚀变指数,chemical index ofalteration)和WIG(花岗岩风化指数,weatheringindex of granite)均需要样品的CaO含量数据,本发明构建的SG01基因的风化相似度指标则不需要CaO含量数据,克服了常用风化指标的不足。
具体实施方式
结合实施例说明本发明的具体技术方案。
以中国广东、安徽、吉林三个省的表层土壤样品和陕西省宝鸡市周原遗址的2个陶范样品为例,阐述SG01基因的实施方式。
(1)对样品进行地球化学成分测试,至少包含土壤基因SG01所涉及的11种元素或氧化物的含量,如表2。

注:氧化物含量单位为%,元素含量单位为μg/g,此处Fe2O3代表TFe2O3。表层土壤数据引自侯青叶等(2020),陶范数据引自魏国锋等(2007)。
(2)基于这11种元素或氧化物含量计算土壤基因SG01的基因编码,如表3。

(3)基于样品的基因编码,计算其土壤基因SG01的风化相似度,如表4。

(4)土壤基因SG01样品相似度的计算与应用。
针对上述5件样品,可选择周原遗址陶范H75-11样品为比较对象,计算其他4件样品相对于该样品的SG01基因相似度,如表5。

注:基因相似度的单位为%。
依据相似度可知,周原遗址两个陶范样品的相似度为85%,按照其他基因对相似基因的划分标准≥80%为准,这两个陶范样品具有相似的SG01基因,因此可能具有相同的来源地。这一结果从正面验证了利用SG01基因溯源的可信性。对比陶范样品与其他3省表层土壤的相似度,则陶范样品与其他3省表层土壤均不相似,尤其与南方广东土壤明显不同,这表明陶范样品的原料土壤不可能来自南方广东的土壤,这一结果从反面角度验证了利用SG01基因溯源的可信性。
(5)土壤基因SG01风化相似度的应用。
依据土壤基因SG01风化相似度对样品的5级分类方案,上述广东表层土壤属于全风化土壤,安徽表层土壤属于中风化土壤,而吉林表层土壤则属于初风化土壤。
上述陕西省宝鸡市周原遗址陶范的风化相似度为25和20,按照上述5级分类方案则分别对应初风化土壤和弱风化土壤,这表明陶范样品的土壤应来源于初风化或弱风化土壤的地区,对应中国北方地区。
基于上述5个步骤可对土壤样品及其制品进行土壤风化基因SG01的应用。作为地球化学基因SG01不仅可以比对样品的相似性,其风化相似度可以作为一种风化指标来衡量样品的风化程度,进而可对土壤样品进行风化程度分类。这种基于SG01基因的样品相似性比较和分类可在地质、公安、考古等领域的样品溯源中发挥重要作用。
Claims (5)
1.一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的构建方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的元素个数确定为11个,为Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、Na2O、Ti、Mn、V、Th、U、La、Ba,构建土壤地球化学风化基因SG01;
针对所选择的11种元素,基于全国及31个省市区的表层和深层土壤元素含量数据,确定出11种元素的基因参考值;
基于中国不同气候带发育的多个风化剖面中的土壤样品的探索和检验,确定SG01土壤地球化学风化基因的元素排序,最终构建了土壤地球化学风化基因SG01。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的构建方法,其特征在于,Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、Na2O、Ti、Mn、V、Th、U、La、Ba这11种元素或氧化物的参考值,分别为13.5%、4.9%、2.2%、1.0%、4600μg/g、570μg/g、80μg/g、12μg/g、2.7μg/g、40μg/g和450μg/g;其中Fe2O3代表TFe2O3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01的构建方法,其特征在于,11种元素的排序,从1到11,依次为:Th、K2O、U、Na2O、La、Ba、Al2O3、Mn、Fe2O3、V、Ti;其中Fe2O3代表TFe2O3。
4.一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01,由权利要求1到3任一项所述的构建方法所得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种土壤地球化学风化基因SG01,用于表征土壤的风化程度并对其进行分类。
