The hydrogenation mother station generally uses the self-industrial byproduct hydrogen of a chemical plant, the stable supply of upstream raw material gas is realized, and in addition, the hydrogenation mother station is not provided with a raw material gas or product gas storage tank, so that if the chemical plant is stopped abnormally or detected greatly, the raw material gas in the hydrogenation mother station is interrupted, and the hydrogen for the hydrogenation station is also supplied intermittently, so that the influence is great. And hydrogen is urgently called from other areas, and the normal supply of a hydrogen station is difficult to meet due to the restrictions of conditions such as too far in route, low effective transportation weight of a long-pipe vehicle and the like.

Further, the pressure of the product gas main pipe is controlled not to exceed the design pressure of the inlet of the compressor by adjusting the second reflux regulating valve, so that the safety valve of the inlet of the compressor is prevented from jumping.
And when the residual pressure of the reclaimed gas long pipe vehicle is lower than the lowest working pressure of the inlet of the compressor, switching another reclaimed gas long pipe vehicle, and continuing filling.
Further, when the residual gas of the recovered gas long pipe vehicle is not required to be used, the second compressor bypass valve is closed so as to avoid the compressor blow-by.
Further, the residual pressure of the reclaimed gas long pipe vehicle needs to be higher than the lowest working pressure of the compressor, otherwise, the compressor cannot work normally.
