When the tip sleeve 3 is at the second station, the hook 602 is inserted into the second groove 605 and abuts against the second abutting surface 607, the elastic restoring member 5 is in an initial compression amount and has repulsive force, so that the tip of the tip sleeve 3 keeps away from the pen container 1, and the pen point is embedded in the tip sleeve 3. When the pen is used, a user pushes the nib sleeve 3 towards the pen container 1, the hook 602 passes through the sliding inclined plane on the limiting block 609 and is inserted into the first groove 604, the hook 602 is abutted with the first abutting surface 606, the compression amount of the elastic resetting piece is increased, the nib is exposed due to the inward retraction of the nib sleeve 3, and at the moment, the nib sleeve 3 is in the first station. When the pen is not needed, the key 61 is pressed, the key 61 drives the control hook 62 to move, the hook body 602 passes through the limiting block 609 and is separated from contact with the first abutting surface 606, the limiting hook 63 and the tip sleeve 3 move outwards under the elastic force of the reset elastic piece 5 until the hook body 602 returns to the second groove body 605 and abuts against the second abutting surface 607, the tip sleeve 3 is switched from the first station to the second station, at the moment, the key 61 is released, the key 61 is reset under the action force of the auxiliary elastic piece 601, the contact area of the hook body 602 and the second abutting surface 607 is increased, the tip sleeve 3 cannot be separated from the pen container 1, and the movement of the pen container 1 is kept under the action force of the elastic reset piece 5, so that the pen point is stabilized to the second station, and the built-in state of the pen point is kept.
When the refill 2 is replaced, the key 61 is pressed to the bottom, the distance between the arc top of the auxiliary arc surface 613 on the hook 602 fixedly connected with the key and the arc top of the unhooking arc surface 608 is reduced, but the arc top of the unhooking arc surface 608 is only abutted against the arc bottom of the auxiliary arc surface 613, at this time, the unhooking arc surface 608 still cannot completely cross the hook 602, which is a protective size design, namely, when the key 61 is prevented from being touched to the bottom by mistake, the tip sleeve 3 is caused to be unhooked accidentally under the continuous elastic force of the elastic reset piece 5. The tip sleeve 3 is pulled outwards until the tip sleeve 3 is separated from the pen container 1, the pen core 2 is exposed, the pen core 2 is replaced at the moment, and the tip sleeve 3 is reinstalled, so that the core replacement can be smoothly completed.
Correspondingly, when the control structure 4, the pen core 2 and the tip sleeve 3 are respectively provided with two, the control structure 4 is respectively arranged towards two ends of the pen container 1 and is connected with the corresponding tip sleeve 3, wherein the control structure 4 comprises two keys 61 and two auxiliary elastic pieces 601, the two keys 61 are oppositely arranged, the two auxiliary elastic pieces 601 are arranged at intervals, and two ends of the auxiliary elastic pieces 601 are respectively abutted to the two keys 61.
Based on this, when the structure is a double-ended pen, the keys 61 are provided in two, and the pen container 1 is provided with two coaxial operation holes 101 such that the two keys 61 are disposed opposite to each other and connected by the sub elastic member 601. For the control structure 4, the key 61 is arranged in a central symmetry way by taking the position of the key 61 as the center, so that the volume can be reduced, and the normal operation is ensured. Simultaneously, the two control structures 4 are respectively corresponding to the opposite keys 61, and the two functions of station switching of the tip sleeve 3 and disassembling and assembling of the pen core 2 are realized through the difference of pressing amplitudes, so that the internal structure of the pen container 1 is greatly simplified, and the simplicity of the appearance of the pen container 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the key 61 are provided with a clamping bar 611 for clamping the pen container 1, and on the basis of this, the key 61 is prevented from being separated from the pen container 1 after receiving the elastic force of the auxiliary elastic member 601 by the clamping bar 611. The bottom surface of the key 61 is provided with a sleeve joint shaft 612 which is adapted to the auxiliary elastic member 601, and the auxiliary elastic member 601 is sleeved on the sleeve joint shaft 612 and connected with the key 61.
Alternatively, the return elastic member 5 and the auxiliary elastic member 601 are respectively any suitable commercially available coil springs, which have various specifications and a wide selection range.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the tip cover 3 is open at both ends, one end of which is connected to the barrel 1 through the sliding guide cylinder 301, and the other end is gradually convergent and forms an opening adapted to the cartridge 2, and accordingly, the outer circumferential surface of the tip cover 3 is configured to be adapted to the grip surface of the human body;
the sliding guide cylinder 301 is configured into a cylindrical structure with two open ends, a guide groove 302 extending to the tip sleeve 3 is arranged on the inner periphery of the sliding guide cylinder 301, and correspondingly, the limit hook 63 is arranged on the guide groove 302 in a penetrating manner and is connected to the sliding guide cylinder 301; the end of the sliding guide cylinder 301 adjacent to the pen container 1 is provided with a notch 303 for mounting the cartridge 2.
Based on the above design, the tip sleeve 3 is slidably disposed in the barrel 1 through the sliding guide cylinder 301, and when the tip sleeve 3 switches stations, the sliding guide cylinder 301 slides reciprocally along the end of the barrel 1 to guide the moving path, so that the tip sleeve 3 slides stably and reliably under constraint. Meanwhile, when the pen is configured as a double-ended pen, two pen cores 2 are arranged in the pen container 1, and the holding hand feeling is affected by the overlarge pen container 1, so as shown in fig. 7, the volume of the pen container 1 is narrowed as much as possible, when the inner diameter of the too narrow sliding guide cylinder 301 is inconvenient for assembling and disassembling the pen cores 2, a notch 303 is arranged on the sliding guide cylinder 301, and when the pen cores 2 are relatively inclined towards the sliding guide cylinder 301, the sectional area of the notch 303 on the inclined surface is larger, so that the smooth assembling and disassembling of the pen cores 2 is realized.
It is easy to understand that on the basis of guaranteeing to hold the feel, the point cover 3 can be constructed to be arbitrary suitable shape, and each finger pressure contact point atress area is bigger when making point cover 3 hold, and atress position is more reasonable, has promoted the comfort level and the fluency of exerting oneself when writing.
Preferably, the sliding guide cylinder 301 is sleeved with an elastic ring 304, and the elastic ring 304 is positioned at the joint of the tip sleeve 3 and the sliding guide cylinder 301. Based on this, the elastic ring 304 is used in cooperation with the reset elastic member 5, and gives a certain buffer when the tip cover 3 switches stations, improving the hand feeling. When the tip cover 3 is in the first station, the elastic ring 304 is made of elastic material to close the fine gap between the tip cover 3 and the pen container 1, so that the overall appearance sense of the pen in a writable state is enhanced.
In addition, when the pen is configured as a double-ended pen, the two elastic rings 304 select the colors corresponding to the respective pen cores 2, so as to play a role in color indication, facilitate a user to quickly identify what colors are respectively formed by the pen cores at each end, and avoid the embarrassment and inefficiency that the user can only draw one pen to confirm the colors when no mark exists.
Further, the tip sleeve 3, the sliding guide cylinder 301 and the limiting hooks 63 are sequentially connected, so that displacement of the limiting hooks 63 is transmitted to the tip sleeve 3, and reciprocating sliding of the tip sleeve 3 relative to the pen container 1 is achieved. Based on this, when the pen is constructed as a double-ended pen, the nib 3 is preferably integrally formed with the sliding guide cylinder 301, and the stopper hook 63 is inserted and fixed into the sliding guide cylinder 301. When the pen is configured as a single-head pen, the sliding guide cylinder 301 is preferably integrally formed with the limit hooks 63, and the sliding guide cylinder 301 is then inserted and fixed to the tip cover 3.
In one possible embodiment, when the pen core 2 and the nib 3 are provided one each, the pen container 1 is closed at one end and the stopper 7 is configured as a closed end of the pen container 1. Based on the structure, the pen is constructed as a single-head pen, so that the structural characteristics of the pen container 1 are fully utilized, the number of parts is reduced, the structure is simplified, and the failure rate is reduced.
It is easy to understand that when the pen is configured as a single-head pen, the pen container 1, the pen core 2, the tip sleeve 3 and the control structure 4 are respectively provided with one, the tip sleeve 3 is detachably arranged at one end of the pen container 1, the pen core 2 is inserted into the pen container 1, one end of the pen core 2 is abutted to the closed end of the pen container, the other end of the pen core is arranged on the tip sleeve 3 in a penetrating manner, and the control structure is arranged on the pen container 1 and used for controlling the position of the tip sleeve 3 so that the tip sleeve 3 is switched between the first station and the second station.
It is easy to understand that the working principle of the control structure 4 has been described in connection with its structure, and will not be described in detail here.
In another possible implementation, when two cartridges 2 and sleeves 3 are provided, respectively, the pen container 1 is open at both ends, and the stopper 7 is configured as a bar fixed to the pen container 1. Based on this, when the pen is constructed as a double-ended pen, the stop lever is utilized to realize the limit, so that the pen refill 2 is ensured to be fixed in the pen container 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, two cartridges 2 are installed in the pen container 1, and only the middle of the pen container 1 has a space for installing a stop lever, so the stop lever is configured as an L-shaped lever, the L-shaped lever is fixed on the pen container 1 and extends toward the tail of the cartridge 2, and the portion of the L-shaped lever beyond the tail of the cartridge 2 is bent and abutted against the cartridge 2.

1. A pen, which is characterized by comprising a pen container (1), a pen core (2) and a tip sleeve (3);
the pen comprises a pen holder (1), a pen core (2) and a tip sleeve (3), wherein the pen holder (1) is provided with an opening at one end and a closing at one end, the pen core (2) is inserted on the pen holder (1), and the tip sleeve (3) is arranged at the closing end of the pen holder (1) in a sliding manner; accordingly, the pen is configured as a single-ended pen;
or two pen cores (2) and two tip sleeves (3) are respectively arranged, two ends of the pen container (1) are open, the two pen cores (2) are inserted into the pen container (1) at intervals, and the pen points of the two pen cores (2) face opposite directions; the two tip sleeves (3) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the pen container (1) in a sliding manner; accordingly, the pen is configured as a dual-headed pen;
the pen container (1) is provided with a control structure (4), and the control structure (4) is used for controlling the positions of the nib sleeves (3) so that the two nib sleeves (3) are respectively provided with a first station where the nib is exposed and a second station where the nib is concealed.
2. Pen according to claim 1, characterized in that the control structure (4) is provided with one or two and that the control structure (4), the cartridge (2) and the nib (3) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.

the sliding guide cylinder (301) is of a cylindrical structure with two open ends, a guide groove (302) extending to the tip sleeve (3) is formed in the inner periphery of the sliding guide cylinder (301), and correspondingly, the limiting hooks (63) are arranged on the guide groove (302) in a penetrating mode and connected to the sliding guide cylinder (301); one end of the sliding guide cylinder (301) adjacent to the pen container (1) is provided with a notch (303) for installing the pen core (2).
