90-100 parts of water, anagaain TM 20-23 parts of vitamin E and derivatives thereof, 0.5-1.0 part of collagen tripeptide, 0.9-2.0 parts of rice bran oil powder, 0.4-1.5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, 1.5-3.3 parts of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 7-8 parts of vitamin B6.3-0.4 part of selenium disulfide, 0.7-1.5 parts of sour cherry and 10-15 parts of sour cherry;
further, the anti-hair loss and hair growth essence comprises the following components in parts by weight:
95 parts of water, anagaain TM 21 parts of vitamin E and derivatives thereof, 0.6 part of collagen tripeptide, 1.2 parts of rice bran oil powder, 1.0 part of fructooligosaccharides, 7 parts of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 0.3 part of vitamin B6, 0.9 part of selenium disulfide and 13 parts of sour cherries.
Further, the mass ratio of the salvia miltiorrhiza exosome, the polygonum multiflorum exosome and the saffron exosome is (0.5-1.0) to 2:1.

(3) Adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A for homogenizing for 3-7 minutes, wherein the homogenizing temperature is 75-80 ℃, sterilizing, cooling, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain a mixture;
(4) Adding Anagain to the cooled mixture TM Uniformly mixing vitamin E, vitamin E derivatives and vitamin B6, cooling to 30-35 ℃, and discharging to obtain a plant exosome composition;
(5) Sterilizing the mixed solution by adopting a high-temperature instantaneous sterilization mode at 110-130 ℃ for 2-8 s;
(6) Cooling the sterilized mixed solution to below 30 ℃ and then carrying out aseptic filling to obtain the finished product.
Further, in the step (1), the heating, mixing and stirring speed is 10-30 r/min, and the stirring time is 15-30 min.
Further, the vacuum degree of the centrifugal thin film evaporator in the step (2) is required to be 0.5 Mpa-0.8 Mpa for concentration.
Further, the finished product can be prepared into clinically applicable hard capsules, tablets, granules, oral liquid and beverages.

(2) Adding sour cherry into a mixed solution of butanediol and glycol, heating, mixing and stirring until the sour cherry is completely dissolved, and stopping concentrating when the concentration is controlled to be 30% -50% by adopting a centrifugal thin film evaporator to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) Adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A for homogenizing for 3-7 minutes, wherein the homogenizing temperature is 75-80 ℃, sterilizing, cooling, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain a mixture;

Comparative examples 1 to 7
Comparative examples 1 to 7 are comparative examples of the hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting essence of the present invention, and the components and parts by weight of the components of comparative examples 1 to 7 are shown in Table 3

The preparation method of the essence with the hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting functions in comparative examples 1 to 7 is the same as that in examples 1 to 13.
Experiments on hair growth effects of preventing hair loss
50 patients are selected, wherein men account for 80%, women account for 20%, the disease course is 10 years at the longest, 2 years at the shortest, and the ages are between 20 and 60.
The using method comprises the following steps: the prepared hair tonic is taken as a test agent, the dosage of the hair tonic is 1-2g for patients to take orally, the hair tonic is taken 2 times a day (each time in the morning and evening), the hair tonic is taken for 4 weeks as a treatment course, and the hair tonic is continuously used for 4 treatment courses with no interruption in the middle.

70-120 parts of water, anagaain TM 15-28 parts of vitamin E and derivatives thereof, 0.1-0.6 part of collagen tripeptide, 0.5-1.5 parts of rice bran oil powder, 0.2-1.2 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, 0.8-1.6 parts of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 5-10 parts of vitamin B6.1-0.2 parts of selenium disulfide, 0.7-1.9 parts of sour cherry and 10-18 parts of sour cherry.
2. The anti-hair-loss and hair-growing essence according to claim 1, wherein the anti-hair-loss and hair-growing essence comprises the following components in parts by weight:

5. The anti-hair loss and hair growth essence according to claim 1, wherein the sour cherry is obtained by extraction.
6. The anti-hair loss and hair growth essence according to claim 5, wherein the extraction solvent is ethanol.
7. A method for preparing the hair loss preventing and hair growing essence according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Adding collagen tripeptide, hyaluronic acid, selenium disulfide, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid and fructo-oligosaccharide into water, heating, mixing and stirring until the collagen tripeptide, the hyaluronic acid, the selenium disulfide, the 10-hydroxydecanoic acid and the fructo-oligosaccharide are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) Adding sour cherry into a mixed solution of butanediol and glycol, heating, mixing and stirring until the sour cherry is completely dissolved, and stopping concentrating when the concentration is controlled to be 30% -50% by adopting a centrifugal thin film evaporator to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) Adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A for homogenizing for 3-7 minutes, wherein the homogenizing temperature is 75-80 ℃, sterilizing, cooling, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain a mixture;
(4) Adding Anagain to the cooled mixture TM Uniformly mixing vitamin E, vitamin E derivatives and vitamin B6, cooling to 30-35 ℃, and discharging to obtain a plant exosome composition;
(5) Sterilizing the mixed solution by adopting a high-temperature instantaneous sterilization mode at 110-130 ℃ for 2-8 s;
(6) Cooling the sterilized mixed solution to below 30 ℃ and then carrying out aseptic filling to obtain the finished product.
8. The method for preparing hair loss preventing and hair growing essence according to claim 7, wherein the heating, mixing and stirring rate in the step (1) is 10-30 r/min, and the stirring time is 15-30 min.
9. The method for preparing hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting essence according to claim 7, wherein the vacuum degree of the centrifugal thin film evaporator in the step (2) is required to be 0.5Mpa to 0.8Mpa for concentration.
