Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. The virtual number renting method aims at the technical problems of low virtual number resource utilization rate and high virtual number renting cost. The embodiment of the invention provides a virtual number processing method, as shown in fig. 1, which comprises the following steps:
101. and responding to a call request of the target user and the associated user, acquiring a target virtual number pair from a virtual number storage space, and acquiring virtual number use state information and service types of target orders corresponding to the target user and the associated user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target user and the associated user are clients and service personnel in any service order in the medical service project, the target user can be a client or a service personnel, the corresponding associated user can be a service personnel or a client, namely, the party sending the call request can be a client or a service personnel, wherein the client in one service order is usually one person, the service personnel corresponding to the client can be one person or a plurality of persons, and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited.
When a target user sends a call request to an associated user, a current execution subject responds to the request and acquires a target virtual number pair for the call from a virtual number storage space, wherein the current execution subject may be user terminal equipment, for example, computer equipment, mobile terminal equipment and the like, or may be a front-end server corresponding to the user terminal equipment, the virtual number storage space is configured in a back-end server, for example, a cloud server, or another local server, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited in detail. In order to further evaluate the processing mode of the virtual number, virtual number use state information of the global virtual number in the virtual number storage space and order information of a target order formed by the target user and the associated user are also required to be obtained. The virtual number usage status information is used for representing real-time usage status of the virtual number, for example, current occupancy rate of the virtual number, idle virtual number quantity, current idle virtual number duty ratio and the like. The target order may be a digital medical related service order such as a consultation service order, a appointment register service order, an appointment review service order, an appointment settlement service order, a medical record copying service order, and the like, which is not limited in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, because the target order is an order in the medical service scene, the waiting period between the generation time and the execution time of the order is long, that is, the execution time of the order is long after the order is generated, in order to avoid that the virtual number is occupied by the order for a long time, the virtual number is not allocated to the order when the order is generated, but the virtual number is acquired again when the target user in the order initiates a call request with the related user, so that the invalid occupation time of the virtual number can be effectively reduced, the utilization rate of the virtual number is improved, meanwhile, the virtual number quantity to be prepared can be greatly reduced due to the improvement of the utilization rate of the virtual number, and the rent of the virtual number is reduced, thereby effectively reducing the use cost of the virtual number.
102. And determining virtual number binding time according to the service class of the target order and the virtual number use state information.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the utilization rate of the virtual number and ensure the use experience of the user based on the virtual number, the binding time of the virtual number and the real number is determined according to the service class of the order and the use state information of the virtual number, namely, how long the virtual number is released after the virtual number is distributed to the target user and the related user. In order to enable the virtual number binding time to be accurately matched with specific service requirements and implemented virtual number occupation requests, the orders are subjected to service category classification according to the number of expected calls required, for example, the number of expected calls of the orders such as voice registration service orders, reservation settlement service orders and the like is one, and the orders are classified into single call service categories; the accompanying service order and the medical record copying service order may need repeated conversation between the client and the service personnel for a plurality of times and are divided into single conversation service categories, and the service category division of different orders is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the invention. In addition, the usage status information of the virtual number is directly related to the binding time of the virtual number, if the occupancy rate of the virtual number is high, if a call request is further sent, no virtual number can be allocated, so that when the binding time of the virtual number is long, the binding time of the virtual number needs to be further adjusted by combining the usage status information of the virtual number.
It should be noted that, because the target orders of different service classes have different requirements for repeated calls, for example, when the service class is a single call class, the likelihood of communicating again after the call is indicated to be low, and when the service class is a repeated call class, the likelihood of communicating again after the call is indicated to be high. Therefore, the virtual number binding time is determined according to different service categories, so that the user can call back on the basis of the virtual number, the user experience is improved, and meanwhile, the situation that virtual numbers are released and distributed for a group of call actual number pairs for multiple times in a short time can be avoided, and the system data processing load is reduced.
103. And binding the target virtual number pair with the real number of the target user and the real number of the associated user according to the virtual number binding time so as to enable the target user to communicate with the associated user based on the virtual number.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the binding time of the virtual number and the target virtual number pair are determined, in order to realize the call between the target user and the associated user, the two virtual numbers in the target virtual number pair are respectively bound with the actual numbers of the target user and the associated user, and the binding time of the virtual number is configured, so that the target user and the associated user can carry out the call based on the virtual number. Through the binding of the virtual numbers, the communication between the user and the service personnel can be ensured only through the order service platform or in the virtual number binding time, and when the order fails or the virtual number binding time exceeds, the communication between the user and the service personnel can not be performed, so that the personal privacy of the user and the service personnel is effectively ensured.
For further explanation and limitation, as shown in fig. 2, before the step of responding to the call request of the target user and the associated user to obtain the target virtual number pair from the virtual number storage space, the method further includes:
201. and acquiring the occupancy rate of the first virtual number.
202. And if the occupancy rate of the first virtual number is smaller than a first occupancy rate threshold, acquiring a first historical virtual number pair of an expected user and an associated user of the expected user in an order to be executed within a preset time period.
203. And matching a candidate multiplexing number pair from the idle virtual number set based on the first historical virtual number, and forwarding the candidate multiplexing number pair to the multiplexing virtual number set.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the medical service orders often have the conditions associated with the previous historical orders, for example, the re-diagnosis of patients, like some chronic patients, is often required to be re-diagnosed to a hospital at intervals, so that new orders of the same service personnel and the same patients as the historical orders are generated, and in order to improve the identification degree of the user on the virtual numbers, the virtual numbers are prevented from being refused to be taken as nuisance calls, and the virtual numbers are multiplexed as much as possible. Specifically, the virtual numbers in the virtual number storage space are divided into two sets, namely an idle virtual number set and a multiplexing virtual number set. And extracting the expected user and the associated user information corresponding to the expected user in the order to be executed within a preset time period at a preset time point, inquiring whether the current expected user and the associated user corresponding to the expected user pass through the virtual number groove before based on the information in the use condition of the historical virtual number, and deleting the virtual number used in the history from the idle virtual number set and storing the virtual number into the multiplexing virtual number set if the current expected user and the associated user corresponding to the expected user pass through the virtual number groove before, so that the number is prevented from being acquired by other users. The time for acquiring the first virtual number occupancy may be at a preset time point, for example, a time point of daily hospital consultation, or each whole point in a hospital consultation time period, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The preset time period may be a time period from the current time point to the end time of the current day, or may be 1 hour or 2 hours of the current time point, which is not limited in particular. The first occupancy threshold may be 50% and 60%, or may be customized according to specific application requirements, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, the premise of virtual number multiplexing is that the occupancy rate of the current virtual number (occupancy rate of the first virtual number) is smaller than a first occupancy rate threshold, that is, multiplexing of the virtual numbers needs to be implemented on the premise of meeting the use requirement of the virtual numbers, if the occupancy rate of the current first virtual number is greater than the first occupancy rate threshold, it indicates that the use of the current virtual number is tense, and the multiplexed virtual number cannot be reserved. In addition, the virtual number multiplexing set may set a release time, and if the candidate multiplexing number pair is not allocated within the preset time, release it to the idle virtual number set. Through the virtual number occupancy rate and the candidate multiplexing number of the expected order, the available multiplexing number is reserved for the user to be subjected to review while the normal allocation efficiency of the virtual number is not affected, so that the user experience quality is improved on the basis of guaranteeing the use of the virtual number.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for further explanation and limitation, after the binding the target virtual number pair with the real number of the target user and the real number of the associated user according to the virtual number binding time, the method further includes:
Acquiring a second virtual number occupancy rate;
if the occupancy rate of the second virtual number is larger than a second occupancy rate threshold value, historical use information of the candidate multiplexing number pair is obtained;
and calculating a number multiplexing release coefficient according to the last call time and the call frequency, and forwarding the candidate multiplexing number pairs of which the multiplexing release coefficient meets a preset release condition from the multiplexing virtual number set to the idle virtual number set.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second occupancy rate threshold is used for representing that the occupancy rate of the virtual number is higher, and when the occupancy rate of the second virtual number is larger than the threshold, the candidate multiplexing number reserved in the virtual number multiplexing set needs to be released in time. The value of the second occupancy rate threshold may be 80%, 85%, etc., or other higher occupancy rates may be customized according to specific application requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited specifically. When the candidate multiplex number needs to be released, in order to determine which candidate multiplex number pairs are released preferentially, historical usage information of the candidate multiplex number pairs needs to be acquired, and the historical usage information includes last call time and call frequency of the associated user of the expected user and the expected user. Calculating a release coefficient for evaluating the release weight of the candidate multiplex number according to the last call time and the call frequency, specifically calculating a call time interval (days) according to the last call time and the current time, and determining the release coefficient by a provider of the call time interval and the call frequency, for example, 2 times that a client and a service person are contacted, the last contact time is 2023-05-01, the current time 2023-06-01, and the corresponding candidate multiplex virtual number a; b, the customer and the service personnel are contacted for 3 times, the last contact time 2023-04-01, the current time 2023-06-01 and the current binding of the virtual number B are carried out; c customer and service personnel contact 1 time, last contact time 2023-03-01, current time 2023-06-01, currently bind virtual number C, then a is 30/2=15, b is 60/3=20, C is 90/1=90, then the release order of a, b, C is C, b, a in turn, for example, the preset release condition is that two order bits before release order, then b, C are released. The preset release condition may be a value of the release coefficient or a sequence of the release coefficient, where the sequence condition may be determined according to a difference between the second virtual number occupancy rate and the second occupancy rate threshold, if the difference is larger, 10 are released, and if the difference is smaller, 5 are released, or may be set according to specific application requirements, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited specifically.
It should be noted that, by monitoring the occupancy rate of the virtual numbers and combining the monitoring result to timely and properly release the candidate multiplexing virtual numbers in the virtual number multiplexing set, it can be further ensured that the reservation of the multiplexing virtual numbers does not affect the normal use of the virtual numbers.
In one embodiment of the present invention, for further explanation and limitation, the obtaining, in response to a call request from a target user to an associated user, a target virtual number pair from a virtual number storage space includes:
acquiring a second historical virtual number pair of the historical call between the target user and the associated user;
if the multiplexing virtual number set contains a candidate multiplexing number pair matched with the second historical virtual number pair, determining the candidate multiplexing number as a target virtual number;
and if the multiplexing virtual number set does not contain the second historical virtual number pair, randomly extracting any virtual number pair from the idle virtual number set as a target virtual number.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of acquiring the target virtual number pair from the virtual number storage space, a historical virtual number pair used in the previous communication between the target user and the associated user, namely a second historical virtual number pair, is acquired, wherein the second historical virtual number pair can be empty, namely the current communication between the target user and the associated user is the first communication, and any virtual number pair is randomly extracted from the idle virtual number set to serve as the target virtual number. If the second historical virtual number pair is more than one, the number used by last communication is used as the second historical virtual number of the matched candidate multiplexing number pair. And if the multiplexing virtual number set does not contain the second historical virtual number pair, indicating that the candidate multiplexing number pair is probably occupied, randomly extracting any virtual number pair from the idle virtual number set to serve as a target virtual number.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for further explanation and limitation, the determining the virtual number binding time according to the service class of the target order and the virtual number usage status information includes:
if the business category of the target order is a first business category, determining a first preset binding time as virtual number binding time;
and if the service class of the target order is the second service class, determining virtual number binding time according to the virtual number use state information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service categories comprise a first service category and a second service category, wherein the first service category is used for representing single call service, and the second service category is used for representing multiple call service. The first preset binding time is second-level time, namely, the target virtual number is released immediately after the call relationship between the target user and the associated user is established. Because the release of the virtual number does not affect normal conversation, when the service type of the target order is word conversation service, the virtual number is released after conversation is established, and the utilization rate of the virtual number can be effectively improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for further explanation and limitation, if the service class of the target order is the second service class, determining the virtual number binding time according to the virtual number usage status information includes:
If the third virtual number occupancy rate is smaller than the third occupancy rate threshold and the virtual number remaining amount is larger than the preset remaining amount threshold, determining a second preset binding time as a virtual number binding time;
if the third virtual number occupancy rate is smaller than the third occupancy rate threshold or the virtual number remaining amount is larger than the preset remaining amount threshold, determining a third preset binding time as virtual number binding time;
and if the third virtual number occupancy rate is greater than or equal to the third occupancy rate threshold or the virtual number remaining amount is less than or equal to the preset remaining amount threshold, calculating to obtain virtual number binding time based on the third virtual number occupancy rate or the virtual number remaining amount and the third preset binding time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the virtual number usage status information at least comprises one of a third virtual number occupancy rate and a virtual number remaining amount occupancy rate. The second preset binding time is greater than the third preset binding time. In the determining process of the virtual number binding time, the virtual number binding time can be determined according to the virtual number occupancy rate and/or the comparison result of the virtual number remaining quantity and the corresponding threshold value. When the occupancy rate of the third virtual number is smaller than the third occupancy rate threshold and the remaining amount of the virtual number is larger than the preset remaining amount threshold, the virtual number is indicated to be more idle, and longer binding time (second preset binding time) can be given. When the occupancy rate of the third virtual number is smaller than the third occupancy rate threshold, or the remaining amount of the virtual number is larger than the preset remaining amount threshold, only one of the occupancy rate and the remaining amount satisfies the corresponding threshold, which indicates that the currently idle virtual number can satisfy the expected requirement, but the idle amount is smaller than the former case, and the third virtual number can be given shorter time than the second preset binding time, namely the third preset binding time, so that the situation that the virtual number is used in tension is avoided. When the third virtual number occupancy rate is greater than or equal to the third occupancy rate threshold or the virtual number remaining amount is less than or equal to the preset remaining amount threshold, it indicates that the current virtual number is relatively tense in resource usage, and the third preset binding time needs to be subjected to shrinkage adjustment based on the third virtual number occupancy rate or the virtual number remaining amount as a correction coefficient, for example, the ratio of the third occupancy rate threshold to the third virtual number occupancy rate is used as the correction coefficient, and the ratio is multiplied by the third preset binding time to obtain the virtual number binding time, and the larger the third virtual number occupancy rate is, the smaller the correction coefficient is, and the smaller the calculated virtual number binding time is. The setting of the third occupancy threshold and the preset remaining amount threshold may represent different occupancy levels, for example, the third occupancy threshold may be 50%, and the third occupancy level corresponding to the preset remaining amount threshold may be 65%. The specific values of the third occupancy rate threshold, the preset remaining amount threshold, the second preset binding time and the third preset binding time can be customized according to specific application scenes, and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that, by using the third occupancy rate threshold value and the preset remaining amount threshold value as the determination basis of the virtual number binding time together, the virtual number binding time can be more accurate, so that the multiplexing requirement of the user on the virtual number in a short time is fully met, and meanwhile, the occupancy rate of the virtual number is adjusted, so that the allocation requirement of the virtual number is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for further explanation and limitation, after the binding the target virtual number pair with the real number of the target user and the real number of the associated user according to the virtual number binding time, the method further includes:
acquiring execution progress information of the target order, and updating the virtual number binding time to zero if the execution progress information contains information representing the end of order execution; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and acquiring real-time positioning information of a terminal used by the target user, and updating the virtual number binding time to zero if the real-time positioning information is not matched with the address attribute of the target order.
It should be noted that, in order to further accelerate the accuracy of virtual number binding time control, the virtual number binding time is dynamically adjusted based on the execution progress information of the target order or the geographical positioning information of the user terminal. Specifically, when the execution progress information includes information indicating that the execution of the order is finished, the current order is indicated to be finished, and if the binding time of the virtual number is finished at this time, the binding time can be updated to zero, i.e. the binding virtual number is released. The information representing the end of order execution is explicit information indicating that the current order has ended, for example, in a diagnosis accompanying scene, a diagnosis accompanying person submits a diagnosis accompanying end node, or the patient receives a diagnosis accompanying completion report. In the scene related to the off-line inquiry, whether the order is ended or not can be determined according to the relation between the positioning information of the patient and the hospital for treatment, if the positioning information of the patient exceeds the preset address fence of the hospital for treatment, the order is indicated to be ended, the binding of the virtual number can be ended, the binding time is updated to be zero, and the virtual number is released.
It should be noted that, through adjusting the binding time of the virtual number based on the order execution progress information and the user positioning information, the binding time of the virtual number can be organically associated with the order execution state and the user positioning of the digital medical platform, and the dynamic and accurate adjustment of the binding time of the virtual number is realized based on the linkage between different information, so that the flexibility and the scene adaptability of the binding time of the virtual number are improved, the service efficiency of the virtual number is further improved, the capacity of the virtual number capacity pool is reduced, and the service cost of the virtual number is reduced.
