Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the embodiments of the present application, a technical solution in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The application utilizes the following characteristics of the passive electronic tag:
1. the passive electronic tag has low cost, and each tag has a unique unalterable ID identity code without additional power supply, and the passive electronic tag reader-writer can be used for carrying out wireless reading and writing on the tag and storing data in the tag;
2. the smart phone has the functions of encrypting, reading and writing data and locking data of the NFC electronic tag through the password;
the NFC/UHF (ultra high frequency) double-frequency electronic tag shares the data storage space of the electronic tag through two different communication channels, the mobile phone with the NFC function can write data into the double-frequency tag through a password in a short distance, and meanwhile, the UHF electronic tag reader-writer can penetrate common personal luggage or other external packages needing to monitor assets in a longer distance to read the data of the double-frequency electronic tag sharing the data storage space.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the application adds anti-theft information which can only be written by using a password, besides the unique identity ID of the passive electronic tag, wherein the anti-theft information at least comprises 'anti-theft state information' of an asset associated with the passive electronic tag or 'guardian' of the monitored person, which is collectively called 'anti-theft state information', and contact information of the asset monitor person, such as a mobile phone number, and the like, and can also comprise information of a temporary monitor person, names of the monitored person, and the like if necessary; of course, this information can also be replaced by a passive electronic tag ID tied to the supervisor contact information; such passive electronic tags with "anti-theft information" are called anti-theft electronic tags. The anti-theft electronic tag has two anti-theft states: i.e., a "locked" or "open" state of the asset, or a state in which the person under supervision is "in custody" or "in non-custody", herein collectively referred to as "locked" or "open" states; and the theft-proof state information in the passive electronic tag is respectively assigned with '1' or '0', which can be represented by other numbers. The assignment of the "locking" state "1" herein refers to that when the anti-theft state information of the passive anti-theft electronic tag is assigned to "1" and is read by any other passive electronic tag reader-writer, including a mobile phone with an NFC function, any asset carrying the passive anti-theft electronic tag will be considered as "unauthorized by a host", "illegally" sold asset, or "illegally" coming to the reader-writer or attempting to "stolen" asset through an access channel controlled by the reader-writer; or the person carrying the passive electronic tag belongs to personnel who are not authorized by the supervisor and who are illegal to get to the position of the reader-writer or attempt to enter and exit the channel controlled by the reader-writer. The supervisor can be the owner of the asset to be supervised, or the supervisor of a special person carrying the anti-theft electronic tag, such as a patient under supervision, a child or other person, etc. When the value of 0 is read by any other passive electronic tag reader, any asset carrying the passive anti-theft electronic tag is considered as being ' free ' asset which is allowed by the host ' and is legal to come to the reader or can pass through the access channel controlled by the reader; or a special person carrying the passive anti-theft electronic tag, belongs to a person to be supervised who is allowed by the supervisor, who is legal to come to the position of the reader-writer or who can freely pass through an access channel controlled by the reader-writer, and is shown in figures 2, 3 and 4.
The asset supervisor can use a passive electronic tag reader-writer at any time, such as NFC function in own mobile phone, use APP to change this theft-proof state information assignment of NFC passive theft-proof electronic tag through password, and supervisor's contact information, can also use a simple "electronic key" with passive theft-proof electronic tag password writing function, change theft-proof state information assignment of this passive theft-proof electronic tag through the mode of simple button.
The system can be arranged in places with entrance and exit access control management, such as tourist attractions, shops and transportation hubs, particularly stations needing security inspection and airport entrance and exit channels, passive electronic tag readers capable of reading anti-theft information in passive anti-theft electronic tags, and an anti-theft alarm (such as an audible and visual alarm) device connected with the passive electronic tag readers, and the system can intercept facilities and further comprise a general mobile communication device or other communication devices capable of directly contacting with a supervisor if necessary. The passive electronic tag reader-writer is called a passive electronic tag anti-theft reader-writer or an anti-theft reader-writer for short.
The anti-theft reader-writer arranged at the entrance guard management passage opening always needs to read and write the tag in a long distance, and the conventional long-distance passive electronic tag system in the market all adopts an ultra-high frequency UHF frequency band and meets the ISO-18000-6 standard. And for the general people, only NFC function in the mobile phone is often utilized to communicate with the passive anti-theft electronic tag so as to change the assignment of the anti-theft state information. Therefore, the application uses the ultra-high frequency UHF+high frequency NFC dual-mode tag which can share the data storage space as the passive anti-theft electronic tag recommended to be used by the application, so that the supervisor can conveniently use the NFC function and the password in the personal mobile phone, and the value of the anti-theft state information of the asset or the supervised person can be changed at any time according to the requirement. Meanwhile, in places where the monitored assets or special personnel are required to be monitored, or through places (such as entrance guard management places), an ultra-high frequency anti-theft reader-writer is used, and the anti-theft state information in the passive anti-theft electronic tags in the signal coverage range is read by utilizing the UHF channels in the double-frequency passive anti-theft electronic tags, so that the assets or special personnel on which the passive anti-theft electronic tags are installed or carried are monitored. And the value of the read information carrying the anti-theft state is 1, so that the assets and special personnel of the passive anti-theft electronic tag in the illegal state take corresponding measures. Including but not limited to activating audible and visual alarm devices to alarm, or to block related assets and special personnel, and to guide the person by voice calling the name of the person being supervised, and to notify related management platforms or supervision, etc. And the passive anti-theft electronic tag with the anti-theft state information being assigned as 0 or other passive electronic tags are not interfered.
When the supervisor needs to temporarily entrust other people to replace the supervision responsibility, the supervisor also needs to temporarily authorize the mobile phone APP of the temporary supervisor with the password information written in the passive anti-theft electronic tag 'anti-theft information' through the mobile phone APP.
For convenience and safety, by utilizing the management requirement of the existing mobile phone real-name system, the NFC tag writing password and the mobile phone number of the supervisor can be bound together, namely the mobile phone number of the supervisor or the temporary supervisor is used as the contact information of the supervisor in the passive anti-theft electronic tag; moreover, only by using the APP bound with the mobile phone of the supervisor or the temporary supervisor, the antitheft state information assignment and the mobile phone number of the temporary supervisor in the antitheft label can be changed through the NFC channel on the APP.
Any other person except the supervisor can read the anti-theft state information and the supervisor contact information in the passive anti-theft electronic tag through the passive electronic tag reader-writer or the own mobile phone APP, but the information cannot be changed, because the anti-theft electronic tag can only enter a state that can not be read and written after the supervisor writes the information.
The passive anti-theft electronic tags can be double-frequency electronic tags or single-frequency electronic tags, such as NFC tags or UHF tags, according to specific application scenes; they may be pre-embedded in products such as luggage, bags, clothing, backpacks or shoes when the manufacturer produces the relevant products, or they may be self-contained on the asset or special personnel to be supervised after purchase by the supervisor.
The anti-theft label can also be used for anti-theft supervision of valuable products such as supermarkets, shopping malls and the like, and can also be used for management of storage materials of enterprises, except that the locking identification is uniformly written in during warehouse entry, and is automatically unlocked by a special reader-writer after the warehouse entry is completed during warehouse entry. For example, only after the customer pays, the cashier will use a special electronic tag reader-writer to write the anti-theft identification bit in the electronic tag with the "unlocked" identification,
unlike traditional electronic tag theft prevention, which must rely on network communications, the present application may not require the use of a network to identify stolen assets or manage the supervised person. Therefore, even if the network is disconnected, the work can be performed, so that the stolen assets or illegal access personnel can be timely found, and lost children and old people can be timely found. For unified management, all anti-theft readers can also be connected with a unified management platform through a network.
Embodiment one: for each asset to be supervised, a double-frequency passive anti-theft electronic tag is arranged at a place which is safe and convenient for reading and writing the tag, such as the inner wall of a trunk; or each special person needing supervision, such as children or old people, carries a passive anti-theft electronic tag; the passive anti-theft electronic tag can be embedded into the luggage, or the clothes or shoes of the old in advance in the production process of the luggage, or the clothes and shoes, so that the passive anti-theft electronic tag can be used as the anti-theft luggage, the anti-lost clothes or the shoes of children.
Embodiment two: asset and special personnel supervisor can use APP and password in own cell-phone at any time as required, carries out the assignment of "1" or "0" to the theftproof state information in the passive theftproof electronic tags through NFC passageway to through the voice prompt of cell-phone APP, inform the supervisor that this theftproof electronic tags is in the state, for example "have got into theftproof state" or "have released theftproof state".
Embodiment III: the anti-theft reader-writer is installed in public places through units responsible for anti-theft safety of the places and personnel safety of old people, children and the like, such as stations, airports, communities, parks, scenic spots, entrance guard management entrances and exits of entertainment places and the like; or one or more anti-theft readers are arranged in special areas or dangerous areas which are not allowed to be accessed or approached by general persons in enterprises and public institutions, tourist attractions and construction sites. However, the audible and visual alarm device connected with the reader-writer only plays the warning information of the approaching person.
Embodiment four: in order to provide a better unified management for the passive anti-theft electronic tag anti-theft system, a mechanism responsible for personal asset anti-theft and special personnel supervision, such as an insurance company, or other units, needs to establish a unified personal asset and special personnel supervision service platform. A person or a unit needing personal asset and special personnel supervision service needs to register an anti-theft electronic tag needing supervision on a management platform, and registration contents comprise an ID number of the anti-theft electronic tag, descriptions of the associated asset and special personnel, contact information of the supervision personnel of the asset and the special personnel and the like; at this time, all the anti-theft readers are connected with the management platform through a network, and the anti-theft alarm information generated each time is transmitted to a supervisor through a personal asset and special personnel supervision service platform; the operator of the personal asset and special personnel supervision service platform is responsible for the construction, management and operation of all anti-theft readers and writers, and signs a service contract with the supervision personnel who require to provide supervision services.
The application has obvious social and economic benefits, greatly reduces the asset theft prevention of very headache, and the common problems that the old is lost, children are lost and turned around, and especially the memory-losing old or children can not provide the contact information of the supervisor by themselves with very low cost. By establishing and operating the personal asset and special personnel supervision service platform, the system brings considerable benefits to the operation units, such as insurance companies, as well as the convenience of the vast masses of common people agents.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or system that comprises the element.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiment should not be construed as limiting the application, and the scope of the application should be defined by the appended claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the application.
