Claims (10)

1. The base number-based charging system is characterized by comprising a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, a public function module and a system management function module;
the PC end comprises a configuration management module, a charging management module and a statistical report module;
the system management module is used for user management, organization management, data dictionary function, menu management, role management and authority management;
the mobile terminal is used for paying functions, job positioning, electronic invoices, charging object inquiry, cost approval, user paying management, charging unit management, charging details, message reminding, statistical statement, paying functions and mobile terminal system management;
the public functional module is used for programming global variables, data dictionaries, public interfaces, public methods and public interfaces of the process;
at the PC end, after the user logs in successfully, basic information is configured and input, and a contract and a bill are generated subsequently; the charging management module generates a charging contract through the triggering condition and the charging object, and generates a bill according to the contract timing; and the statistics report module performs statistics in each dimension according to the bill information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein at the PC side, the configuration management module is configured to add, query, modify, and delete charging elements, trigger conditions, charging rules, charging subjects, and charging templates;
the charging management module is used for charging contract management and charging bill management, and generating a charging bill according to charging contract timing;
and the statistics report module is used for sorting the charging record list, the collection pool, the charging proportion graph, the total income monthly line graph and the collection schedule, and generating a charging bill according to the sorted information.

The system of claim 1, wherein the user is configured and entered with basic information after successful login, comprising: the user opens the login interface, performs login verification by inputting a login account number, a password and a verification code, successfully logs in the home page if the information is correct, and prompts error information if the information is wrong.
4. The system according to claim 2, wherein the charging rule is used for matching a rule that the charging object should pay, and the amount to be paid is calculated after matching the charging object by inputting a trigger rule, a charging mode and a charging formula; and acquiring a charging rule list meeting the conditions by inputting the query conditions.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein in the system management module, a user management function is used to add or modify users, assign different roles to different users, complete configuration of users, and support import and export.

The system of claim 1, wherein at the mobile end, the payment function is used for a user to pay a bill after logging in and viewing specific payment content of the bill; acquiring a charging element list meeting the conditions by inputting the query conditions, and carrying out bill payment by clicking a payment button.

The system according to claim 1 or 6, wherein at the mobile terminal, a charging object is created, basic information of the charging object is saved, a charging object list meeting the conditions is obtained by inputting a query condition, a new or modification button is clicked, charging object information is input, and the charging object is successfully added or modified after the saving is clicked.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the global variables include whether a registration function is turned on, an account initial password, a number of account false locks, a generated bill day, a push bill day, a messaging day, a need for rule approval roles, an add order interface address.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal carries out a message reminder to remind not to pay or to carry out a payment notification according to the bill payment status of the user.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the monthly total revenue line graph is configured to analyze monthly total revenue by analyzing billing amounts, billing times, and using annual, billing amount information as a statistical dimension.
