Due to the presence of multiple parties, the data information may be obtained through different channels, and as shown in fig. 1, the data information may be divided into sensor information and document information. The document information may be a supporting document for certifying the attribution of the rights of the product, and the physical characteristics and the rights information of the bulk goods may be verified through the sensor information and the document information. Wherein, the document information may include: the sensor information may include at least one of liquid sensor information, temperature sensor information, flow sensor information, valve sensor information, scale sensor information, global positioning system (global positioning system, GPS) sensor information for the liquid product.
In one possible implementation, in the document information, the warehouse entry order, the warehouse exit order, the warehouse entry plan, and the warehouse exit plan may be provided by a warehouse area, the logistics order, the waybill, the invoice, the purchase and sale contract, the business check report, and the customs clearance may be provided by a cargo owner, the business check report may be provided by a third party measurement mechanism, and the customs clearance may be provided by a customs clearance. The inventory may include the name, weight, location after inventory (e.g., which storage tank was entered), information about the principal, the ID of the associated upstream manifest, and the inventory may include the name, weight, location after inventory (e.g., which storage tank was entered), information about the principal, the ID of the associated upstream planning manifest; the warehousing plans may include the name, weight, location after the warehousing is expected, information about the principal, and ID of the associated upstream planning waybill; the delivery plan may include the name, weight, post-delivery location, information about the principal, and ID of the associated upstream waybill of the product that was delivered; the logistics order may include upstream bill information, product information confirmed by the warehouse area at the time of warehouse entry (e.g., including product name, weight); the invoice and purchase-sale contracts may include product information (e.g., including product name, weight), shipping price, which are confirmed by the consignee and the shipper; the merchant report may include product information (e.g., including product weight) confirmed at the time of the merchant, and in one possible implementation, payment credentials; the customs clearance record may include product information (e.g., including product weight) confirmed at customs clearance.
In the sensor information, the related information may be collected by a corresponding sensor, for example, the liquid sensor information may be collected by a liquid sensor, the liquid sensor may be disposed on the storage tank, and the liquid sensor information may include fluctuation information of the height and the liquid level of the liquid; the temperature sensor information can be collected by a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor can be arranged on the storage tank, the temperature sensor information can comprise the temperature of liquid, and the weight of the liquid can be determined according to the height, the temperature, the known liquid density and the millimeter volume meter of the liquid; the flow sensor information may be collected by a flow sensor, the flow sensor may be disposed on a pipeline from the storage area to a storage tank of a vehicle (e.g., a car, a ship, a train, an airplane, etc.) transporting the product, and the flow sensor information may include a volume of liquid exiting from the storage area and a volume of liquid (i.e., flow variation information of the liquid) entering from the vehicle; the valve sensor information can be collected by a valve sensor (or an electric control valve), the valve sensor can be arranged on an electronic valve of a storage area pipeline, and the valve sensor information can comprise the switching state of a corresponding valve; the scale sensor information may be collected by a scale sensor, which may be disposed at a doorway of a storage area, and may include loading and unloading weights of a carrier transporting the product; the GPS sensor information may be collected by a GPS sensor, which may be disposed on a vehicle (e.g., car, ship, train, plane, etc.) transporting the product, and the GPS sensor information may include location information of the corresponding vehicle.
The sensor information can be acquired by using the internet of things system and stored in the server, and the document information can be uploaded to the internet of things system and stored in the server through a related management system, wherein the management system can be, for example, a warehouse management system (warehouse management system, WMS), a transportation management system (transportation management system, TMS) and the like, and the application is not limited to this, and the document information can be published to the blockchain after the data information stored in the server is standardized. Therefore, the method can acquire the related data information of the product from multiple dimensions, and provide basis for consistency verification, so that the rights of the product can be confirmed. In one possible implementation, the sources of such sensor information and/or document information may also be published to the blockchain, whereby after problem data is discovered, the problem data may be traced to reconfirm the ownership of the product. For example, in the process of transporting bulk cargoes, according to the logistics transportation track of the corresponding carrier uploaded to the blockchain, which is acquired at intervals of a stipulated time (for example, 30 s), so as to carry out consistency check on the logistics transportation information of the bulk cargoes on the carrier, determining whether problem data exist in the process of transporting the bulk cargoes, and providing a basis for changing rights of the bulk cargoes; after the bulk cargo arrives at the warehouse, the document information of the bulk cargo uploaded to the blockchain can be acquired, whether the information indicated in the real storage, account storage and checking storage information of the bulk cargo is consistent with each other or not is determined, and a basis is provided for changing rights of the bulk cargo.
The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. Blockchains are generally divided into three types: public chains (public blockchain), private chains (private blockchain) and federated chains (consortium blockchain). In addition, there are many types of combinations, such as different combinations of private chain+federation chain, federation chain+public chain, and the like. The blockchain in embodiments of the present application may include any type of blockchain network, for example, any one or a combination of any number of common chains, private chains, or federated chains may be employed.
The method for checking the consistency of the data information according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 3, in which fig. 2 illustrates a method for checking the consistency of the data information by referring to the check of the consistency of the logistics transportation information of the target product, and fig. 3 illustrates a method for checking the consistency of the data information by referring to the check of the consistency of the product information of the target product.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a data information consistency check method according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
Step S201, the received data information of the target product is uploaded to the blockchain every preset time.
The target product can be bulk goods, and the bulk goods cannot be checked for product information by using a radio frequency tag technology in the storage and transportation process. The target product may include liquid products such as petroleum, alcohol, beverages, mineral water, etc., products converted from a gaseous or solid state to a liquid state for storage, and products in a gaseous or solid state such as ores, scrap iron, etc.
The data information of the target product may include document information and/or sensor information of the target product, for example, the received data information of the target product may be uploaded to the blockchain every 15 seconds, so that the continuous data information of the target product may be stored in the blockchain, in a possible implementation manner, in a unit of a carrier (for example, a car, a ship, an airplane, etc.) during transportation, the data information of the target product may be received, and the data information of the target product on one carrier may be bound with track information in the corresponding sensor information (corresponding to track information corresponding to the carrier), for example, the track collected by the GPS sensor may be bound with track information in the corresponding sensor information of the target product on one carrier, and uploaded to the blockchain, and after the target product arrives at the warehouse, the data information of the target product may be received in units of a storage tool (for example, a storage tank, etc.) and uploaded to the blockchain, in a unit of bulk cargo may be divided, and in a unit of a bulk cargo may be transported, the data information of the target product on one carrier may be bound with track information of the corresponding sensor information of the target product on the carrier may be bound with track information of the corresponding carrier on the carrier.
Step S202, according to the acquired data information consistency check request for the target product, acquiring the data information related to the target product from the blockchain.
In one possible implementation, a data information consistency check request for the target product may be generated to verify the data information consistency of the current target product, preventing the target product from being handled and stolen privately, if the data information of the target product is not received beyond a predetermined time threshold. The consistency check result can provide basis for the identification of the rights of the target product.
In one possible implementation manner, the data information consistency check request for the target product can be generated at any time according to the requirement so as to determine the data information consistency of the current target product, thereby determining the ownership information of the current target product. During transportation, the data information consistency check request may include a request for consistency check of logistics transportation information of the target product, so as to determine whether actual logistics track information and planned logistics transportation route information are consistent. In a possible implementation manner, in the transportation process, whether the information about the carrier (including driver information and the like), the information about the target product, the information about the delivery object of the target product and the like correspond to each other or not can be determined, so that a basis can be better provided for identifying the rights of the target product. The related data information can be obtained from the blockchain to ensure that the related data is reliable and credible. In one possible implementation manner, the source of the related data information can also be uploaded on the blockchain for verification, so that the rights attribution and physical characteristics of the target product can be traced, and therefore, when the data information with problems is verified, the source party of the problems can be traced. The following describes the process of checking the consistency of the logistics transportation information of the target product through steps S203 to S205.
Step S203, determining the actual logistics track information of the target product according to the GPS sensor information.
For example, the actual logistics transportation track information of the target product can be determined through the position change of the carrier acquired by the GPS sensor.
Step S204, the planned logistics transportation track information of the target product is determined according to at least one of the warehouse entry order, the warehouse exit plan order, the logistics commission order.
The determined planned logistics transportation track information of the target product can comprise a departure place, a destination, a stopped place, a planned transportation route and the like of the target product.
In one possible implementation, the planned logistics transportation track information for determining the target product can be identified from the above information through natural language understanding techniques and/or computer vision techniques.
Step S205, whether the actual logistics transportation track information of the target product is consistent with the planned logistics transportation track information is determined, and if so, the data information of the target product is determined to be consistent.
For example, when the actual logistics transportation trajectory of the target product is the planned transportation route in the planned logistics transportation trajectory information or the shortest path from the departure point to the destination, it may be determined that the actual logistics transportation trajectory information of the target product and the planned logistics transportation trajectory information coincide.
Taking a ship as an example, because the ship height of the ship cannot exceed the limit height of a bridge of a inland river, and the ship cannot travel a shallower river channel when the ship is at a deeper draft, the ship can also judge whether the actual logistics transportation track is correct and reasonable on the basis of the limit factors, and determine that the actual logistics transportation track information of the target product is consistent with the planned logistics transportation track information on the basis of the correct track.
After the target product is transported to the warehouse, the ownership of the target product stored in the warehouse can also be determined by carrying out consistency check on product information (including real memory, account memory, check memory information and the like) of the target product. The process may be referred to in fig. 3, and fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a data information consistency check method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step S301, according to the acquired data information consistency check request for the target product, acquiring the data information related to the target product.
The data information consistency verification request may include a request for consistency verification of product information of a target product, for example, a request for consistency verification of type, liquid level, volume, density and weight information of the target product, by performing consistency verification of the product information, whether data recorded on each document information of the product information of the corresponding target product in the storage tool are consistent and whether data of actually collected sensor information are consistent can be determined, whether data recorded on each document information of the product information and data of actually collected sensor information are consistent can be determined, and in case of inconsistency, tracing can be performed by locating document information and/or sensor information inconsistent with other information to determine a source of problem information.
The consistency check can be performed first by respectively corresponding to the real storage information, account storage information and check storage information corresponding to the product information. The actual storage information may include at least one of sensor information, the account storage information may include at least one of a warehouse entry bill, a warehouse exit bill, an invoice, a purchase and sale contract, and a business check report, and the check storage information may include at least one of an invoice, a purchase and sale contract, a business check report, and a customs clearance record in the document information. That is, it is possible to first check whether or not the data recorded or detected by each of the three pieces of information are identical, and then check the consistency of at least two of the account information, the real information, and the check information with each other, that is, to determine whether or not the data recorded or collected between the three pieces of information are identical. This process is described below by steps S302-S305.
Step S302, determining whether the actual storage information of the target product is consistent or not according to the acquired sensor information.
The actual storage information of the target product can represent the actual product information of the target product, and can be obtained through the sensor information actually collected by the sensor.
For example, when consistency verification is required for weight information of a target product of a liquid type, the liquid level of the target product in the storage tank can be determined according to the information of the liquid sensor, the volume of the target product is determined by combining a millimeter volume table corresponding to the storage tank, and then the weight of the target product is determined by combining the density of the target product; the weight of the target product when the platform scale enters and exits can be determined according to the sensor information of the platform scale; the weight of the target product when the storage tank is transported to the carrier from the warehouse area can be determined according to the valve sensor information and the flow sensor information, for example, the volume of the target product entering or exiting the warehouse can be determined by combining the flow change of the flow sensor and the opening and closing time of the valve, and the weight of the target product can be determined by combining the density of the product. The identity of the stored information of the target product may be determined if the weight of the at least one target product determined as described above is equal or the weight error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (e.g., 1%), otherwise the identity of the stored information may be considered inconsistent. For another example, when the consistency check needs to be performed on the weight information of the solid type target product, for example, for the massive ore, the weight of the target product when the target product enters and exits from each logistics node can be determined through a scale sensor, for example, the weight of the target product when the last logistics node exits from the warehouse and the weight of the target product when the next logistics node enters from the warehouse can be compared. If the weights are equal or the weight error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (e.g., 1%), the actual information of the target product is determined to be consistent, otherwise, the actual information may be considered to be inconsistent.
For example, when the consistency check is required to be performed on the volume information of the target product of the liquid type, the volume of the target product in storage or delivery can be determined according to the liquid level fluctuation in the liquid sensor information and the valve opening and closing in the valve sensor information, and whether the volume of the target product in storage or delivery is consistent with the volume of the target product in storage or delivery determined according to the liquid level change of the storage tank acquired by the liquid sensor is checked.
For another example, when the consistency check needs to be performed on the flow rate information of the liquid type target product, it may also be determined whether the collected liquid level fluctuation in the liquid sensor information is consistent with the collected liquid flow rate fluctuation in the flow rate sensor information.
For example, when the consistency check needs to be performed on the flow information of the liquid type target product, whether the temperature information change acquired in the temperature sensor information is consistent with the determined density of the target product or not can be determined, and under the condition that the temperature information change is consistent with the determined density of the target product, the consistency of the density of the target product can be confirmed.
Under the condition that the real storage information is inconsistent, the problem information can be traced.
Step S303, determining whether account information of the target product is consistent according to at least one of the acquired warehouse entry bill, warehouse exit plan bill, invoice, purchase and sale contract and business inspection report.
The account information of the target product can represent product information stored in the account of the target product, and the account information can be recorded on at least one of a warehouse entry bill, a warehouse exit bill, a warehouse entry plan bill, a warehouse exit plan bill, an invoice, a purchase and sale contract and a business check report.
When the consistency check needs to be performed on the weight information of the target product, the account information of the target product can be weight information directly recorded in the account information, the weight information can also be obtained through other information derivation, for example, for a liquid type target product, the volume information of the target product can be determined through the information recorded in the account information, and then the density of the product is combined. At least one piece of weight information determined on at least one of the warehouse entry bill, the warehouse exit bill, the invoice, the purchase and sale contract and the business check report can be checked, namely whether the weight information is consistent or not is checked, and if the weight of at least one target product determined in the bill information is equal or the weight error does not exceed a preset threshold (for example, 1%), account information of the target product can be determined to be consistent, otherwise, the account information can be considered to be inconsistent.
For example, when the consistency check is required for the volume information of the target product of the liquid type, the account information of the target product may be volume information directly recorded in the account information, the volume information may also be derived from other information, for example, the volume information may be obtained by combining the liquid level change of the storage tank recorded during the storage and the millimeter volume table corresponding to the storage tank, at this time, a volume value may be obtained by the storage order and the delivery order, and at least one volume information determined on at least one of the storage order, the delivery order, the invoice, the purchase-sale contract, and the business check report may be checked, that is, whether the volume information is consistent or not, and when the volume of at least one target product determined from the respective document information is equal or the volume error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (for example, 1%), the account information of the target product may be determined to be consistent, otherwise, the account information may be considered to be inconsistent.
Under the condition that account information is inconsistent, the problem information can be traced.
Step S304, determining whether the checking information of the target product is consistent according to at least one of the acquired invoice, purchase and sale contract, business check report and customs clearance record.
The inspection information of the target product may represent product information of the target product when the target product is inspected by a third party (such as a business inspection agency, customs, etc.), and the inspection information may be recorded on at least one of an invoice, a purchase-sale contract, a business inspection report, and a customs clearance record.
For example, when the weight information of the target product needs to be checked for consistency, at least one piece of weight information determined on at least one of the invoice, the purchase-sale contract, the business check report, and the customs clearance record may be checked, that is, whether the weight information is consistent, and if the weight of at least one target product determined from the respective pieces of the above-mentioned pieces of the evidence information is equal or the weight error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (for example, 1%), the check information of the target product is determined to be consistent, otherwise, the check information may be considered to be inconsistent.
For another example, when it is necessary to verify consistency of volume information of the target product of the liquid type, it is possible to verify that at least one of volume information determined on at least one of the invoice, purchase-sale contract, business check report, customs clearance record, that is, to verify whether or not these volume information are consistent, and if the volume of at least one target product determined from each of the above-mentioned document information is equal or the volume error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (for example, 1%), it is determined that the check information of the target product is consistent, otherwise, it is possible to consider that the check information is inconsistent.
Under the condition that the detected information is inconsistent, the problem information can be traced.
Through respectively carrying out consistency check on three dimensions of account information, real memory information and check memory information of a target product, whether problem information exists can be determined in a finer granularity, and when the problem information exists, the problem information can be positioned and traced more quickly.
Step S305, determining whether at least two of account information, real information and check information of the target product are consistent with each other, and if so, determining that the data information of the target product has consistency.
After checking the account information, the real information and the check information of the target product respectively, it may be checked whether the three information have consistency with each other, in one possible implementation manner, whether any two of the three information are consistent with each other, for example, whether the account information and the real information are consistent with each other, or whether all three information are consistent with each other.
For example, when the weight information of the target product needs to be checked for consistency, the weight of the target product determined by at least one of the account information, the real information and the check information may be compared, for example, the weights of three target products may be determined by the account information, the real information and the check information, respectively, and if the weights of the three target products are equal or the weight error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (for example, 1%), the data information of the target products may be determined to be consistent, otherwise, the data information may be considered to be inconsistent. It is also possible to check only whether or not the real storage weight in the real storage information, the real storage weight in the storage tank, and the account storage weight in the storage tank agree with each other. Or only checking whether the weight of the actual change determined according to the fluctuation of the liquid level of the warehouse-out/warehouse-in the actual storage information and the weight of the planned change recorded on the warehouse-out/warehouse-in plan sheet in the account storage information are consistent with each other.
For another example, when the consistency check is required to be performed on the volume information of the target product, the volumes of the target products determined by at least one of the account information, the real information and the check information may be compared, for example, the volumes of three target products may be determined by the account information, the real information and the check information, respectively, and if the volumes of the three target products are equal or the volume error does not exceed a predetermined threshold (for example, 1%), the data information of the target products may be determined to be consistent, otherwise, the data information may be considered to be inconsistent.
Therefore, whether the data information of the target product has consistency or not can be determined from three dimensions, so that the result is more credible.
Under the condition that the data information is inconsistent, the problem information can be traced, so that the source side of the problem information can be accurately positioned, and the tracing result is reliable, so that subsequent processing measures can be timely taken. Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of a data information consistency check method according to an embodiment of the application. The method is used for the server of the internet of things, as shown in fig. 4, and comprises the following steps:
