Referring to fig. 2, an underground production string of an injection well of a long vertical well section gas storage of the embodiment is illustrated, the underground production string comprises a casing 1 and an oil pipe 2 arranged in the casing 1, wherein the oil pipe 2 is sequentially provided with an underground safety valve 3, an underground sliding sleeve 4, a first landing nipple 5, a packer 6, an anti-blocking antifriction device 7, a second landing nipple 8 and a bell mouth+ball seat 9 from top to bottom, the casing 1 penetrates into a stratum, an artificial well bottom 10 is formed at the bottommost end of the casing 1, the casing 1 is communicated with the gas storage through perforation holes 11, and the temporary plugging operation method of the long vertical well section gas storage of the embodiment is to plug the perforation holes 11 communicated between the casing 1 and the gas storage so as to perform well repairing operation of the injection well section gas storage.
Referring to fig. 3, a construction schematic diagram of a temporary plugging operation method of a long vertical well section gas storage in this embodiment is that a long-acting temporary plugging agent 13 and a short-acting temporary plugging agent 14 are injected into a well mouth 12 of an injection well, the long-acting temporary plugging agent 13 plugs a perforation 11 in an underground reservoir 15, which is communicated with a sleeve 1, and the short-acting temporary plugging agent 14 is used for plugging the temporary plugging of the long-acting temporary plugging agent 13 after construction.
Example 1
The temporary plugging operation method of the long straight well section gas storage comprises the following steps:
step one: and preparing construction materials, and finishing screening of the types of the temporary plugging agents with long and short effects and evaluating the temporary plugging performance according to reservoir environment and construction requirements.
Step two: before well repair operation, the underground safety valve is closed, the production gate is opened, the oil pressure and the sleeve pressure change are observed, and whether the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve are in series connection is judged. If the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve are not communicated, adopting a circulating well killing mode firstly, and then replacing the long-acting temporary plugging agent HC2108, and constructing in a forced extrusion mode; if the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve are communicated, the construction is needed to be carried out in a forced extrusion mode; implementing the annular liquid level of the sleeve before construction, if the annular liquid level is deeper, the possibility of leakage of underground production pipe strings or loss of sealing of the packer is not eliminated. The annulus should be filled before step three is performed.
Step three: and in the second step, judging that the wellhead oil pipe and the casing are not in series, then the wire operation is carried out to put into the blanking plug, and the normal pressing is used for verifying whether the underground production pipe string leaks and whether the packer is in a loose state. If the underground production pipe string is not sealed, the change condition of the casing pressure is observed, and if the casing pressure obviously fluctuates along with the oil pressure, the possibility of the packer losing seal is small; if the oil pipe is not pressed down, the oil pipe string is well sealed, and the reason that the oil pipe and the casing are in series can be basically determined to be the loss of the sealing of the packer; annulus pressuring further validates the packer.
Step four: in the second step, under the condition that the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve are not in communication, the underground sliding sleeve is opened in the steel wire operation, and the well killing fluid is circulated for two weeks for degassing. And the long-acting temporary plugging agent HC2108 20m with the concentration of 5% is positively replaced to the underground sliding sleeve. And (5) closing the sleeve gate to squeeze forward, controlling the displacement, and observing the pressure change. If the construction pressure obviously rises to 8-10Mpa, stopping the pump to observe the pressure drop. This is repeated 2-3 times. If the pressure does not have obvious rising process, a certain amount of short-acting temporary plugging agent GA1506 is added, well control fluid is used for displacing in place, the discharge capacity is controlled, the pressure change is observed, and the next working procedure is carried out after the pressure is obviously raised. In the second step, the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve are judged to be communicated, and the circulation cannot be established, so that the construction can only be carried out in a forced extrusion mode. The well is forced to be pumped by the well-pumping liquid, then the long-acting temporary plugging agent HC2108 is squeezed into the well to implement temporary plugging well-pumping, the discharge capacity is controlled, the pressure is observed, the pressure is obviously increased to 8-10Mpa, and the pressure drop condition is observed when the pump is stopped. This is repeated 2-3 times.
Step five: and in the fourth step, if the construction is carried out under the condition that the wellhead oil pipe and the casing pipe are not in communication, the well is killed by using well killing liquid for circulation and degassing, after the well killing liquid is circulated until no overflow and no leakage are caused, the well is static and observed for 12 hours, leakage and gas invasion conditions are recorded again in a circulating way, and enough safe time is ensured, and the wellhead is disassembled to install the blowout preventer stack. In the fourth step, if the construction is performed under the condition of the string connection of the wellhead oil pipe and the sleeve, the pressure drop condition is observed, and when the pressure drops below 1Mpa, an oil sleeve valve is opened to empty the accumulated gas in the well. After 12 hours of silence, overflow or leakage is recorded. And (4) comparing the recorded pressure rising condition of the forward pressing with the previous construction, evaluating the well-killing effect, and detaching the wellhead installation blowout preventer stack after confirming that the safety time is enough.
Step six: and (3) carrying out well flushing and degassing by using well killing liquid circulation, recording leakage and gas invasion conditions, and after no overflow, no leakage and no gas, lifting out the production pipe string above the packer to finish the plug-in sealing operation.
Step seven: the production pipe column below the packer is sleeved, milled and salvaged, leakage and GAs invasion conditions are recorded at any time in the construction process, and a temporary plugging agent GA1506 is adopted for circulating by 5% of well control fluid or is extruded to enter a leakage point when needed, so that the temporary plugging and well control effect is ensured, and the safety production is ensured.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, temporary plugging operation is completed for the target well. After the temporary plugging operation is completed, closing the target well for about 45 days, wherein the temporary plugging agent is self-degraded; if the degradation process is required to be completed in advance, HCl solution can be added into the well to accelerate the hydrolysis of the temporary plugging agent, and finally the temporary plugging and well repairing operation is completed.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the technical solutions described in the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail in the present specification with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above specific embodiments, and thus any modifications or equivalent substitutions are made to the present invention; all technical solutions and modifications thereof that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included in the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A temporary plugging operation method of a long straight well section gas storage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
injecting well-killing liquid into the sleeve, and performing well-killing construction operation of an injection production well;
in the well-killing construction process of the injection and production well, a long-acting temporary plugging agent is put into a sleeve, meanwhile, the temporary plugging construction pressure change is monitored, when the temporary plugging construction pressure does not rise obviously, the short-acting temporary plugging agent is put in place, the injection displacement of the well-killing liquid is controlled through displacement of the well-killing liquid, the temporary plugging construction pressure change is observed, and when the temporary plugging construction pressure rises obviously, the temporary plugging construction operation of the injection and production well is completed;
in the process of injection and production well killing construction, if an oil pipe at a wellhead of the injection and production well is not communicated with a sleeve, a steel wire operation is carried out to open an underground sliding sleeve, degassing between the sleeve and a gas storage is carried out for a preset time in a circulating way of killing fluid, in the process of injection and production well killing construction, a long-acting temporary plugging agent is replaced to the sliding sleeve in the killing fluid of the injection and production well killing construction, a sleeve gate is closed to be extruded positively, the discharge capacity is controlled, and the temporary plugging construction pressure change is monitored;
in the process of injection well killing construction operation and injection well temporary plugging construction operation, if an oil pipe at the wellhead of the injection well is in series connection with a sleeve, the injection well is constructed in a strong extrusion mode, a killing well hydraulic well is firstly introduced, then a long-acting temporary plugging agent is extruded to implement temporary plugging killing, the displacement is controlled, and the temporary plugging construction pressure change is monitored.
2. The temporary plugging operation method for the long straight well section gas storage according to claim 1, wherein during the well killing operation of the injection and production well, the oil pipe at the wellhead of the injection and production well is not in communication with the sleeve,
in the temporary plugging construction operation process of the injection and production well, if the temporary plugging construction pressure rises above the preset pressure upper limit value, stopping the pump to observe the descending condition of the temporary plugging construction pressure, and when the temporary plugging construction pressure descends to the preset pressure lower limit value, starting the pump again to inject the long-acting temporary plugging agent, repeating the steps until the temporary plugging construction pressure does not rise obviously, and ending the long-acting temporary plugging agent injection.
3. The temporary plugging operation method for the long vertical well section gas storage according to claim 2, wherein after the temporary plugging operation of the injection and production well is completed, after well control fluid circulates to be free of overflow, leakage and gas, a sleeve is left to stand for observation, well control fluid circulates again, leakage and gas invasion conditions are recorded, and sufficient safety time is confirmed, and then the wellhead installation blowout preventer stack is disassembled.
4. The temporary plugging operation method of the long vertical well section gas storage according to claim 2, wherein if the oil pipe at the wellhead of the injection and production well is not in communication with the casing, a wire operation is carried out to put into a plug, whether the production pipe string of the injection and production well leaks or not and whether the packer is out of seal is verified by normal pressing, the change condition of the casing pressure is observed, and if the casing pressure fluctuates along with the oil pressure, the packer is not out of seal; if the oil pipe is not pressed down, the oil pipe string is well sealed.
5. The temporary plugging operation method for the long vertical well section gas storage according to claim 1, wherein in the process of carrying out injection well killing operation and injection well temporary plugging operation, an oil pipe at a wellhead of the injection well is in series connection with a sleeve, if the temporary plugging operation pressure rises above a preset pressure upper limit value, a pump is stopped to observe the condition of temporary plugging operation pressure drop, and when the temporary plugging operation pressure drops to a preset pressure lower limit value, the pump is started again to inject the long-acting temporary plugging agent, and the method is repeated until the temporary plugging operation pressure does not rise obviously, and then the long-acting temporary plugging agent is put.
6. The temporary plugging operation method for the long straight well section gas storage according to claim 5, wherein after the temporary plugging operation of the injection well is completed, the pressure drop condition of the sleeve is observed, and when the pressure of the sleeve is reduced to a preset lower limit value of the sleeve pressure, an oil pipe valve and a sleeve valve are opened, so that the gas accumulation in the well is emptied; and standing for observation, recording overflow or leakage conditions, pressing again to record the pressure rise condition of the casing, evaluating the well control effect, and confirming that enough safe time exists, and disassembling the wellhead to install the blowout preventer stack.
7. The temporary plugging operation method for the long straight well section gas storage according to claim 1, wherein after the temporary plugging construction operation of the injection and production well is completed, well-killing liquid is introduced for circulating well flushing and degassing, leakage and gas invasion conditions are recorded, and after no overflow, no leakage and no gas exist, the production string of the injection and production well above the packer is lifted.
8. The temporary plugging operation method for the long vertical well section gas storage warehouse of claim 7, wherein after the temporary plugging construction operation of the injection and production well is completed, a packer is sleeved, milled and salvaged to lower the production string of the injection and production well, leakage and gas invasion conditions are recorded in the construction process, and temporary plugging and fixation is carried out by adopting a well control fluid and a short-term temporary plugging agent to circulate or extruding the short-term temporary plugging agent into a leakage point.
9. The temporary plugging operation method for the long vertical well section gas storage according to claim 1, wherein before injection well killing operation and injection well temporary plugging operation are carried out, a downhole safety valve is closed, a production gate is opened, oil pressure and casing pressure changes are observed, whether the injection well production string leaks or not and whether a packer is out of seal are judged, and if the injection well production string leaks or the packer is out of seal, a casing annulus is filled.
10. The temporary plugging operation method of the long vertical well section gas storage according to claim 1, wherein the self-degradation time of the long-acting temporary plugging agent is longer than the self-degradation time of the short-acting temporary plugging agent;
according to the reservoir environment and construction requirements, selecting a long-acting temporary plugging agent to plug large tunnels and perforation holes of a stratum; according to the leakage condition in the temporary plugging construction operation process, a short-acting temporary plugging agent is added circularly to plug the leakage in the construction period.
