Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric with moisture absorption, sweat release, cool feeling and antibacterial performance, and belongs to the technical field of functional fabrics.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the quality requirements of consumers on clothes are not limited to basic characteristics such as comfort, cold protection and the like, the consumers hope to enjoy multifunctional products, and the requirements of consumers on the functions and comfort of the fabrics are also higher and higher.
In hot summer and during sports, people hope to play as much as possible without the worry of sweats flowing back and stuffiness, dampness and coldness, so that higher requirements are placed on the moisture absorption and sweat release performances of the fabric. Pure cotton type apparel is particularly favored by clothing markets, but cotton fibers absorb a large amount of sweat and become wet and heavy due to good hygroscopicity under the condition of sweating, so that the fabric is adhered to skin, the moisture conduction and release speeds are slower, microclimate between skin and clothing and heat and humidity exchange between clothing and the outside are influenced, and after sweating, sweat remained on the clothing can generate peculiar smell and even grow bacteria, thereby further affecting human health.
The existing cool sense fabric technology mainly adds jade powder or weaves mesh structure fabric in yarns, so that the cool sense fabric can only conduct heat instantaneously, cannot conduct heat continuously, and cannot feel continuous cool sense. Meanwhile, the fabric is easy to adhere to the surface of skin after moisture absorption, and is relatively elegant; moreover, the skin is sticky to touch and has poor wearing experience due to contact with the fabric absorbing sweat.
In addition, in the prior art, different effects can be obtained by adopting different weaving methods to produce the heat-conducting sweat-releasing clothing fabric. Through weaving different organization structures, and the proper heat conduction and perspiration fiber materials are matched, the moisture absorption, transfer and other properties of the fabric on sweat and sweat vapor can be changed, so that the fabric has moisture absorption and quick drying property, however, the fabric is complicated in manufacturing process and high in cost due to the fact that different organization structures are required to be woven, the stability of the weaving structure is poor, the original weaving structure can be damaged after repeated washing, and the moisture absorption and perspiration capacity of the fabric is poor.

and a third step of: adding reactive dye, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate and reactive leveling agent into the dye bath for dyeing, and coloring the lyocell fiber component in the fabric;
fourth step: sequentially performing peracid, soaping, water washing and acid washing post-treatment; wherein the peracid is used for neutralizing alkali added in the dyeing process of the lyocell fiber to prevent the cloth surface from alkali return; soaping is used for improving the color fastness of the fabric; water washing and acid washing are used to improve the softness of the fabric;
fifth step: and adding a water-absorbing quick-drying finishing agent into a shaping liquid tank of a shaping machine for shaping pretreatment, and then shaping by using the shaping machine.
Preferably, the shaping process conditions in the first step are as follows: the temperature is 190-200 ℃ and the speed is 24-30 m/min.
