Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢及其制造方法,钢的化学成分包含C:0.05%‑0.10%;Si:0.20%‑0.30%;Mn:3%‑5%;P≤0.020%;S≤0.015%;Ni:20.5%‑22.0%;Cr:13.0%‑22.0%;Mo:6.85%‑7.50%;Cu:0.35%‑0.5%;N:0.35%‑0.45%,Co:0.20%‑0.35%。配合冶炼、连铸、加热、轧制、热处理生产工艺,保证了钢板具有较好的强度水平,室温屈服强度(Rp0.2)和抗拉强度(Rm)分别达到435MPa和748MPa以上;350℃高温拉伸时,屈服强度(Rp0.2)和抗拉强度(Rm)分别达到380MPa和686MPa以上;‑40℃低温冲击时,冲击功达到250J以上;在3.5%NaCl溶液中,耐点蚀性能优异,点蚀电位>0.95V,点蚀当量指数PREN>60,具有良好耐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明属于金属材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢及其制造方法。
背景技术
奥氏体不锈钢因其具备良好的力学性能、可加工性能、耐蚀性能以及耐中子辐照性能,在工业中被广泛应用,约占世界不锈钢总产量的60%以上。
随着核电行业的快速发展,其对装备材料的需求也会越来越高,设备的大型化和高温高压化将是未来的重要发展趋势,但随着温度压力的升高,造成材料腐蚀速率也会相应增加,同时对设备的强度也提出了更高要求。目前我国核电用奥氏体不锈钢主要代表牌号为S30403或S31603,这类材料的室温及高温强度较低,无法较好的应用于高温、高压的工况环境。为了提高此类材料的强度,部分设计单位会采用含碳量更高的S30408或S31608进行替代,但随着材料中碳含量的增加,其抗晶间腐蚀能力则会下降,特别是经过敏化处理后材料的抗晶间腐蚀能力则急剧恶化。为了改善材料的抗晶间腐蚀性能,材料设计人员一般会向奥氏体不锈钢中添加一定量的钛或铌,一旦钛或铌添加过量,其在焊接过程中会引起焊接接头脆化,降低材料的塑性和韧性。所以,常规的奥氏体不锈钢很难满足现有工业需求。因此,为了解决上述问题,亟待开发出高耐蚀性高强度的核电奥氏体不锈钢。
申请号为CN202210848609.9的专利《一种提高超级奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性的方法》,其重量百分比组成如下:C≤0.02%、Si≤0.5%、Mn≤0.50%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.01%、Ni:18.5%-25.5%、Cu:0.7%-0.8%、N:0.20%-0.35%、Cr:19.5%-22.5%、Mo:4.5%-7.0%、B:0.002%-0.006%,余量为Fe。该发明将高钼超级奥氏体不锈钢进行固溶处理后进行水冷,水冷后进行低温保温处理和中温保温处理。采用添加微量B,提升钢的耐腐蚀性能,但是得到的成品尺寸规格小,同时工艺复杂,在使用上具有局限性。
申请号为CN201811220143.8的专利《奥氏体不锈钢及其制备方法》,按重量百分比计,包括C:0.04%-0.08%、Si:0.5%-1.5%、Mn:1.0%-3.0%、Cr:16%-18%、Ni:8%-10%、Nb:0.50%-1.00%、N:0.02%-0.06%、P≤0.025%、S≤0.010%,(0.5×Nb)/(30×C+50×N)≤0.12,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。所述奥氏体不锈钢的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)冶炼连铸坯;(2)将所述连铸坯加热至1250-1300℃,保温90-150分钟;(3)对所述连铸坯进行热轧得到热轧板;(4)将所述热轧板加热至1100-1200℃,保温60-90分钟;(5)淬火。本发明的奥氏体不锈钢能够在高温条件下长期服役,400-600℃高温屈服及抗拉强度高,完全满足太阳能光热电站熔盐储罐的要求。但难以保证高温性能以及核电应用环境苛刻的耐腐蚀性能要求。
申请号为CN201510352673.8的专利《一种高氮奥氏体不锈钢强韧化热处理方法》,该方法是对高氮奥氏体不锈钢材料依次进行高温区域的固溶处理、中温区域的时效处理、较高温度区域的球化热处理,使层片状氮化物溶解和球化,获得粒状氮化物,分布在奥氏体的基体中,改变了胞状反应氮化物的片层状结构,形成的粒状氮化物分布于奥氏体基体中,对高氮奥氏体不锈钢增强或增韧,改善或提高性能。但难以保证钢的耐蚀性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢及其制造方法,设计一种合金成分配以适当工艺,兼顾奥氏体不锈钢的性能,使其具有高强度、高韧性、高耐蚀性等优异综合性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其化学成分按重量百分比,包含C:0.05%-0.10%;Si:0.20%-0.30%;Mn:3%-5%;P≤0.020%;S≤0.015%;Ni:20.5%-22.0%;Cr:13.0%-22.0%;Mo:6.85%-7.50%;Cu:0.35%-0.5%;N:0.35%-0.45%,Co:0.20%-0.35%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
进一步地,钢的化学成分中Mo+Cr+N:21%-29%;Mo+Cu:7.3%-7.9%;Cr+Co:13.5%-22.0%。
进一步地,钢板厚度10-100mm,室温屈服强度Rp0.2达到435MPa以上,抗拉强度Rm达到748MPa以上;350℃高温拉伸时,屈服强度Rp0.2达到380MPa以上,抗拉强度Rm达到686MPa以上。
进一步地,-40℃低温冲击时,不锈钢冲击功达到250J以上。

一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,生产工艺包括:冶炼、连铸、加热、轧制、热处理,其中:
加热:连铸坯装炉,随炉升温,加热温度1130-1180℃,均热段保温时间4-5h;
轧制:铸坯开轧温度为1110-1160℃,终轧温度1080-1130℃;轧制前3道次压下率控制在15%-20%;其余各道次压下率5%-10%;轧后钢板采用风冷,钢板终冷温度≤550℃;
热处理:钢板采用固溶热处理,其中固溶温度1160-1180℃,保温时间1-5h,水冷至室温。
进一步地,冶炼采用感应炉+LF+RH,感应炉使用工业纯铁、合金共同完成融化和成分的调整,感应炉出钢温度≥1640℃,LF完成对S的控制及夹杂物的去除,RH则进行钢水的真空处理,处理真空度为200-500Pa。
进一步地,RH搬出前,如果N的成分未到达下限,则对N进行合金化补至目标值。

本发明在成分设计方面,采用降C增Mn,Cr、Mo、Co复合作用,适量添加N、Cu多元复合作用使钢强化,特别是提高钢中Mo含量,使钢具有较高的强度、韧性以及耐腐蚀性能,增加不锈钢的钝化能力。配合冶炼-连铸-加热-轧制-热处理的生产工艺,保证了钢板具有良好性能,关键指标良好,完全满足后续装备制造要求。本发明钢种经热处理后,具有较好的强度水平,室温屈服强度(Rp0.2)和抗拉强度(Rm)分别达到435MPa和748MPa以上;350℃高温拉伸时,屈服强度(Rp0.2)和抗拉强度(Rm)分别达到380MPa和686MPa以上;-40℃低温冲击时,冲击功达到250J以上;在3.5%NaCl溶液中,耐点蚀性能优异,点蚀电位>0.95V,点蚀当量指数PREN>60,具有良好耐蚀性能。本发明的核电用奥氏体不锈钢兼顾强度、韧性、耐蚀、高温性能及高效经济的生产工艺,同时工艺简单,稳定,对轧制制度要求不高,轧制成本较低,可操作性强。
具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本发明及其应用或使用的任何限制。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其化学成分按重量百分比如下:包含C:0.05%-0.10%;Si:0.20%-0.30%;Mn:3%-5%;P≤0.020%;S≤0.015%;Ni:20.5%-22.0%;Cr:13.0%-22.0%;Mo:6.85%-7.50%;Cu:0.35%-0.5%;N:0.35%-0.45%,Co:0.20%-0.35%,Mo+Cr+N:21%-29%;Mo+Cu:7.3%-7.9%;Cr+Co:13.5%-22.0%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
采用上述成分设计理由如下:
C:可以通过固溶显著提高钢的强度,是钢中最基本的强化元素,对钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、焊接性能产生显著影响。钢中的C一部分进入钢的基体中引起固溶强化,另外一部分C将和合金元素中的碳化物形成元素结合成合金碳化物。但过高含量的C会引起多种负面效应,比如钢的焊接性能和耐蚀性能的下降等。根据使用需要及性能要求,本发明选择加入C含量为0.05%-0.10%。
Si:在炼钢过程中作为还原剂和脱氧剂,也能起到固溶强化作用,同时还能改善钢板的抗氧化性能和耐高温腐蚀性,但是Si过量时,在高温环境下长期使用不利于钢板的韧性,导致焊缝熔合区脆性,综合考虑,本发明Si含量选择范围为0.20%-0.30%。
Mn:可以以固溶强化形式提高钢的强度,弥补C降低而导致的不足,是影响强度、淬透性和焊接性的主要合金元素,同时成本低廉。但含Mn量过高对韧性和强度有不利影响,且易产生偏析使基体材料成分及组织不均匀。本发明添加适量的Mn,一方面起到稳定奥氏体作用,高温固溶时使更多的碳化物溶入基体,同其他强碳化物元素结合形成碳化物,充分发挥有利效果,一方面避免对材料韧性和抗热疲劳性能产生不利影响,因此本发明中选择加入Mn含量为3%-5%。
P、S:在本发明钢中均为有害元素,对钢板的低温冲击韧性会产生不利影响,增加钢的脆性。P使焊接性能降低,降低塑性;S降低钢的延展性和韧性,在锻造和轧制时造成裂纹。因此,控制含量越低越好,但考虑到炼钢条件和成本,本发明要求控制钢中的P≤0.020%;S≤0.015%。
Ni:主要作用是稳定奥氏体且扩大奥氏体相区,使钢获得完全奥氏体组织,从而具有良好的强度,塑性和韧性的配合,并具有优良的冷热加工性,冷成形性以及焊接,低温与无磁等性能。随着Ni含量的增加,钢的热力学稳定性提高,残余的铁素体可完全消除,并显著降低G相形成的倾向,同时改善了Cr的氧化膜的成分、结构和性能,提高奥氏体不锈钢的高温抗氧化性。但是,Ni含量的增加会降低C在奥氏体不锈钢中的溶解度,从而使碳化物的析出倾向增强。因此本发明设计Ni含量为20.5%-22.0%。
Cr:是决定不锈钢耐腐蚀性的主要元素。一般来说,耐腐蚀性和抗氧化性随Cr量的增加而提高。但是随Cr含量的增加,G相等金属间化合物的析出加速,使钢的脆性倾向增大,脆性转变温度升高。同时单纯靠Cr的钝化还不足以维持其耐腐蚀性,还需要添加抑制阳极溶解的元素,如Ni、Si等与Cr配合,尤其是Mo,能显著提高不锈钢的耐点蚀性能。因此本发明设计Cr含量为13.0%-22.0%。
Mo:促使不锈钢表面钝化,增强抗点蚀和缝隙腐蚀能力(相当于Cr的三倍),还可以提高强度。在奥氏体不锈钢中,Mo同Cr和N(Mo可以提高N在钢中的溶解度)的协同作用使得钢具有极高的耐点蚀和耐缝隙腐蚀能力。另外Mo是铁素体形成元素,会促使一些有害的二次相析出,同时还会形成不稳定的高温氧化物,影响钢的高温氧化性。因此,本发明Mo含量的范围为6.85%-7.50%。
Cu:能显著提高奥氏体不锈钢的耐蚀性,而且当用Mo和Cu复合合金化时,效果更加突出,向含Mo的奥氏体不锈钢中加入Cu对其耐蚀性有良好作用,Cu的加入可以加速不锈钢中Mo的溶解,形成MoO4,强烈促使不锈钢中Cr的钝化及Cr向表面膜中富集,从而导致钢的耐蚀性提高。同时兼顾综合性能要求,本发明Cu含量的范围为0.35%-0.5%。
N:其作用与C相当,是稳定奥氏体、提高强度的元素,稳定奥氏体的作用比Ni大,还可以提高钢腐蚀性能。同时,N另外一个作用是延迟碳化物和金属间相的形成,降低了C和Cr的扩散速率,推迟了M23C6的长大,提高钢的热稳定性,不损害其均匀塑性。在本发明中,为了延迟由于高Mo产生的二次相,加入了0.35%-0.45%的N。
Co:奥氏体稳定化元素,主要固溶于基体中起到极强的固溶强化作用,提高钢在高温加热时的组织稳定性,Co元素还可以增加氧化膜中Cr的相对含量,促进合金生成连续的保护性氧化膜,同时可以增强氧化膜的黏附性和致密性,推迟氧化膜的破裂时间,延长热腐蚀孕育期。Co也可以有效延缓S元素在不锈钢中的扩散,降低热腐蚀过程中的硫化-氧化速度,从而提高合金的抗热腐蚀性能。但Co属于贵重金属,合金化成本高,且过量的Co会使加工困难,因此本发明Co添加含量为0.20%-0.35%。
本发明一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,钢板的生产工艺为:冶炼—连铸—加热—轧制—热处理,具体内容如下:
(1)冶炼、连铸:采用感应炉+LF+RH三步处理完成钢水的冶炼。感应炉使用工业纯铁、合金共同完成融化和成分的调整,感应炉出钢温度≥1640℃,LF完成对S的控制及夹杂物的去除,RH则进行钢水的真空处理,处理真空度为200Pa-500Pa,即可去除氢氧等气体,又不对氮形成去除,RH搬出前,氮成分未达到下限,用氮化合金完成最终合金化,控制浇铸温度在1480-1500℃,进行连铸浇铸,重点控制浇铸温度,低温浇铸有利于细化原始铸态组织,连铸坯下线后立即堆垛缓冷48小时以上。优选连铸坯厚度为200-300mm。
(2)加热:连铸坯装炉,随炉升温,加热温度1130-1180℃,均热段保温时间4-5h,本发明合金含量较高,需要较高铸坯加热温度,较长的保温时间使合金元素在基体中充分固溶,改善板坯成分不均匀性,进而减轻后续的组织偏析。
(3)轧制:铸坯开轧温度为1110-1160℃,终轧温度1080-1130℃,轧制温度不能太高,因为在很高的温度下钢的延展性会大幅下降,下限温度也不能太低,因为在较低的温度下,钢会出现加工硬化现象,同时在较低的温度下,会有大量的析出物析出,导致钢出现热裂现象甚至是设备的损坏。轧制前3道次采用大压下、快速轧制,压下率控制在15%-20%,采用大压下率可以提高变形渗透深度,使粗大的柱状晶得以破碎,形成细小均匀的晶粒,焊合中心组织缺陷。其余各道次采用小变形、快速轧制,单道次压下率5%-10%。每道次轧后尽量减少间隔时间,完成快速轧制,因为热轧时间过长,会导致Mo元素的氧化。轧后钢板采用风冷,钢板终冷温度≤550℃,这是因为钢中高的Cr、Mo会导致二次相的加速析出,因此冷却速度要快。轧后得到10-100mm厚度钢板。
(4)热处理:钢板采用固溶热处理,其中固溶温度1160-1180℃,保温时间1-5h,水冷,采用较高的固溶温度是因为钢中Cr、Mo含量较高,增大了二次相溶解的自由能,而二次相的溶解是吸热反应,因此,需要较高的固溶温度确保二次相充分固溶到基体中,避免恶化钢的热加工性能以及耐蚀性能,出炉后水冷至室温。
σ相是不锈钢中常见的一种富Cr,Mo,Si的金属间化合物析出相,其硬度高、强度大、脆性高,对材料性能危害大,抑制或消除σ相的析出显得尤为重要。一般而言,通过固溶处理、添加合金元素以及后续轧制加工等方法可以有效延缓(抑制)σ相的析出。但核电用钢服役条件苛刻,封闭着含有腐蚀性离子的高温高压水,对材料综合性能要求很高,因此在固溶处理后,增加等温退火处理,消除σ相对材料韧性的影响。退火温度940-960℃,保温时间0.5-4h,空冷,随着退火温度的升高,合金元素扩散能力增强,相转变驱动力提高,σ相转变速率增加,转变时间缩短,但是考虑到能耗、设备投入以及高温下有可能发生γ→α转变而影响材料性能等因素,设定退火温度940-960℃。
一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢及其制造方法,具体实施方式如下:

Claims (10)
1.一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其特征在于,钢的化学成分按重量百分比,包含C:0.05%-0.10%;Si:0.20%-0.30%;Mn:3%-5%;P≤0.020%;S≤0.015%;Ni:20.5%-22.0%;Cr:13.0%-22.0%;Mo:6.85%-7.50%;Cu:0.35%-0.5%;N:0.35%-0.45%,Co:0.20%-0.35%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其特征在于,Mo+Cr+N:21%-29%;Mo+Cu:7.3%-7.9%;Cr+Co:13.5%-22.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其特征在于,钢板厚度10-100mm,室温屈服强度Rp0.2达到435MPa以上,抗拉强度Rm达到748MPa以上;350℃高温拉伸时,屈服强度Rp0.2达到380MPa以上,抗拉强度Rm达到686MPa以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其特征在于,-40℃低温冲击时,冲击功达到250J以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢,其特征在于,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,点蚀电位>0.95V,点蚀当量指数PREN>60。
6.一种权利要求1所述的高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,生产工艺包括:冶炼、连铸、加热、轧制、热处理,其特征在于:
加热:连铸坯装炉,随炉升温,加热温度1130-1180℃,均热段保温时间4-5h;
轧制:铸坯开轧温度为1110-1160℃,终轧温度1080-1130℃;轧制前3道次压下率控制在15%-20%;其余各道次压下率5%-10%;轧后钢板采用风冷,钢板终冷温度≤550℃;
热处理:钢板采用固溶热处理,其中固溶温度1160-1180℃,保温时间1-5h,水冷至室温。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,其特征在于,冶炼采用感应炉+LF+RH,感应炉使用工业纯铁、合金共同完成融化和成分的调整,感应炉出钢温度≥1640℃,LF完成对S的控制及夹杂物的去除,RH则进行钢水的真空处理,处理真空度为200-500Pa。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,其特征在于,RH搬出前,如果N的成分未到达下限,则对N进行合金化补至目标值。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,其特征在于,连铸控制浇铸温度在1480-1500℃,连铸坯下线后立即堆垛缓冷48小时以上,连铸坯厚度为200-300mm。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强韧高耐蚀性核电奥氏体不锈钢的制造方法,其特征在于,固溶处理后进行等温退火处理,退火温度940-960℃,保温时间0.5-4h。
