The non-color-changing unsaturated polyester primer provided by the invention does not appear blue or green and is not easy to change color.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an unsaturated polyester primer without color change, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the furniture industry, a paint film of a traditional unsaturated polyester paint is green after blue water is added, and the paint film can only be coated in dark-colored wood, cannot be used for light-colored veneer, and cannot be used for technological veneer which is easy to change color. In addition, the paint film is easier to change color under long-time ultraviolet irradiation, and ethers and esters are generally introduced into the tail end of the traditional unsaturated polyester resin, so that the yellowing resistance, the water resistance and the weather resistance of the paint after the paint is formed into a film are poor.
Color change is easy to occur after the coating of the technical veneer, and the technical veneer is difficult to solve, such as polyurethane paint. All spray polyurethane paint (polyurethane primer and polyurethane varnish) is commonly adopted in the market at present, but the polyurethane primer is easy to sink in the later period of polyurethane brightening and clearing, has no fullness and can not meet the requirements all the time.
The patent with the application number of 201811291525.X discloses an odor-free PE unsaturated polyester transparent primer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the odor-free PE unsaturated polyester transparent primer comprises four components of a main agent, blue water, white water and a diluent, and the main agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70-75% of odorless unsaturated polyester resin with solid content of 75-83%; 0.5 to 2 percent of functional auxiliary agent; 5-10% of filler; 3-5% of drier; 2-5% of organic solvent; during construction, the mass ratio of the main agent, the accelerator and the initiator is 100: (1-2.5): (1.2-3). The patent also has the problem that the paint film is green and is easy to change color.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an unsaturated polyester primer which does not develop blue or green color and is not easy to change color.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
An uncolored unsaturated polyester primer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of quick-drying unsaturated polyester resin, 0.1-0.5 part of greening prevention agent, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of leveling agent, 2-5 parts of zinc stearate, 0.5-0.8 part of anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.5 part of hydroquinone solution and 0.1-0.4 part of defoaming agent.
Further, the quick-drying unsaturated polyester resin disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of dihydric alcohol, 40-50 parts of unsaturated polybasic acid, 0.07-0.15 part of polymerization inhibitor, 5-15 parts of glycidyl ether and 15-35 parts of acrylic acid active monomer.
Further, the dihydric alcohol is one or more of diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol or dipropylene glycol; the unsaturated polybasic acid is one or more of maleic anhydride, fumaric acid, phthalic anhydride or tetrahydrophthalic anhydride; the polymerization inhibitor is hydroquinone monomethyl ether; the glycidyl ether is one or more of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether and butanediol glycidyl ether; the acrylic acid active monomer is one or more of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, neopentyl glycol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate or pentaerythritol triacrylate.
Further, the greening-preventing agent is a polyether phosphate copolymer-626N; the dispersing agent is EFKA4010 dispersing agent; the leveling agent is BYK354; the zinc stearate is belgium 1819; the anti-settling agent is cabo-SIL M-5; the hydroquinone solution is prepared by uniformly mixing hydroquinone and ethyl acetate according to the mass ratio of 1:99 at normal temperature; the defoamer is BYK057.
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of the non-color-changing unsaturated polyester primer.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme is as follows:
a method for preparing an unsaturated polyester primer without color change, which comprises the following steps:

Further, the thinner is prepared by mixing butyl acetate and styrene in a mass ratio of 4:1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) The invention adopts cross-linking curing, namely, double bond active monomer is introduced into the non-color-changing transparent primer of unsaturated polyester modified by unsaturated double bonds, and the initiator releases free radicals to initiate polymerization to form a cross-linking network structure through external stimulus (comprising temperature, light, high-energy radiation and the like), so that the performance of unsaturated polyester resin is obviously improved, and excellent physical and chemical properties comprising high transparency, good leveling property, greening resistance, high fullness, high hardness, good adhesive force, excellent polishing property under the low-temperature condition and obvious improvement on the ultraviolet resistance and weather resistance of a resin matrix are obtained. In the preparation process, the double bond active monomer is used as a diluent, an accelerator and a curing agent to play roles of reducing viscosity in the early stage and crosslinking in the later stage, and is matched with an initiator, so that the water resistance, yellowing resistance and hardness of the primer can be improved.
2) According to the invention, the greening-preventing agent is added, and colorless blue water (metal salts such as zinc iso-octoate, calcium iso-octoate, nickel iso-octoate, iron iso-octoate and the like are used for construction, and colorless or light color is displayed under acidic/neutral/alkaline conditions) is matched, so that the original color of the paint does not display blue or green, and therefore, the greening-preventing agent has good greening-preventing performance.
3) The non-color-changing unsaturated polyester primer prepared by the invention has the color of crude oil paint under the conditions of adding blue water and thinner for drying, does not show blue phase and green phase, has high solid content and quick drying, is favorable for obviously ensuring good fullness after spraying polyurethane clear finish, does not sink in the later period, and is not color-changing when the paint film is irradiated by ultraviolet lamps under the condition of completely drying (72 hours at 25 ℃).
