(4) Cold press curing: placing aluminum honeycomb material on the surface of the glued metal plate, placing another glued metal plate on the other side of the aluminum honeycomb material, pressing the metal plate for 6-7h at room temperature in a cold press, and solidifying the cold-pressed glue to obtain the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate.
When cold pressing and solidifying, cold pressing glue flows into the aluminum honeycomb material due to the pressure of the cold pressing machine, so that the bonding area between the metal plate and the aluminum honeycomb material is increased, and the bonding firmness is ensured.
(5) Cutting and carving: the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate is placed in an engraving machine, a tungsten steel drill is selected for cutting and engraving, the rotating speed of the drill is 5000-9000rpm, the moving track of the drill is designed in advance by utilizing a software program, and the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate with small blocks meeting the size requirement can be obtained by cutting.
In the cutting and engraving process, the nitrogen cooling device is used for cooling the tungsten steel drill, so that overheating of the drill during cutting and engraving can be avoided, and the service life of the tungsten steel drill is prolonged.
The tungsten steel drill bit is selected because: for the high-hardness material of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, a common steel drill bit cannot be penetrated, or more burrs are formed at the edge of the plate even after the drill bit is penetrated, so that the quality of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate can be reduced.
2. Edge sealing and drilling of aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate:
(1) Pre-milling: the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate which is formed by cutting and carving and has the size meeting the requirements is placed into an edge banding machine for edge banding, pre-milling is carried out before edge banding, and a tungsten steel drill bit is adopted for pre-milling and chamfering the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, so that burrs are avoided, the edge of a product is smoother and plump, and the aesthetic feeling can be improved.
(2) And (3) glue injection: firstly, injecting hot melt adhesive (wherein the hot melt adhesive comprises any one or a mixture of a polyurethane adhesive, an epoxy resin adhesive, an ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive, an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer adhesive and a polyamide adhesive) into the side edge of the pre-milled aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate by adopting a hot melt adhesive machine, and ensuring that the adhesive injection amount is equal to the space volume of the side edge of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate when the adhesive is injected, so that the hot melt adhesive completely fills the side edge pores of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, and the adhesive injection is full and does not overflow;
meanwhile, in the glue injection process, a heat preservation heating mechanism is required to continuously heat the hot melt glue, the heating temperature is selected according to the type of the hot melt glue, and the hot melt glue can be prevented from being cooled and solidified in advance.
And then injecting PUR glue at the side edge of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate.
(3) Sticking edge sealing strips: and then sticking edge banding strips on the side edges of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, wherein the edge banding strips can be plastic edge banding strips, such as PVC edge banding strips, ABS edge banding strips and the like, and ABS edge banding strips are preferred.
(4) Drilling: drilling holes on the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate by adopting six-face drills, wherein a tungsten steel drill bit is adopted during drilling, and the rotating speed of the tungsten steel drill bit is limited to 5000-9000rpm;
and a tungsten steel drill bit is selected for drilling, and a reserved mounting hole without burrs and obvious indentations can be obtained on the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate after edge sealing, so that the assembly of subsequent processes is facilitated, and corresponding furniture products are obtained.
As shown in fig. 1, the structural schematic diagram of the finally obtained edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate comprises an aluminum honeycomb material positioned on the sandwich layer, metal plates positioned on two sides of the sandwich layer, and edge sealing strips positioned on the sides of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate. And bonding the metal plate and the aluminum honeycomb material by cold-pressing glue, and bonding the edge banding strip and the side edge of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate by hot-melting glue.
Example 1
The method for preparing the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Cutting the whole roll of aluminum-plated magnesium-zinc plate into sheets with proper sizes in a cutting machine for standby; meanwhile, the double-component polyurethane adhesive is selected, and the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to the recommended proportion of manufacturers for standby.
(2) And adding the uniformly mixed double-component polyurethane glue into a glue spreader, coating the glue on the surface of the cut aluminum-plated magnesium-zinc plate sheet, setting a glue spreading track of a glue spreading head, and cross-gluing to ensure that the shape of the coated glue is approximately the same as that of the edge of the aluminum honeycomb material.
(3) Then placing aluminum honeycomb materials between the two glued aluminum-plated magnesium-zinc plates, and placing the aluminum honeycomb materials in a cold press to press for 6-7 hours at room temperature, and solidifying polyurethane glue to obtain the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate.
(4) And (3) placing the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate in an engraving machine, cutting and engraving by using a tungsten steel drill bit, limiting the rotating speed of the tungsten steel drill bit to 5000-9000rpm, and cutting to obtain small aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plates with the size meeting the requirements. In the cutting and engraving process, a nitrogen cooling device is adopted to cool the tungsten steel drill bit.
(5) And (3) pre-milling the cut and carved aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate in an edge banding machine, and pre-milling by adopting a tungsten steel drill bit, so that burrs can be avoided, and a product with smooth and full edges is obtained.
When the edge is sealed by the pre-milled aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, firstly, epoxy resin hot melt adhesive is selected, the hot melt adhesive is added into a hot melt adhesive machine, the hot melt adhesive is heated by the hot melt adhesive machine to be melted into liquid, the temperature of the hot melt adhesive is controlled to be between 130 and 180 ℃ in the heating process, the side edge of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate is injected, the injection quantity of the hot melt adhesive is set during the injection, and the full injection of the hot melt adhesive is ensured without glue overflow;
and then injecting PUR glue on the side edge of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, and finally attaching an ABS edge banding.
(6) And (3) drilling holes on the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate by adopting six-face drills, wherein a tungsten steel drill bit is adopted during drilling, the rotating speed of the tungsten steel drill bit is limited to 5000-9000rpm, and reserved mounting holes are formed in the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate, so that the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate is obtained.
The edge sealing aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate obtained by the method solves the defects of metal steel furniture plates obtained by the traditional processing technology, can ensure the overall consistency of the furniture plates, can enable the edge design of the furniture plates to have two completely different directions, firstly selects edge sealing strips with the same color as the face structure, realizes the perfect consistency of the edge and the face, looks as if the edge sealing strips are natural, and the thinking guides the edge sealing design mode to approach to the more and more 'real' direction; secondly, the edge is taken as an independent element to think, and the edge banding with special shape or color is selected, so that the edge banding can be mixed with the face, or the design sense of the edge banding can be displayed through the special shape of the edge banding, thereby realizing the dual functions of high quality and aesthetic feeling.

The process for preparing the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the hot melt adhesive comprises any one or a mixture of more than one of polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive, ethylene-ethyl acrylate adhesive, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer adhesive and polyamide adhesive.

The process for preparing the edge-sealed aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: before edge sealing, firstly coating cold-pressed glue on the surface of a metal plate, then placing an aluminum honeycomb material, and carrying out cold-pressing solidification to obtain the aluminum honeycomb sandwich metal plate.
